Mind is how I see and perception is what I see. Yet mind can be radically transformed from its default setting to break from consciousness to its natural state.

Clarity is seeing what's important and what's not. For the unimportant be completely flexible. For the important, let nobody have a say. Most things are not at all important. Some things are make or break. Following clarity, next you need resoluteness to make what is clear becomes reality.

There is no constant but the absolute. Is there something unchanging in the universe?

If form and formlessness are perceptions of mind, what is it that contains the mind? And what is it that is aware of both of these? Not adding layers here but removing the need for them: That which conceives of no opposite, no beginning, and no end. What if the Absolute isn't 'extra stuff' but simply That which IS, quietly untouched by all concepts, in particular the concept of 'non-duality' itself?

Me too. Then I acted upon it. Life won't like you anymore. I am the perennial party pooper. I am just glad I saw this in time to do something about it.

Each moment is a distinct beginning and a distinct ending. Each thought comes and goes and each perception comes and goes.

Yes form and formlessness. And then there is the absolute from which these spring.

Nothing is a pointer to what I am in the dream. I am nothing that mind has a clue about and nothing that can be observed or measured. Inside of that nothing exists the absolute everything.

For me consciousness is the dream. There is beyond the dream too but not for a body mind ego. Consciousness begins and consciousness ends.

There is duality where most live then there is non-duality where a few arrive. Non-duality is "better" in the same way that if everything becomes seen as love that's better than coursing to and fro between love and hate. But non-duality is still a duality and not it. Non-duality is better also because sitting as love you have the chance for the all to scoop you up.

My take here is, however bad another treats you, that is YOUR karma coming to pay you back for all the bad stuff you committed even in previous lives. How you react determines whether this karma stays or goes. If you are no longer triggered, these bad behaviours from others will cease. Your enemies will become your brothers and you will awaken to truth. The truth is that anything that happens I am doing to myself through reinforcing of karma. Forgive everyone for they know not what they are doing.

Everything is equally false in this time-honored illusion. There is no better or worse. It has to be seen to be an illusion and then swiftly exited. True is the absolute realm which cannot entertain notions of falseness or else it wouldn't be true. The absolute is ignorant of this world but perfectly accepting of our desire to dream up new frontiers. This world is a needless yet easily correctable deviation from what we are. You are simply mistaken, my brother, but there is another way of seeing available.

That nobody has a clue. This is the most crushing truth to discover. Every minute of life up to that point had been an utter waste. Now I could get serious for the first time.

He is going over your head. His pointers are spot on and as good as you will find. You and Peter need to go deeper in my humble opinion.

Truth is in fact the worst thing ever. All my hopes and plans and dreams and lovers and legacies and largess got flushed down the toilet. But that's okay because that's just from an ego perspective. All that I was taught about this world is pie in the sky. There is a much better reality sitting in the wings as soon as I'm ready. (There is true there is false and there is TRUE. TRUE is that everything here is false no matter how true it seems - bar one thing namely me. The world isn't anything except a fanciful thought I had and just as quickly let go of.)

Your musings have been brilliant lately and they lift me greatly. They mirror what I know as the case. As for 5meo, I haven't been able to incorporate this as it's not available in the UK. Some day I will cross this bridge.

Haha no alas. Haven't meditated this year. Dealing with some toxic painful stuff so meditation needed to be paused. I am able to bring awareness with me most always. For 3 years I did 3 hours sitting each morning and it brought me a long way. I feel jaded and depleted at the moment. So I have no idea when I'll be back at it. Am in a huge transition phase with my life at the moment. When I get re-settled I will pick up again.

The reason we view the world as lying is because we are lying to the world. I would deal with this before thinking of dating.

I prefer old to young. Young is dumb and old is bold. Young you have to listen and follow and believe, Old you can assert yourself authentically and not give a shit. The young have to impress to get anywhere. The old can be true to themselves for the first time. The young cannot love only the old can. Only when you know you have less breaths left than already breathed can you see things correctly, namely tomorrow never actually comes so do everything today or forget about it. Only the old can be grateful for life. Not everyone gets the gift of the second half of life.

Fear is the assertion I can be harmed and thus in looking for it anywhere fear is the tool for awakening to safety. I need to seek out the most fearful situations for example someone who is angry at me and defuse it skilfully. I understand your anger but it is wholly unnecessary since I declare you my brother not my enemy. You anger poisons you and not me.

Everyone in my life are those I warred with in previous lifetimes. You are my enemy and I desire to keep you firmly under my thumb. I raped you brutally and now I carry pepper spray awaiting your attack. The work is to turn the enemy into a brother. Absorb the fear the world is pummeling me with and turn it into love. You are my life lesson and you are no threat to me if seen right. Making everyone brother is called bringing heaven to earth. Everyone in life brings only two attitudes: a cry for love or a call from love. Interpret every interaction correctly and act accordingly to transform the past to the future.

Fear is inevitable since dropping identifying with the body mind after investing a lifetime in it is horrifying My life has been for naught, the person will exclaim. No! You are awakening to what you really are.
