It's wrong. There needs to be a clear path of delineation when it comes to this work to avoid the many traps and wounds that can inadvertently be inflicted on people. A student/teacher role is especially inappropriate. I try to avoid listening to all gurus who have a history of this.

I had a similar high the other day as well. I think the difference between you and me however was I went into it expecting this to come up. You can use cannabis to help let this stuff go. Treat it like a ceremony where you lie down to relaxing music in a dark room and surrender. You don't have to do anything. Set a time for a good two hours or so. This can be as powerful as holotropic breathe work if not more.

I have an extreme fear state that comes up when I am tripping. It's so intense I have no clue how to even let it all go... it's almost primal but my thoughts will get disorganized and crazy and I start contemplating and freaking out at the uncertainty of life and my deepest fears, no matter how crazy or unlikely, coming true. But I think it's about small steps. Gonna try to work with MDMA next... It really can help with fear.

More like imagination contains memory. It's an aspect of imagination inspired by direct experience. It's a very useful tool humans have.

Yup And then literally the rest is just.... duhhh going out and being social or capitalizing on opportunities already presentin ones life. I can see someone maybe benefiting from some sort of social training if they have autism but even then that's bullshit because they will just be a fake version of themselves trying to attract someone who isn't into the real them. all this domain does is mirror back how much you love and know yourself ... if you love yourself and have the desire to experience women you will most definitely experience plenty of women... not just any woman but ones that align with your values and your level of truthfulness or falsehood.

You will make it concious when you start to go full circle in this domain and realize 90% of all PUA stuff is just dream garbage and BS and you were able to feel completely satisfied in this domain and get the results you wanted when you just started loving yourself.

Has anyone here done a solo MDMA ceremony on their own for personal healing and development? Is MDMA better to be done with someone or can you get benefits of it from doing it on your own? I would like to try this out and see if I can deepen the love for myself. If I do should I set it up how when I have did other ceremonies on my own? (dim light, calming music, lie down in comfortable and safe place, have anything I may need during the trip next to me such as water, towel, bucket, any medications, etc. I am interested in trying MDMA therapy with a facilitator but it isn't available in my country so I'm wondering what some of the difference might be doing it alone. Is having someone to talk to while doing it very effective, can the same be achieved by journaling while on it?

A much stronger, healthier body that you feel confident in and also more toned and in better shape so considered physically more attractive by most people. Many doctors in modern medicine don't have the first clue about strength, conditioning and fitness and aren't even in very good shape themselves. I have some resources for you bellow. Sorry you had such a frightening experience. I would be less worried about superstitions and more cautious about tripping so carelessly and in such a volatile state. Doesn't sound like you went into this at all properly or safely. Doesn't even sound like you even measured a dose out properly or gave any thought to the set, setting or your own internal state. Stop investing in superstitions that were formed when people had less knowledge than they do now. All that demonic occult stuff is a waste of time and a problem if you actually want to invest into it.

yup, weed is great for surfacing negative energies and trauma and it's quite gentle and not so potent if dosed properly to cause any severe harm. It's also easy to get a hold of in many places. I think if used properly it's quite good. A lot of people who have bad experiences on it like anxiety are just surfacing stuff usually.

A friend of mine told me once they feel this way. I also recall feeling this way as well many years ago. I think at that time I was much more closed off and unauthentic so part of me felt lonely because even though I was around people I wasn't receiving the love of friendship because I was closed off from it. I would seek out people like me as well which further affected my self esteem.

Didn't you make another thread about this? Why do you feel so much resistance regarding whether or not you play this game? You're not going to enjoy it either way if you do get it and feeling something is off. It's just my opinion but I wouldn't spend all that money on a PC just to play this game if you have other financial issues, if money isn't an issue for you then it shouldn't be a problem. You can play it for way cheaper than spending thousands of dollars. If it's a matter of time then ask why you feel you are wasting your time, love yourself. It isn't about changing yourself but loving yourself fully. That's when actual change can occur.

I recall tripping hard once and it was maybe my third time having participated in an Ayahuasca ceremony. I remember the person next to me saw me freaking out and I remember telling them I thought I was trapped in this state forever and they said "you will come back, we always come back." These words touched me deeply at the time and gave me an insight which went beyond just the context of my body fulling metabolizing the DMT for the duration of the ceremony and allowed me to see the importance of letting go and the cycle of returning. Let's not forget human life is a balance of the physical and spiritual and the discernment of these states is often times a key tool in actually fully realizing truth is a joining them.

following this logic I don't see how one can not follow up and say there is no difference then between being awake vs unawake and thus there is no point in even seeking. Fundamentally what you saying there is truth to it... they all have the same foundation but you're overlooking the hierarchal necessity of discernment... so yes it is helpful and necessary to discern the psychedelic space from the sober/actualized state which we are trying to integrate these experiences into. from our relative normal grounded lives the psychedelic space is "more" hallucination and imaginary.

I've done this as well... and so has everyone else. It's part of being human. We make mistakes, hurt others, hurt ourselves, and end up in a knot where we just don't know where to go and feel stuck and afraid to move. Do you have a daily practice or something to start rebuilding this relationship with yourself? Self love and forgiveness goes a REALLY long way in healing this. There are plenty of techniques you can work with.

I'm really desiring to have a deep psychedelic trip but I'm not sure now is the right time. I have other things in my life I'd like to focus on and don't wish to juggle that with integrating a deep experience. I feel like I need to shoot this arrow and let it hit the target I have aimed for before going back to the formless source. There still is an inner part of me that feels like a trip might aid this however but I'm never really sure what lessons might lay on the other side so I'm hesitant currently. I'm considering doing some MDMA work. I haven't rolled in so many years. I think this may expand my capacity to love and help me make better decisions in life from a more genuine place. I'm excited to do some work on MDMA
