  2. Been on my path for 2-3 years now and last year was heavy.

People that have noticed my weight loss are commenting and saying I need to get fat again because apparently it fit me to be chubby...

Others say I'm a dreamer and I need to start earlier in order to achieve my goal. I'm 23 now

Now that I'm generating some cash from my own business they also say that can you generate tomorrow? and next day? "don't fantasize"

One person said that I need to get a real job.

Some say that those personal development books are not true.

Someone else that have noticed some weird stuff along the way?

Well that's unfortinute, also before you go a side note, your pre conceived notions of who is enlightened or isn't enlightened is a trap keeping you from enlightenment ;)

Enlightenment comes to you without you looking for it. Also, by renovating the beliefs system and eliminating the society structure that has shaped who you are. And thinking for yourself without taking everything for granted people tell you.

I don't like to talk too much smack about stuff like this since a lot of it does have ancient roots in cultures that I don't want to disrespect, but really, everything in this kind of area: star signs, palm reading, horoscopes, numerology, tarot etc. The world is populated with over 7 billion completely unique individuals. To say something like lines on their hands or numbers or the stars can generalize and put every unique human into a convenient little category is a little fishy ...

True! But if there is no free will, planets could affect our behavior like the moon affects the tidal. It's caused by the gravity and if you are enlightened or have had moments of enlightened you feel that you are everything plus if you are everything then maybe planet alignment affects human beings as well. Open minded is the key to success <3

If, video games, reading books, watching TV , playing board games, card games, any game.

If these are a waste of time. What isn't? for example, if any of you saw my last post concerning "Revolution"

I would like to be a Revolutionary (Please see my previous post)

What am I supposed to do exactly?  Devise a master plan on the revolution of how I will change society via new education and econmical systems?

I know my life purpose , but how am I supposed to achieving such a big a task as this?

I mean if I shouldnt be playing video games, what should I be doing Right now?

    3

Do what lifts you up. Video games are fun. Life is meant to enjoy not worry about if you are wasting it. If you enjoy video games, then play?  You can be enlightened and self-actualized and play video games. Don't know why people are so obsessed with their purpose and only put the focus on that area. If you want to be enlightened, you should also do what you enjoy and not do what people tell you to do. If you do that, you are messing with your belief system because someone else told you not to play games and watch TV, because it's a waste of time.

The freaky part is at the intimate section of the report, sounds like they have listened to my phone calls I had with my manager... Maybe it seems so accurate to me because I'm multi-talented and pursue writing, music, and teaching. Plus I sing a lot. :/ Gets insane when I read that I am excellent in leadership, my teacher in elementary school told that to my parents and didn't believe them until I got selected to lead a group of people to a local business involving SEO. In the report, they also wrote about my childhood fear and obstacles. Like being introverted and having few. But good friends, but that excels in adulthood to a larger social circle wich is true.  That's why I got freaked out; they had my peculiar childhood on a piece of paper. The company must have access to my cookies and sees my email inbox about acting etc.

    Then about my music activities...

  7. This is insane... Purchased the paid report from Numerologist - Here's an excerpt: num.PNG.2c9a89ad32abf533108ad1b128007d51

First. I'm currently studying academic writing and soon to start a journalist school. I can sing. I also have a blog. I also have been acting when I was younger in acting schools and in a movie.

    Here's another excerpt.

I have been producing music for 2 years now and up to this day I've made 155 songs... How can this be so accurate? Do you think they have access to my email?

First, Increased awareness of what your first hand experience of reality in the present moment consists of before all of our concepts, beliefs, and frameworks are applied to it. Recognize thought stories as thoughts stories. So, it is a subtraction of knowledge, not an addition. For example, when learning how to paint realistically, you must be able to perceive of visual reality as a collection of shapes imbued with colors as opposed to delineating the world based on concepts and labels for your own utility. So, if you're painting a chair, you forget your concept of what a chair looks like and forget that you're painting a chair, and simply depict the shapes and colors in your field of awareness in the present moment.

Also you must couple this non-conceptual awareness with unconditional acceptance and recognition of the completeness and perfection of the present moment. No shoulds or should nots. Just acceptance of your thoughts, emotions, and perceptions in the present moment. You can only wake up right now. There is no future enlightenment. There is no process or path or plan. There is only recognition of what is in your reality right now.

Nice speech! Gave me more clarity  =) thank you

@Isle of View it's surely in a book from Ken WIlber : I'm reading "Integral meditation" written by him and it's exactly the words he uses and the theory he defends.. Since I read it as an Ebook and I haven't finished it yet, I cannot affirn that you will find the chart in it..

It's Wilber's case too.. Just an other attempt to conceptualyze and put a certain personal and spiritual developement in different stages..

    One more ego construct ?o.O

Great that we have experts on this forum. What can you say about his course, Superhuman OS :P They promises a lot of things but do you think it's another ego construct ?

  10. @Emerald Wilkins Sounds very fun to become enlightened, but if you can't become it from learning the deep psychology and if you already have good cognitive skills, what would be the starting point towards enlightenment? If we already have enlightenment within us, how can we look for it? Been meditating for a couple of years and I've noticed that I don't care so much about stuff; politics, society, fashion, and things that are superficial.

  11. @Emerald Wilkins But if you master your psychology, wouldn't it be easier to know yourself more and what's good for you? After self-development, you  start to understand what's best for you. I found for example that music can act as meditation for me. And if you know how the mind works you will also understand that you ain't control of most stuff. Living in the now is easy when you practice it, and it's very fun as well  ^^

Don't know why people can get so steamy over a piece of the picture. It's interesting though :D

Enlightenment is not about being aware of everything that is happening, enlightenment is the realization you ARE everything. There's no more need to worry about anything, whatever you do or don't do, it's fine. This thirst for getting ahead in life will melt like snow under a bright sun. That doesn't mean you can't do anything anymore, there's just no more need for anxiety and worry.

You can't be enlightened in one area, you are either enlightened or you're not. If you feel there's stuff that need to be 'fixed' you are not enlightened.

Good answer! Then I've been enlightened from the day I began to master my psychology and now there are no worries and anxiety. What matters now is to help other people to feel good :P
