  1. Ibogaine is one of the strongest psychedelics. It's also a dissociative and a deliriant though, so I wouldn't take a very high dose. @Javfly33 IIRC it actually alters the opioid receptor in some way -- some kind of semi-permanent change like that. Search google with "ncbi ibogaine opioid receptor" for studies or leads on the exact mechanism. I've yet to try ibogaine but it's definitely on my to-do list.
  2. 3-4 meals a day is probably healthiest in general, because: 1. That’s when a few markers are optimal when compared with 1-2 meals and 5-6+ meals a day — in particular a marker perhaps most aptly described as “protein turnover efficiency” as it’s simply derived from athletic performance and adaptation rate. 2. Anything that improves adaptation rate will also almost certainly reduce biological stress (and possibly inflammation and fatigue) in some way, which has a change of slowing the natural progression of disease and aging.
  3. Trust me, attractive guys get enough bad reactions to require thick skin if they are really practicing game.
  4. This is what getting mired in thoughts looks like. Release and retract the attention from the thought and place it on sensations, perhaps positive sensation you cultivate.
  5. It could be some other ingredient. Phosphoric acid, or that quallia extract stuff that’s in root beer and crème soda, etc.
  6. This is a common (and believe it or not, extremely dangerous) misconception. Chlorella has a compound with a single thiol group — if you know anything about chemistry and chelation, your heart probably just skipped a beat. Double thiol group is required for the hook-effect — single thiol group compounds stir metals around, without actually attaching to them and taking them out of the body.
  7. First 10 were all good, then there were some bad (dozens out of hundreds). Some people have them and some don’t, it seems — though it may take someone on average like 5-15 trips before getting one, so they might just be capable of them yet haven’t encountered one. But bad trips are there for a reason, and you don’t necessarily ever have a trip that is all good or all bad.
  8. Onibasu.com has a lot more info and depth still. Or at least a lot of additional info. http://onibasu.com/wiki/Cutler_protocol.html
  9. It's unlikely those are psilocybin muschrooms. Probably deliriant or paralytic. Unfortunately. Hopefully it's psilo
  10. The higher the blood concentration the stronger the trip. Obviously 4g divided into 2 doses would not be a strong as 4g in one dose, but if it's a long-lasting substance, then taking them only 1 hour apart would be like the power of taking a little under 4g but with slightly longer duration than usual.
  11. Just listen to your body. For humans aged 18+, the optimal range for an individual is narrow, but for the population at large it is very broad: 4-9 hours per day -- specifically, 0.0% of people can get away with less than 4, and (barring a few extremely rare conditions and situations) ~0% of people need more than 9. The vast majority of people will be healthiest with 7.5h, however with meditation and stress management, that could be 6h (on meditation retreat it can often be 4-6h). However, if one is progressing on lifting heavy weights and attempting to stimulate muscle growth at a near-maximal rate, optimal sleep is always going to be 8-9 hours per day, as the maximum muscle growth rate (2lb/mo as a beginner; 0.5lb per month when very strong; maximum is only possible with some level of fat gain and of course a sufficient calorie excess, specifically +200-400cals/day) is ONLY feasible with 8+ hours. You can still gain muscle on less, it just won't be maximal on any less than 8h per day. I had to find this out the hard way. I comfortably got my sleep down from 7.5h to 6h, surely associated with my practice of meditation, but it turns out that if you're trying to gain strength (muscle) at the fastest rate possible, 8h is required, and 9h seems to be a bit better than that even. The reason nobody can get away with <4 is because you don't start your first cycle of stage 4 (deep) sleep until about T+3.75h, which lasts for about 20 minutes (i.e. from around T+3:45-4:05), so getting significantly less than about 4 hours means skipping that essential phase of sleep entirely, so it's like starving yourself of an essential nutrient, and it would quickly result in brain-accumulation of waste products, health problems, and eventually death.
  12. Just do a round and use that as the provocation test so there's no harm done. Never take a chelator for any less than 72h straight, at the minimum frequency required for consistent, relatively-steady blood concentration -- ALA e3h, DMSA e4h, DMPS e8h... or more often. But yes Leo is correct, hair test can be inaccurate. That's from Cutler himself, actually. The facebook group might not follow everything Cutler wrote on forums -- Cutler sometimes went into greater detail than he did in his book, on the forum onibasu.com... peruse that forum/site for all the info you need. The site is down sometimes these days though.
  13. They're fine. I eat organic dried mango (heavenly taste) and apricots (very good potassium source) every day. And sometimes prunes (dried plums).
  14. Don’t even bother doing such a thing unless you’re thinking of some relationship with her, though even if not it’d be best to just tell her rather than show her covertly somehow. Even if it’s as friends, which can always go further if you actually are a good man / have boundaries that you assert that others respect / etc. So get it out of your head that there are some girls that are off limits for you, whether it’s because it’s bad logistics like your situation, or because one thinks they aren’t good enough for a particular girl. Women don’t think that a good man isn’t well within his rights to pursue a girl (as long as the pursuit doesn’t literally cause harm), or good enough for girl x, so why would you? The bad logistics can easily be overcome as long as they aren’t literally physical limitations like the goal being sex and there being no place to do so at the moment. And if she’s already giving you indicators that she likes you? The relationship between the two of you will irreversibly sour once the window closes for you to act. But if you really want a direct answer to what you should do for your goal, which to be clear I do not agree with: just tell her you’d ask her out if the situation didn't make it so impossible. Yeah, that will do it. What’ll happen next? She’ll either think 1. it’s an excuse, and that you’re pathetic, 2. you’re a very analytical guy who doesn’t understand certain social things but she’s willing to overlook that flaw and then exuberantly let’s you know that it’s totally fine, y’all can get together (if she likes you a lot), 3. agree with you that it’s not possible (if it truly is impossible, which I find hard to believe) and continue as friends, 4. something else. Not the end of the world. So you might as well do that if you’re dead set on not asking her to get a drink or something, otherwise her opinion of you will fall off the map (ego protection mechanism, not your fault) after you miss the window that she seems to be temporarily leaving open right now.
  15. While this thread is a perfect way to clean this place up… those 2 sentences right next to each other is almost a bit too on the nose or something ?
  16. They aren't terrible if you don't overeat them. They are just particularly bad fats. Butter is one of the least nutritional fat sources, for instance.
  17. Lost count around 50, and that was over a decade ago. So almost certainly 300+ but I really don't know.
  18. The awakened sees what the totality of everything sees. Ingenious thread btw
  19. Usually not a bad idea. But whatever you do, don't drop below 125g/d, as this tends to crash the T3/T4 ratio, resulting in somewhat depressed mood. Keto is effective for fat loss but it's mostly a fad because it's not sustainable as a healthy diet, and high carb / high protein / low fat is usually more effective for fat loss anyway.
  20. That's not necessarily worrisome. It's quite possibly just about the healthiest level to have. Under 300 is often problematic. Although it's not uncommon for low t symptoms to present even with >300 ng/dL. You'll have to decide whether it's worth it for you to try TRT. Getting off of it, if you decide it's not doing anything positive, requires 3 months of SERM/Clomid and also HCG and possibly AI/anastrozole (not all docs are entirely aware of this so you will have to ensure they prescribe these). If you do try it, a good dose for a 150-200lb male is 100mg testosterone cypionate IM every 5-7 days. For a 175 lb male, usually 200mg testosterone cypionate every 8 days will result in trough levels of 650-700 ng/dL (700 all the time is the sweet spot), but average >>800, and a peak even higher than that... certainly above 950 -- There can be negative health effects if levels are frequently above 950-1100 ng/dL. You can also take a smaller amount daily or every other day, and in fact this is by far the healthiest route, as it not only enables you to stay at about 700 ng/dL 24-7, but also results in less aberrations in SHBG when you aren't injecting huge boluses infrequently. 700+ ng/dL can be associated with increased libido, and possibly mood and aggressiveness (via beta-adrenergic potentiation), but also is highly correlated with accelerated hair loss. If you're bald there's particularly not too much of a downside, potentially.
  21. When you fully “get/see” the optimal game vibe/mindset (basically just; literally, a full download of: the final permission to… be good enough for any girl on the planet, know that you’re awesome, and do anything you want), within a few days someone close to you will have already asked you what the fuck happened to you, you’ll be so confident (secure). You don’t turn it off.
  22. Muscular balance is not a simple thing to achieve. The minimum 6 movements you need for complete development: a horizontal or incline press, a horizontal pull, a squat, a hinge, something for the external rotators (preferably facepulls, and optional dumbbell rotations), and some knee flexion (a leg curl; for the head of the hamstrings left out by the hinge, which can only be activated via knee flexion). Horizontal pulls work everything that vertical pulls do (but with slightly less intense lat involvement), PLUS other muscles that vertical pulls leave out -- and as it happens, these muscles left out by vertical pulling are particularly problematic to have as weaknesses, so always include horizontal pulling. What you have looks great, but there are some issues. You have resistance bands, right? You are certainly going to want to add facepulls... if you're not already doing them. You also MAY lack a horizontal pull (you didn't list your 6 upper body movements) -- pull ups are a vertical pull, which is great, but for shoulder spacing health you do need a horizontal pull (such as rows). Technically you are lacking in hip hinge, though the burpees can sort of count as one -- get creative to find some means of doing a more effective hip hinge movement: while the Good Morning w/ Safety Squat Bar is very likely the absolute best option for this slot, if you lack the equipment, you may have to improvise; Alternate Toe Touch is a good option for a hinge exercise that doesn't require a ton of weight... but good mornings of some type are best. And for the knee flexion, you're going to want to find a way to rig the bands up for hamstring curls. Direct abdominal training isn't absolutely necessary, but it is optimal to do. You have plenty of it. The best exercise for this is probably hanging leg raises though -- if you add that, in addition to your standard & side plank, your abs will be covered. And second best is probably standing band crunch. If that includes facepulls and a horizontal pull, then you're golden for the upper body. 20-35 rep sets are perfect for resistance bands, so nice job on that. For free weights though (and weighted pull ups; etc; most exercises), 5-30 rep sets is actually the optimal range. That includes push ups with bands. 20-35 reps/set is only optimal for exercises wherein the resistance is entirely mediated by the bands -- push ups are primarily a body weight exercise, so even if you make them harder with bands, the optimal rep range will be 5-30, not 20-35... though that's speaking very broadly, as band push ups in particular tend to lend themselves best to 10-20 reps per set. Also note: maximum adaptation rate always requires at least 10 (but not to exceed 20) weekly sets per muscle, not to exceed 10 sets in any 48-72 hour period for any one muscle. Apart from that? Perfect. And if you're a male and some portion of your goals involves being more attractive, the best bang for your buck by far is neck training, especially targeting the sternocleidomastoid, as this will contribute to that goal more rapidly and efficiently than anything else, besides maybe decreasing bodyfat toward 12% IF you're significantly above that.
