This ?? Don’t stop. Trust in the process. Cease your imaginary control and your resistance towards Truth. -
Holy macaronies. That must have been a hell of a trip to undergo. How long did you white out for? Reminds me of those "Acid Thumbprint" stories. Highly recommend listening to one of those trip reports.

I have noticed that the more I work on releasing blockages of my ego structure, the easier it gets to be affected by psychedelics. Effect of 400ug LSD last year, is the same as 200 this year. Could also be the potency of the batch/chemical or substance. I don’t know exactly why, but taking 1x Lions Mane extract capsule, before a LSD or Mushroom trip, does potentiate the trip drastically. Also stacking it with Niacin (Vitamin B3). Got this from Paul Stamets on JRE. (Could work with DMT, although I haven’t tried that stack yet.) Cleaning out diet, and eating real clean days before the trip helps a lot. No alcohol, sugar, candy, fastfood, salt, greasy food days prior to tripping. Also, for some time I wasn’t getting effects of few psychedelics for the weirdest reason. Was taking 5MEO and Ket without much effect. Noticed later on that I was using Magnesium supplements on a daily basis. Which works as a major NMDA antagonist, which can dull down or soften your trips, especially psychedelics that work on same receptors. Same thing with Zinc.

You can expect to be taken on a wild ride with grandma Give in and let her show you your nature, and don't resist her treats, give thanks and accept them with gratitude I felt very home. Like going back to roots, or visiting an old relative that I haven't seen for a while. This old relative is there to take care of you and fill you in on what you have been missing out on, while being out in the city with your "busy" life I guess its different for everyone. But its really beautiful. If you let it show you what you need to see.

Honestly, I feel like it has to do with what the psychedelic does to your heart center. It radically opens you up to EXTREME levels of Love, and that is not for the faintest of hearts. I have same complications with few psychedelics sometimes. It just opens me up to things I wasn't really open to before. Previous LSD trip, I was having an extreme whole body orgasm and it was like experiencing every orgasm of every human on the planet. at the same time. It just pushed my heart rate to the roof, I was trying to remain calm while it was flowing through me. Did feel some chest-pains the day after. I do feel the increased heart rate during the buildup on 5, but the window is just so small, that it doesn't affect me that much. I haven't taken the vaccine, but did catch the virus early 2020. And that gave me some breathing/heart-issues. Haven't been the same, but am getting better with time. I have noticed that a better diet and good cardio has helped a lot with this. At the end of the day, work with whatever is easiest on your physical body.

@Leo Gura or any moderator, can we move this thread to the psychedelic subsection?

Depends on what level of consciousness you are operating on naturally, in the “sober” state. If you are below the weed, it will bring you up. If you are “above” the weed, it will pull you down. Weed can be very spiritual and beautiful. But there are far better options to choose from. Mushrooms are just as beautiful and can induce one of the most mystical pleasures you could ever feel, especially taken out in nature, with safe company. Same thing could be said about LSD. And then we have DMT and 5 of course ❤️ -

As a kid (up to the age of 5) I was in complete ecstasy with life. My father moved abroad when I was 2, and I think that's when it started. I grew up with my mother and my mother's parents, and their side of the family. I was the first grandchild (out of my grandparents other 6 children) and of course when I came in to the picture. I was absolutely smothered with love. Literally everyone wanted to see me, hug me, or be around me. I also had 2 aunts close to my age. And I became really close with them. We would always play hide and seek, build fortresses out of my grandparents furniture when they were not home, or were busy doing other stuff. I had such a huge passion for life, I was in so much love, I couldn't stand still, and I was always jumping around and just running around hugging everyone and spreading love. I was almost never hungry, I was just filled with Love and Joy for existence. Anyhow, when we moved abroad to my dad. I lost all of that love presence. And felt separated from that love. My dad wasn't really loving me in that way, and his side of the family was the complete opposite. Of course I wouldn't know this as a kid, so I underwent the "lost/loss" stage and started to doubt myself and feel like something was wrong with me. And then the hunger and desires came. For 25 years I lost that sense of joy, out of life and for reality. Until I found Actualized.org and started to question my separation from love/joy/life. Not until last week when I woke up to extreme levels of Love, on a DMT trip. I got in touch with that spark of ecstasy I felt as a child. But after a week of integration; It just dawned on me as I saw this thread, and started to write these words down: That Love wasn't something outside of me. Never were... Love was the very fabric of my Existence. Its just that, as a kid, I just was that Love, without knowing anything about it. Playful/Cheerful and Unconditional Love, without a sense of a "me" being it. I had to be separated from "myself", In order to Understand my Love deeper. Only to find it within me again. And that's when the journey starts, to move "myself" back to that singularity of Love. And to bring everything I separated from "myself" with me. The very essence of our Being Is Love. Always have, and Always Will Be. And in this a sense of an "I" arises to Feel it, Know it, Accept It, Give It, Share It, Lose It, and to Find It... -

Precisely why God is so Intelligent and Smart, that it has to fool itself to have and to be undergoing toughness and roughness, to believe in the dream. If you would be Infinitely Conscious right now, you wouldn’t be able to be here, dreaming the dream you are dreaming. And paradoxically, if life was heaven all the time; we would never be able to wake up. So, really, and sadly for finite selves, reality is Perfect just the way it is. As Leo mentioned in one of his videos: “See the design challenge for God?” You think reality should be a certain way, and that a real God wouldn’t allow bad things to happen. But notice however we do, reality would autocorrect itself perfectly, by creating counter-intuitive things to balance itself out with. -

Question isn’t why God doesn’t heal illnesses. Is: Why we as God are not listening to “our” (God’s) bodies, when it’s trying to communicate with us through illnesses and dysfunctionalities? Everything we are eating, consuming or doing wrong to the body, is our OWN doing. The body is designed to heal itself. The root issue just have to be realized and removed. Just like the planet. As soon as we start taking care of our bodies, we will realize what we have done to the planet. And the planet will heal itself, by us waking up to our unconscious and selfish games and destructive behaviors. Of course this is all relative. From the Absolute perspective, it’s perfect, because reality is itself, self-illuminating by karma/mirrors and consequences. If we don’t wake up to what we are doing to our bodies/the planet, surely we will once we have suffered the consequences. -

Sure. But don't forget that the Union happens within You. No matter if you experience it with someone else "outside" of yourself (projection) or with yourself. It's all the same. So by being so Intimate with yourself (self or other) you begin to feel them in ways you didn't think of before. You even begin to feel more empathy for yourself -

Does it have to be that black and white? Notice that I am not trying to be against you. I am pointing you out of the typical Yin Yang paradigm. The trap with the dualistic Yin Yang paradigm is that it works perfectly for the ego. Its either or, this or that. Choose between good and bad. That is not what reality consist of. That would be like watching movies only in black and white, even after the color tv was invented. Truth is that reality is not only Yin and Yang, its not two, it's Infinite One. With Infinite Diversity. -

Of course, but it will require so much more time and investment to reach those states with meditation and visualization alone. What we do under meditation is to go deep within the inner workings of the self structure and rewire our "physical" or call it non-physical turned in to physical body structures, cells/holons, smaller parts of a bigger whole; And reprogram them, just the way psychedelics do. What psychedelics do, is that they do that within a smaller time period, where we shed that old way of being. I'm not sure Sadghuru knows this on a deeper level, that the physical body undergoes the exact same thing during meditation (during a longer period of time) that the psychedelics do to the body. Like Mushrooms, LSD, DMT and 5. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe he knows. And if he does, maybe he is stuck with playing the leader role he is playing, and like others have mentioned, he has a big following. The responsibilities he have to take for advising people to take psychedelics, would be huge. And whoever choose to abuse or misuse these substances, would give him a bad rep/name, if they go out publicly and tell people how they have gone wrong. Psychedelics do this super fast, and if the psyche or body isn't ready for such huge shifts, it can turn out pretty badly. They cause the body to rapidly shake off its programmings that isn't working or in-tuned with the body. Through purging, mental-breakdowns, Kundalini outbursts and so on. Which is why some are drawn to focus more on other more slower methods. But for the ones who choose and can work with these tools, is a HUGE blessing. From an early age I knew that I wanted to work with psychedelics when I would get older. Even before knowing what psychedelics were and what they really do to you. I had a deep calling for it, and when I turned 28, it came to my life when I needed it the most. And when I was ready for the change It would give me. -

Sure was/is. Gods Ultimate desire for all of us. To wake up to Love. An each one of us that gets touched with this Love, and to be transformed by it, and wanting to just share that Love. But who else can we give that Love to? Other than to ourselves; (Our other selves) -
Vincent S replied to no_name's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Well it depends on how you look at it. Yes the feeling is temporary, but it shows you exactly what is in the way for you to feel this "permanently". I like to see the whole psychedelic trip as a dance. Its not a "one-way" thing, as where you just lay back and receive 100% from the psychedelic. Sure that would be the case for someone who is new to this. But after a while, or even from the beginning, you can get an "understanding" how to work with them. It’s a dance between you and the substance/medicine. You gain permanent changes when you contribute with your 50% and the psychedelic give you the spark or understanding you need to see what you want to remember about yourself (the other 50%) Both during and after the trip. Its also about learning when to lead the dance and when to be led. It’s not at all about control or wanting the trip to go the way you want it to go. That is not how it works. We are Pure Potential. Potential to go further in to sleep and believe our programmings, routines, doubts, fears, anxieties and the issues we feel we have. (But that is just something the identity is stuck to/holding on to.) Or Pure Potential to become the heroes we want to become in our stories, and break free from what we fear and staying in the status quo. If we keep taking psychedelics, surely at some point we would start to understand how this whole thing works, no? I think people who are stuck in the mindset that: "Oh no, if it disappears then it wasn't real" are not really getting the whole picture right. (Not saying that you are like this, just mentioning it) The psychedelic states are a window of time where we see what we truly are (Pure Potential). And if we don't choose to act on the thing we see in the trip. Then it will die out in the water and we won't gain much from it. Then we have to keep going in and remind ourselves more and more, over and over again. Till we get it. We have to CHOOSE to act on what we have been shown. Otherwise it will be lost and not utilized. Yes, precisely so. Its always a choice, but unfortunately or fortunately, depends on how you see it. You have to be willing to let that side of you "die" off, and that is not always easy. Its easy in thought. But if a programming or some thought has been hammered in deep enough, then it will be as if something has grown in to your fiber of being; of your body, flesh or skin, and by removing the side of you that you don't want; you have to be willing to cut in to the good parts of you that are tied in with that side you don't want. But by consciously feeling in to it "dying off" with awareness methods, breathing techniques or Sedona. We can just watch how that fear/pain and letting that programming/identity die off. Feel the pain, but don't be attached and identified with it. Just watch it pass by. Like how the sky/atmosphere is watching dark or light clouds passing by. Ultimately, Everything is Imaginary. That is kinda the toughest pill to swallow (IMO) and its not a one time thing, where we swallow it and it's done forever. It's just tied in with Change and Transformation (changing form, identity, patterns and programmings) Yes and when we realize that our problems were precisely imaginary and just our fear of change; we kind of feel like idiots, and blame ourselves for not being able to see this before. But it’s important not to stay stuck there, just to see it as growth and a learning process, and pick yourself up and keep going. Similarly how a kid learns to walk, it will rise up and fall many times. Hurt its knees and cry of the pain. But at some point it will click and the kid will know how its done. But I think, going through this way, we learn to Appreciate the illusion of life more. And the imaginary aspects of reality. It’s all about seeing things for what they are and making your choice and choose what you want to experience. -

You know this otherwise you wouldn't ask the question like that Yes, from experience, I can definitely say that they make you understand your pain, make you see what anger does to you. If you have fears, they will help you move past them. If you have a fear of death. Well, be in for a few trips where you go "through" the death process, and watch how you still exist after death. If you haven't felt real love in life. The kind of love where you are at ease and you flow with life. Then psychedelics will come forth and show/give you the love you have been denied. I didn't quite understand Leo when he said that psychedelics will induce states of Love so intense that you won't be able to take it. And he was/is precisely right about that. I went through a DMT trip where I saw myself as the kitten example Leo mentioned in one of his videos. I noticed how I have been tense and unease and always felt unsafe (even if I thought that I was living in a safe and secure space) but I saw how I was like the kitten; tense and afraid of reality. And how this DMT trip induced such DEEP intense Love within me, that I was feeling like I was being taken care of Universal Motherly Love. It got SO INTENSE that I "thought" I died to love. It was so deep that I couldn't take the levels of love. I just instantly passed out when it reached the point of utmost intensity. But its not always peachy and loving rainbows. You will go through the things that you have done to yourself and caused others. For your own understanding and growth. And that too is Love. Just a different flavor or Love/Healing/Growth. -

Vincent S replied to Thought Art's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I know what you mean. But, Everything in reality is a projection. If you want to give good or give someone something, they have to play the role of the receiver. If you want to receive, "they" have to play the role of the giver. Appreciating an "other", is loving that they exist so you can be giving. Appreciating an "other" is loving that they exist and are giving, so that you can be receiving. This is how we create each other to play this game. But if we are all stuck not knowing what we are playing. It goes to extremes and we want to just receive or just give. Because we are stuck in the game, rather than the play. Because you know Ultimately that its you who is causing yourself the suffering. Its all about balance (as you mentioned ) and setting boundaries when you feel like something is getting out of hand. You don't have to give until you are completely empty, and you don't have to be selfish and only be receiving; you don't have to go to extremes, as this will only tip you off your balance. -
Vincent S replied to Thought Art's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Set Healthy Boundaries. No need to stop being nice. Fill your cup and give that which is extra and is running over. But don't let "others" suck you dry, and leave you in complete and utter loss of yourself. And help in ways which show others how to fill their cups with their own ways of living, and not to steal from others. And the ones which you can't help; just trust that whatever force they have within, will lead them to where they are supposed to go... eventually You can also help others who aren't in your face begging and stealing from you. You can go buy a sandwich for a homeless person that isn't really expecting you to do such a favor. Help in ways which come spontaneously to you. Live in flow and let life live, let life give, and let life forgive. -

You got that much to do, that you cant set aside a day for God to Love you? Jokes aside, yes you can take smaller DMT trips rather than taking a whole day for LSD. But to be fair, setting the intentions and preparing set & setting; you are already doing that, might as well put a side a day to ease in to it, give it your fullest attention and integrate it fully after? Also depends on what your business is, if its something you are passionate about (life purpose, or doing something you love), then the DMT trips can help you fuel and harness the inspiration you need to complement your life. If it is for a higher purpose, I guess the medicine will surely understand and help you along the way.
