  1. I have a few ways I journal - Future self: I write about and envision aspects of myself I wish to grow into. This can be powerful if you aren't always feeling a certain way or if you are feeling stuck. You can basically write love letter to yourself from a higher place while feeling low. - Gratitude: Always powerful, write about things you are thankful for. - Honest feelings journal: This is good for shadow content or stuff about yourself that confuses you. Write exactly how you feel about something, the emotions, pay attention to how your body feels and stay in the present moment, essentially talk therapy in journal form. - Affirmations: Write out things that are positive about yourself and aid in your growth. Write them so you feel they are honest and are things you feel you accept. If you feel huge resistance to them start with ones you feel you can accept and repeat to yourself. You can also journal about the blockages that come up "IE: I am lovable" if a block comes up when repeating this explore that blockage through writing.
  2. ideology isn't necessarily a negative. I would say culture and ideology are intertwined. It's more so about if that ideology is beneficial towards growth vs if it hampers it.

  4. I tried nofap and it just felt like suppressing desires in an unhealthy way. I don't even like to suppress my porn usage, however I think porn should be used responsibly. I buy the bulk of my pornography. I think tube sites and free porn for the most part has some very unethical and shadowy aspects to it. I like to control my information flow and not have some gross thumbnail with some else's fantasy titling it.
  5. Sorry you had this trauma. It's painful stuff. Perhaps go easy on yourself, journal and do stuff you feel can help you integrate this in a positive way.
  6. DMT visuals can brutal on Aya and you have to vomit and throw up to get this experience and feel like you're sick... tbh I'm not the biggest fan of visuals/visions. I can explore that dimension while asleep in dreams.
  7. It was said above me but I would be very careful and probably not start on LSD. It is like a 12 hour long trip. Mushrooms will probably a bit better, and of course research dosing, start slow and make sure you are in an environment where you feel totally safe and free of judgement and danger.
  8. She creeps me out a bit to be honest but she does have some good content and articulations on healing the psyche. I try not to throw the baby out with the bath water and am strong enough to filter out distractions.
  9. Always be focusing on building self love. Allow for each emotion to be heard. Hold space for the part that is angry, the part that is embarrassed, the part that is ashamed, etc. Let them all feel welcome at home within.
  10. When this happens for me I usually like to journal a bit and figure out what's going on. It can be a little tricky and confusing though so I don't really try to stress about figuring this out and adding more questions on questions on questions. Also discerning what I'm feeling vs the thoughts helps. There is the physical feeling and then the thoughts so sometimes just feeling the feelings and setting the stories aside can be a good and counterintuitive way to finding answers about the emotions.
  11. a good example of how stage orange practices and habits will slowly kill your business if you fail to evolve. may not be today or tomorrow but we are gonna see a lot more of this over the next decade.
