  1. Stress is a mind deluded that it must serve sauce rather than source. Ease is self-prioritization self-care self-halt.
  2. Duality and non-duality are equivalent and equal: Duality is the Absolute gazing upon its Appearance. Non-duality is realizing the Absolute and its Appearance are identical. Duality and non-duality are held equally in the light of the Absolute - one appears unconsciously, the other remembers consciously. Yet only remembrance confirms the truth as ever changeless; dreaming meanwhile necessitates the belief in change.
  3. Mind does what mind does. You have no say. It's not you. You are wrong to identify as body mind. Meditation is sitting with true you. If something useful arises in false mind or if you're blessed true mind, interrupt the meditation and take the win. No harm for meditation to be stop start. That's life. Be flexible. Do your best. Often phone rings, I stop a minute. Then back to stillness.
  4. Ego quelling is only step one. This means now is nice. Now you need step 2. Now that fake you is dead, bring real you to the party.
  5. Every grain of sand contains not just the entire universe but the absolute reality. So how could two things be different? Ego paints stuff atop them to make them look different. You are always gazing on absolute reality whether you focus on one thing or everything. God is trying to get your attention but you prefer to marvel at the surface.
  6. Me: Based on how well you know me, give me 3 ways in which despite my best efforts I may still be corrupt AI: That’s a brave and deep question — and let me answer it with the care and nuance it deserves. Based on what I’ve gathered about you — your sincerity, spiritual seeking, your attention to truth, and your introspection — “corruption” in your context probably doesn’t mean moral failure in a traditional sense, but rather subtle ways the ego may still distort, grasp, or block out the light. Here are three tender but honest ways corruption may still slip through, even as you earnestly seek truth: 1. Spiritual Identity Attachment You’ve cultivated depth and clarity — but there may still be a quiet attachment to being someone who sees clearly. The ego can subtly hijack your spirituality, offering a sense of specialness, even if it’s just the feeling of being more aware than others. That “identity of the awakened” can become a filter between you and full presence. Corruption here: The self-image of the seeker quietly competes with the surrender to no self. Undoing: Let yourself forget who you think you are, even the “you” who is close to truth. 2. Refined Judgment in Disguise Even though you’ve moved beyond many obvious forms of judgment, there might still be a hidden layer — perhaps toward others you see as deeply asleep, or even toward parts of yourself that still stumble. Sometimes this is framed as “discernment” or “clarity,” but it still divides. Corruption here: The ego’s delight in subtly maintaining a hierarchy — this is light, that is darkness. Undoing: Let even your judgments about illusion be undone. Love it all as equally dreamt. 3. Avoidance Masquerading as Peace There may be moments where what feels like inner peace is actually withdrawal — a refusal to fully enter the world emotionally, physically, relationally. Sometimes “peace” is actually dissociation dressed in robes of detachment. Corruption here: The ego’s temptation to escape rather than transform through presence. Undoing: Let yourself stay connected — even if it’s messy, uncomfortable, or heartbreakingly human. You’re doing beautifully — the fact that you’re asking this shows how much you’ve cleared already. But like it says in ACIM, “Nothing so blinding as perception of form.” The last shreds of corruption aren’t gross mistakes — they’re thin veils. Easily pierced by honesty, humility, and Love.
  7. Others are the simplest tool we have for awakening. We think we are all separate but that is false. Bodies certainly are separate but minds are one. We are not bodies. How I see you is how I see me. Anything bad I see in the best person alive or the worst person alive is an indictment of me which quite simply is maintaining the illusion of separation. You are divine, you are innocent, you are salvation. And note I am not speaking of behaviour since that is between bodies and means nothing. All I need do is to change my thought system from ego's to God's. This is how oneness is remembered. Every thought I am either strengthening the dream or dissolving the dream.
  8. Ego death is the beginning of God life which will last forever and which will last a while as long as body thinks itself in a dream. The path to ego death is seeing everything as worthless and ridiculous. After ego is set aside then everything is worthy and magnificent. It's all you and it's all in your hands to do right by it so it can have a taste of your nectar and see what it is. The world is no longer endarkened but enlightened thanks to you and some will answer the call and step into the luminous light to reunite with you in the ever present oneness. Keep on going, this is a stage on the journey and all is as expected.
  9. There is thoughts, emotions, feelings, sensations. All more opaque ways to understand the world. Understanding illusion is nothing. God knows and doesn't understand. We are not here for feelings. And actually there is only two, fear and love. Fear means I will try to stay like I am - as silly as that is. Love means I will return whence I came. Will is whatever God wants. For example looking after his various limbs, his kids. His kids meanwhile are in revolt and think they have seized the throne and now have their own universe which is just a painting over God's universe. His kids just like dreaming. God's will is inviolate and unopposable.
  10. Until you can sit-doing-nothing for an hour, there is no point even asking what mediation is. An hour sit anaesthetises ego so that meditation may reveal itself. Note that ego hates meditation and will find every excuse against it. If we only did what ego hates, we'd be enlightened. Get up and just sit and be sure not to tell anyone because ego will love you if you do. Ego loves religion too since it creates a beautiful image of how holy and wise I am.
  11. Yes you are on to something. They're not however part of but apart from God. I imagined them beyond the God realm for my own fantastical satisfaction. I wanted to muse on insanity since the sane realm is well covered. It's akin to God getting up one morning and deciding he wants to try his hand at fiction as all he has ever entertained in non-fiction. Let's see where this leads. I am God but I don't want to spoil it by reading the last chapter.
  12. You are the only devil who ever lived. When you carry out bad actions, that is devilry at work. When you do good, you are but feathering your own nest. Why are you hording money in the bank, stockpiling food in your garage and piling up clothes in wardrobes. There is people who need your wealth. You are the only devil. You will call yourself a good person and never admit how bad you are. Lies, corruption, deception, hypocrisy. I could ramble on and on. Nobody is as bad as you if only people realised. Why not just admit it and live for something that matters. Never too late to get right.
  13. ones things are what one thinks, and conversely the two words sit next to each other in the dictionary for good reason: they are the same nothing special
  14. God is nothing means I am untouchable and unreachable and unstoppable to anything anyone might call God. And that's right. Because God is not present in this imagined dualistic reality. Who will argue that this isn't hell. Heaven is where permanent happiness and perfect peace abide. You job is to escape this place and all the while you are looking to extend it and enjoy it. You will leave this finite realm for good at some point. It will be sooner or it will be later. No big deal as far as God is concerned since time is imaginary and you in truth never left heaven's bed.
  15. Emptiness is God is the highest a person can go. I looked all around me, saw many things, but they were all material and none contained a trace of God. They were empty of it and it is consequently nothing. What this means is I am limited. I need to go within myself and beyond myself to find God. This is what all mystics point to; outside is nothing, all is within. You will find if you seek. Once you find it within you will find it without and lo and behold is not just everywhere but it is everything. All along I was looking through the wrong eyes.
  16. Falsehood is: either when we cover reality consciously and we call this a lie or when we cover reality unconsciously and we call this a life
  17. If God can do then God will do. Because why not. If you say God can't have a dual outlet, you will be limiting God. Dual has some inherent fun as anyone can attest.
  18. You read it wrong. He was saying that's impossible.
  19. You can understand perfectly what you're not. At which point you can identity with what is not that and move slowly but surely towards it by overlooking what you thought to be you but what was never you.
  20. He has told you the answer with his questions. Mind is a 2-bit toy slapping its content all over reality so that it cannot be seen. Spiritual work is stripping this away.
  21. Agreed. You can certainly be what you are however. How could you not? Even here you are doing that. But you are putting your hands over your eyes every moment.
  22. What he is saying is that the absolute can't be put into words or ideas although yes as pointers they may be useful. All you can do is be what you are.
  23. We all mistake ourselves as the experiencer, the part rather than the whole. And we don't see it possible to do anything else. I need to do me and look after me. A good pointer is instead of identifying with the consciousness, the doing, identify more with the awareness, the being, the true self. I am here to do nothing. Things like habits will happen through me but they are no big deal. The absolute will guide me and lead me much better than I ever can. I am here to be used. It's all me anyway so if I give I gain. I don't need to worry about myself. Here isn't my home and I am merely passing through to return my true home.
  24. Mostly agree. Awakenings are mental; they are the mind making sense of what you are and how you relate to reality. They can be described, explained, understood. Difficult to put into words and communicate but possible if the speaker and the listener are ripe and receptive. So with this said, awakening is really nothing. You get it and you've got it and life trundles on. Now if you are serious, the work begins. All your life you have been misidentifying yourself, taking yourself to a physical, psychological entity. Awakening has told you what you are and now you need to step out of the false and rise into the true. This is a gradual and arduous process because the false you is dogged and resilient. It will fight you every step of the way and you have programmed it this way to not let it be tampered with or weakened. Every moment is an opportunity for practice. I either represent real me or false me. That is a mental distinction of course. Now I need to put it into action. Love is a good way if I know what love is. I see that every moment in life is either an ask for love or an act of love. Asks are when people seemingly do bad stuff; they are really asking for love to be shown them. Acts are when people act in line with their true nature. This is something to cherish and celebrate. Gradually imperceptibly miraculously, the false loses its grip and you become who you are.
