Less than a year ago, meditating was like holding my breath underwater. after a few minutes I was drowning. As I understood the need to do it, I continued doing it in sets of 5 minutes, at different times of the day. In a few months I began to notice the difference between meditating and not doing it, and I began to be able to meditate properly, even so for a short time, 15 min maximum. I started with the psychedelics and the opening they caused made the meditation more profound. recently meditating has become the best thing I do, time is no longer a goal. finally there are moments of true emptiness, something intimate and of great beauty. As they said above, in the future not meditating will be like not knowing how to read. -

insanity is mostly schizophrenia and it is something quite mysterious. -

Maybe it's better "unlimited". The nothing is unlimited, and it's what we are. It's like a realization in meditation or psychedelic, when the mind is gone, we are nothing, like an abyss of emptiness but being nothing, "is", and its you, without any attribute or characteristic. It doesn't make much logical sense, but if you see it, it seems obvious I said food=good hunger=bad. Not only social contact form the ego, but social contact and language is very important in humans, if you find someone who has never had any social contact or learned language, surely they have a very weak ego, it would be interesting to see -

Like you, if I do a breakthrough dose, I have vibrations that feel like a release, but sometimes I do small doses. Lately with those small doses i feel that accumulation of energy in the legs and i feel paresthesia and trembling for hours. Your recommendation is right, it feels unhealthy so I'll stop do it

the wall is created by us but that does not mean that it ceases to be real. when the wall is blurred it is seen that there is no time, that all reality is the same "thing", but when the wall is, it is impossible to see beyond the thoughts. and since 99.9 ....% of humanity has that wall in front of their face, we can say that it exists. Really i want to break it, because the moments without it are wonderful. at the dentist very well! deep meditation aided by drills. -
Anyone knows the reason of trembling, paresthesia, fasciculations, in the legs and arms during and after to do 5 meo?

Absolutely impressive. How it's possible if there is a void? Beautiful mistery -

I believe everything is deliberate down to the last molecule, your birth, your circumstances, every hair that falls out. I had that realization many times ... but at the end it's just a belief -

I am in that believing 99 of time, even i know it's not true. the wall is blurred and seen through, but not completely broken. I see that such a complete break is possible. How do you live without that wall? it must be strange -
Breakingthewall replied to Rilles's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
agreed. There is not but seems very real. I was just at the dentist and suddenly I have seen. everything is the same, I am a patron the substance of everything, nothing real, nothing solid. Nothing is personal, there is not i. I have thought, what nonsense I wrote about everything being solid. but in a while it will look solid again. So in a sense it is solid, really stable. -

The past is the memory. The memory is not a though about the past, is the past. Without though there is no time. The group of thoughts that form your memory are so real than your body. they are a solid, living energy pattern. the karma that is so difficult to transcend -

the logical mind cannot understand reality, it works on another frequency. but if you go beyond the mind you will see and it will be evident. There is only this, it is obvious and it cannot be otherwise. when the logical mind returns to dominate the memory is conceptualized and completely distorted. it is something that must be seen in real time. But maybe some minds can catch it. Leo always says that it's understandable -
I feel identified. my father was what could be called "bad". narcissist who wishes evil. After some years living with him, after my mother died, I found myself at the age of 19 in a well of darkness that I would never have imagined. I did not dare to go shopping in supermarket , I had no friends, I did not speak to almost anyone, I woke up in the morning and began to self-torture by making a list of everything that failed in me, I felt a deep contempt for myself. I hit rock bottom, but I was lucky, one day I was walking through the field ruminating my humiliation when I saw the light: there was only one way, the fight. something clicked into my mind, like a gear, and from that moment on I became an extremely aggressive person towards life, a 180 turn in a few days. What you have to do is somehow find the flame that wants to live inside you, the one that is about to go out, but that wants to be a fire, and let it burn. You have to be brave but seriously, risk your life if necessary. there is much to lose, living depressed the rest of your days is hell. the lion must wake up. It is the hour of conquest and war, not of pleasure. Your self steem will not be given to you without a fight. Life has put this test on you and you must face it. it is a matter of enormous seriousness. You better die tomorrow trying than to follow the stream down Psychedelic could you to find that flame , is hidden but exist, and if you free it, will burn, you will see

I think it's obvious. you have a big ego. If they hurt you, do injustice to you, humiliate you, or betray you, that creates a huge aching ego. It's not that your motives are not valid, that's the least of it. the important thing is the result: a broad, aching ego in need of reparation, apology, justice. the world owes you something! the world has hurt you and must acknowledge it, apologize and value you! but it obviously doesn't. It is a complicated matter, but a person of great intelligence like you has to see the solution to the enigma. what you have to do is what Jesus Christ said: turn the other cheek. the world has hit you hard. do you want revenge? that will only make you a bitter person. turn the other cheek, open your heart to human pain and accept it, completely renounce any idea of revenge, victimhood or sadness, and be the lamb that is offered. Love your enemies is essential. It's a kind of enlightenment, no less ... not so easy right? but there is no other solution

memory begins when your ego begins to exist. before the ego there is no memory. an unlimited brilliant soup of purity that is and that does not pass, without time. the ego shapes it, limits it for a time, and then releases it. If you identify with the form you will die, if you do it with the substance, no. well, you won't do it anyway since the shape is nothing, an empty pattern. But the pattern is "you", without pattern there is not you, so "you" are going to die. that's how I see it -

all teachers oppose psychedelics, without having tried them. I have the strong feeling that it bothers them that there is the possibility of an awakening "for all audiences." they like exclusivity, that only very few can get to where they are. what a stupid thing. They should be glad that as many people as possible wake up. but no, they get angry "the easy way" -
Mmm not agree. It is true that sex always asks you for more, it is a genetically programmed need, the monkey must reproduce. but if you satisfy him to a certain extent (only real sex, quality, no masturbation or porn) it is easier to be at peace. voiding sex is almost impossible, it's not healthy imo. The problem is that it's not easy to get real good true sex

@SuperfluoThis is nothing but fantasy, but imagine the emptiness it is, you want to be material and self-aware. part of zero. it creates space, time, combinable matter, something we call "life." that life continues to recombine, increasing its complexity in an improvised but very deliberate way. from the animal, after some billions of years (nothing important for infinity) it passes to the semi-animal, which is out of place. begins to recombine into a new type of non-physical evolution: purple-red stage, etc. Your engine is suffering. for infinite emptiness, suffering is the same as anything else. It is what you have perceived to work. and here we are you and I trying to open our mind to infinity. The ego is the mind of the animal, wonderful tool for survival, but now, when the survival is done, it's time to transcend it. -

what works best imo is a combination of daily meditation and doing 5meo dmt , low doses every 10 days or like that and sometimes total breakthrough. everything you have in mind about enlightenment is not. It is about emptying yourself and dissolve the i (very difficult without chemical help for me, for now). To get to this only by meditating, millions of people have always tried to do it, and almost no one achieves anything more than going around in circles. 5meo is essential. Learn about non duality helps to free the mind too -

And what about the girls with whom he had sex taking advantage of the fact that they had idolized him? nice attitude, very noble?? -
Breakingthewall replied to Gianna's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
because the ego is a survival program. food=good, hunger=bad, be leader of the tribe is good, get kicked out of the cave in winter is really bad. These are basic examples, but from the base it develops in millions of subtleties that the coexistence in such a complex society of the human being creates, until forming an independent entity, with an apparent life of its own -
