favouritism is, i like you if you're like me if ego runs the show, this won't change

you cannot change the world ... can you understand this deeply? the world is either for you or against you all depending on your perspective the world cannot change how it behaves towards you even people who seemingly love you ... this is not in fact the case, they are doing what they need to do for their advancement absolutely nothing here is personal when one understands all this deeply how should one behave? how do you walk that tightrope between not being active while at the same time not being passive: you are welcoming of each moment and thrilled to be here you are willing though ever unhurried to do whatever is required you are wholly available and deeply receptive to whatever is arising you are massively thankful for the astonishing gift of life you remain unmoved by the world's troubles and treasures but moved by god's quiet prompting all is triggers or teachers, your choice

with meditation, have to take all choice out of the equation, set it in stone as a non negotiable that doesn't budge no matter what you do not meditate, existence does the whole thing, your role is you show up and last the time by hook or by crook then forget about it til next time it is a bit like sleep, don't compromise don't deviate don't backslide, get your butt on the mat there isn't anything as important

people seek value not integrity most won't even know what integrity looks like and if they do they see little value in it if they think about integrity at all they might say when our goals have been achieved then we can focus on integrity but now we have to do what we have to do integrity takes enormous maturity edit: integrity is almost religious! who has time for such esoteric stuff!

adding on to your saying i am that during walking out and about, today as i walked i took to saying mentally "hello beautiful" to everything i encountered whether person tree insect flower animal grass ... it's powerful ... if timed right it allows for a deep communion with that object ... especially before people arrive up close, they take on a divine ethereal quality with that affirmation

how people go about their day to day life isn't your business even if you happen to be in the firing line of it get out of dodge why you letting another make you a monster if they did you the kind favor of showing you there is a monster inside you i say thank them and get to work on your trauma / demons

how perfect is my breath this moment, soft or loud doesn't matter, don't force just watch, and contemplate that god is deliberately keeping me alive this very moment, i can't do a thing about it except be glad to be here

take a daily nap or two, even mid-morning, nothing is more energizing, you become more productive not less

yes the ego wants to be the star of the show and relish all the acclaim and approval and affirmation ... i am doing good after all right?

my perspective of the dream: the prerequisite is just show up ... life is about showing up when you are supposed to ... most cannot do this reliably once you have shown up, you now do nothing don't interfere a notch with anything that is going on what is going on has been laid on for your advancement and your benefit every little detail, every little text, every little comment is to further your consciousness it is all utterly perfect, you did nothing to deserve it, it is just how god's will works, all you did was show up and take a look around the world right now is going to try to lure you into its action, but no, you do not step in to reform it or to destroy it in this place of clarity and detachment creator stands poised to use you to get stuff done how do you know that you are in this zone? you are welcoming of this grand stage and thrilled to be on it you are willing to do whatever is required you are wholly available and deeply receptive you are massively thankful for this opportunity you are unmoved by the world but moved by god's prompting you know deeply what you do will be bad but what god do will be good namely for your highest unfoldment you note that you have no thoughts whatsoever since thoughts are a fake overlay on the luminous richness that is all around you now god can work

self halt > self help fast from the incessant consumption you got to be nothing to get to be everything

be it don't bring it demonstrate don't remonstrate i am willing to help you only if you are willing to be helped

to me fear is, how much of this am i willing to risk if someone says to me during today's meditation there is 50% chance you will die and 50% chance you will awaken, i will say let's do it i feel privileged in that i have nothing to live for, in this life i don't need anything, i am playing no role, no one relies on me, i have done what i want to do to die today is okay f-eel e-verything a- r-isk perhaps i am too immature to know of dark nights and beast's bellies (please don't misunderstand the above, i take huge delight in life and live to the utmost max and am not a suicide idealist)

society defines evil in order to keep the people in line ... if you are in line then you can see the truth of it, that evil is simply my survival bias, if you disagree with me i brand you as evil - so speaks the unawake god knows no evil since the people who commit evil have perfectly explainable reasons for doing so they have no choice but to commit evil (in fact there is no choice in anything; free will is only possible for the awakened)
