No, that was something I used to do when I began listening to Leo on youtube, a few years ago (not that time has anything to do with it) but I started listening for real, instead of using his work as some mental-masturbation. (Not saying that you do, just explaining my own process) I realized that I everything that I was using as a distraction, to run away from the Truth: Was bringing me suffering. I had to cut out whatever was overshadowing the Truth. I don't really take notes, in that I Listen instead. And connect the dots with my direct experience. For me, taking notes don't really do anything, I cant sit and take notes on something that can only be experienced, right here and right now. Leo often say: It will take you 10-20 years to understand what I am saying here. There is some truth to that: Even though I have had many many many awakenings after I started really doing the work: Somethings that Leo point out in his vids from years ago, are still of Relevance and still help me with whatever I am working on. -

This is a process I think we all go through, in some way shape or form. 1. Belief. (Airy Fairy wowoo stuff and mental masturbation) 2. Action on your belief. (Doing the work and putting in the effort. Not stopping until you hit Truth) 3. Direct experience. (Absolute, Definitive Realization that erases all previous beliefs, thoughts and concepts. You are just left with what is. Once you have your direct experience, its there. Solid. With or without your beliefs or actions) Everything in this process, that falls off of you, is all Untrue/False stuff. What stays is Absolute Truth. If you have done it right, of course. -

What someone says on a post is a very small percentage of what really goes on in "their" lives, psyche, level of understanding, and the processes they are undergoing. I think we are very fast to judge someone and their level of understanding, just by a comment they have left on some topic. (I have been guilty of this previously. And I think its the same for most of us) Its really easy for people to just be picking up the "language" that is being communicated here, a lot of people might just be picking up on the "vibes" of the forum and just be "going with it." (Later on they will also realize what was being conveyed in the topics/comments) But everyone is on their own journey, and its all about: Remembering what we Truly are. I think we all get surprised as to what we say or write sometimes, as if we are writing it for our "future" selves. Leaving Easter-Eggs here and there, for ourselves. And be surprised to see that we were what we always were searching for The thing that gave me a HUGE relief, was the realization that there is no "separate" other, we are all One. There is no-one to be better than. And to quote Peaceful Warrior: "You will never be better than anybody, same way you can never be worse." -

All the "outside" people with their thoughts, bodies, individual dreams are already happening within "You", not as an ego perspective, where you feel separated from "everything" else, but as the the Supreme Perspective where you are One. When your "outside" world collapses, all that you could perceive on the "outside", people, bodies, thoughts, individual dreams: Are happening within You. And you are All of them. But within the limited perspective or the "dream" layer, you see them as "separate" from you. Just see it as a Perfect reflection. The outside is a reflection of the inside, and the inside is the reflection of the outside. (In the ultimate sense, there really is no distinction between the "outside" and the "inside", its all One thing happening. Right NOW) When you Imagine yourself as a self, and "spawn" here where you are, all those inside "parts" of you spawn with you, in your "outside" world. They are all mirroring this play with "You". And you are interacting with your "other" selves, but they are all You. When you de-spawn, and turn in to the Self Perspective, Everyone else you could ever think of, are inside you, Together, One. To the point where you perspective is All of "theirs" and "yours" Forever in a floating Ocean of Infinite Consciousness. -

From my experience, the toad venom is much more potent. Synthetic is much more manageable (at least when smoking) I have never managed to pull it off plugging it, it requires ridiculous amounts to affect me. But if you care for the safety of the frogs. I would say go for the synthetic. Both experiences are just as Beautiful. -

I have noticed that in my own path, I have learned a lot from suffering. Its just another reflex/tool to help me wake up to things. My life is changing a lot, I’m not really suffering at all, but I have noticed that there is some kind of lingering sense of addition/programming/habit, that is tied with “learning by suffering” or suffering in general. But as I am walking this path, I see a lot of old patterns coming up in awareness. And Its bothering me, not because of the de-programing element. But just the fact that a part of me thinks it wants to go back (learn by suffering) because thats how “it” is going to learn. Anyone else noticed something similar? What are some ways of clearing these out? Are there ways of learning that is not by suffering only? Or is suffering the best teacher?

@Forza21 You cant “unsee” this, so might as well just start to accept it. However hard it may be. -

Yes, understanding it deeper. Then you wouldn’t need to be so worried about it. This feeling shall pass, like anything else. You will settle in to it, and once you have, “this” will be like anything else. You just have to find your own tools to keep yourself grounded, while you integrate all this. -
Thats a good point. ????

Start loving what you have. Get out and breathe fresh air. Go into nature. Go hug your girlfriend, all the while you are hugging yourself. You have received the greatest gift. And you are in the process of understanding how valuable it actually is. Give it “time” and do what you like, meanwhile this settles. You can even awaken deeper in to this. But you cant do it all to quickly, if you aren’t ready for it. So find what makes you ready for this. And integrate what you just received. Right now, you have been blasted with information. Just find ways to keep calm, and you will be okay. -
Maybe, Yeah. Did feel a part of me that was grieving. Been through my own “death” during a few meditation + trips. Good point ????✨

Sure does. Also gives bigger perspective.

Indeed ?? Its just comes with becoming more aware of the smaller and sneaky details that constructs and ties in the bigger sense of reality. Once all the smaller knots unravel, the bigger knot is just left open. And last knot will be a choice for the individual to take, once he/she is ready for it.

Indeed. Truth is that whoever is on this journey, is battling something within them. And removing their own obstacles along the way. Sometimes we meet others on the road, we help each other. We pass by a lot of mirrors on this journey. Sometimes pass by mirrors that reflect truly what we are and know ourselves to be. But Ultimately, its a lonely pathless path. Which I'm fine with. My life upon this point has been filled with this. But over the years, I have come to accept it and to be honest, to start enjoy it.

Good one! Yeah that is exactly how I feel, when the internal "processees" occur. Its like that with a lot of things from the past. Stuff that I don't even remember, come bubbling up in front of awareness, to be seen, processed and let go off (if you are ready to let go), and then on to the next thing. I could only imagine it being the same, but reversed, when we get programmed as a newborn, childhood and early adult life. This internal programs get loaded with what appears on the "outside" and we get a sense of self/identity with them. And then well call them "ours" and "our" past. And so a story is build. And when you challenge yourself or these stories, they get reversed and you see them for what they truly are. But I guess the sense of "pain" or "suffering" is just what that is, old programming, paradigm, identity, the story: Being broken up to pieces and Truth being revealed.

I respect that. Takes a lot to be accepting that. Which is your true Nature. Acceptance, Space, Clarity, Truth And Light. But to quote something God said to Neale Donald Walsh in one of conversations with God books: Neale asks God: why all the horrible things in the world, exists? And what to do about them? God responds: “Only know that they exist as relativity, but you don’t need to go experience them, and know yourself through the pains of the World. Experience yourself with me instead” Now in this example and the whole thing is spoken in a dualistic manner. And the answer is what it means for you, as the reader/interpreter. But just because things exist in the relative world, doesn’t mean its a must to experience them. At the end of the day, its your dream, and its your choice.

Figure out the pattern and find what it is that they want to show you. I have had this for 3-4 years: Happened a lot in the beginning, but as time has passed and the further I have moved a long the path, the easier and clear they get, as to why it happens, and what it is that I need to see, that I am not willing to accept in my "sober" state. -

Thank you so much for sharing this. I deeply appreciate it. I have been in the same trap, and I can tell you: It was a rude awakening to realize what I was actually doing. Honestly, its such a freedom of not really having to care about "fixing" others. Everyone has their own perfect compass within them. Whenever they get lost somewhere, they can always use it. Sometimes we/they get so lost that it hurts, but hey, that's a part of the learning process. And once they choose the right way back, they will attract whatever they need to help them along the journey. But at the end of the day: Its a lonely inward journey. Trusting in the Universe, and Trusting God is the Ultimate guidance. Its like moving towards the sun. It will burn you alive once you are close enough.
