Had a feeling your response was going to be similar to that. Whose trauma is worse and who hasn't walked in similar shoes and let's compare traumas. Listen, I get it. The question is do you want to stay a victim or become empowered. The OP is trying to show you how you can help stop being a victim. -

And now they still have that power over you by you not letting it go. -

Here we go again with the pity party. People are just who they are. You can find all that you described in people in all kinds of professions. "All porn stars have a troubled background" you said... who doesn't...some just worse than some and depends on what you call troubled. You feel guilty for getting off on some woman with a troubled past, so now it's immoral. Porn is more normal than most of the bullshit happening in our society. Porn's been out since I was a kid and it's still here. You're probably right in what you're saying as far as childhood trauma, and how they're not the same anymore etc. But do you understand that the owner of Coco Cola might not be the same anymore either after realizing his billion dollar co has rotted teeth, caused diabetes and weight gain in people from all that sugar, amongst other degenerative diseases, not to mention Mikkie Dees. Lots of rich people are unhappy and were traumatized. This epidemic is not just in the porn industry it's in all walks of life. Porn is serving it's purpose and all the actors weren't traumatized or victims of sexual assault. I don't mean to come off strong here, but I get tired of the stigma that's put on certain industries that are considered "immoral" by societal standards while the real culprits are walking loose making billions of dollars off of consumers who think they're contributing to moral, upright, hard working CEOs and companies that are contributing to the detriment of our societies' evolution. Too much of anything can be bad for you and porn is one of them; but before we label the industry into one category of immorality, lets dissect it and point to the different segments of it that are troubling such as child sex trafficking or it being forced unto by unwilling participants etc. Nothing is immoral unless you personally say it is and that is just your truth. And why is this post under the politics/government section. Oh, I forgot, cops, judges, politicians, and government officials also watch porn. -

Yeah, I'm aware my name isn't me, nor my thoughts and body, but if someone were to ask you what your true nature was what would you say to them...who/what are you existentially. -

@Javfly33I get what you're saying in your post. I understand where you're coming from. The "concept" thing is what cleared it up for me. I just don't want to disagree with something without knowing why I disagree. I'm still not saying I agree or disagree, but now I understand what you're saying, it makes sense from that perspective. -

Ok. So, speaking and thinking "AS" God is more precise. -

Ok I get it..what you're saying, that is. So what should you call yourself? -

Is that why you're throwing up in the toilet?...hehe..But seriously, I get what you're saying., but pointers can also point you in the wrong direction, no? He said calling yourself God is limiting yourself, but isn't that a part of God's essence...unlimited? Pretty much everything he said in his post is describing God, but then he said the notion I AM God is limiting. I don't get it. -

@Javfly33 Isn't this a conclusion in itself. You've also came to this conclusion. Why should we listen to this conclusion then. This is coming from a place of sincere curiosity, please don't take it as anything other than such. I just like to think for myself and, well, my thoughts are...this is also a conclusion. Explain please. -

You mean most don't recognize that they are God. Their idea of what God is is flawed. -

You created that narcissist by calling them a narcissist. Now your world has to prove to you that they are a narcissist, and they'll keep being a narcissist until you let go of the idea of them being a narcissist. That's how powerful you are. You are the operant power. -

@tuku747 It's posts like these that gives me inspiration. That helps me to stay grounded and focused and reminds me of the power within and how to use it. Thank you . -
Thank you for this insight. I truly appreciate it. I recognized how my reaction on that thread was disempowering, and instead of feeling regret over it, I used it to understand myself more and how I was feeling the need to defend what didn't need defending. It made me more aware of my inner conflict and made me realize the only conflict I was having was what the mind was perceiving as an attack which, in retrospect, was the mind fighting with itself. Going through a spiritual awakening, allows more room for the ego to throw wider punches because the gap between it and the true self widens. It tries to hold on for dear life and the conflict inside becomes more exposed. I'm becoming more aware if this, and am showing it more love and understanding. I don't regret anything from that conversation as it has made me more aware of my inner conflict and brought it to the light. Now I can do the work needed on myself to be able to respond to situations more appropriately. Thank you and much love to you too.❤️

They are. The mind just likes to complicate things. Ever did math? Always trying to find the solution. It's called conditioning. Work on the mind and the rest will follow.

His doubts aren't coming from his lack of watching Leo's videos, they're coming from his own mind. Thats why he's here, trying to fight his own self-doubt.

What you say after I AM you become. Be careful with your language.

People are where they're at. It is part of the Divine. Everything is divine. If that's called dumb, then so be it. Can't know smart unless you're familiar with dumb, so be thankful some are dumb for you to illuminate your smartness. It is only because of the darkness why the light can shine. Different sides to the same coin. It's called duality.

Thankfully I never made that mistake. I used to follow my mind, now I'm learning to follow my heart and to surrender to where it leads. This forum is one example; and, because I know God makes no mistakes, I have no complaints because that would be foolish.
