I can relate. As you unpack your own bullshit, you start to see it more clearly in others. This is where you have to get comfortable being alone. The more authentic you are, the more you have less social ties. But don’t be jaded, trust that like minded folks will gravitate towards you over time. The number of connections will be small, but the quality will be well worth the wait.

Though we’re in a dream, it’s infinite. One must realize that he can’t wake up from the matrix, he can only wake up to the matrix. Awakening is not an escape from reality, in fact...it engages you even deeper. You understand the game is never ending. On the opposite side of what you call “death” is birth. Two sides of the same coin. Spiritual goals beyond mere realization of what IS.. is falsehood. If you find yourself wanting what IS to change through spiritual work, you are mistaken. Put your focus on the context of reality, not the content. The distinction is important. Ultimately, proper contextualization is all you need in this journey.

I just find it interesting how Gov. of NY Andrew Cuomo went from a media darling for his handling of Covid to sexual predator in such a short turnaround. He’s no better than Trump on that front. Politics is a dirty game, and we can’t underestimate how much power influences the human psyche and ego. I have a hard time understanding #MeToo deniers, this is toxic masculinity at its finest. We must demand better from our political leaders. Kudos to the women who were courageous to come out. https://www.nytimes.com/live/2021/08/10/my region/cuomo-resigns

Answer: God is not a belief, God is Truth. -
I think this is worth a second video from Leo, with a focus on the concept of free will as it applies to the awakening process. This is a common trap that creates barriers to the realization of God, and empowers the Ego to take credit for successes and failures gained along the spiritual path.

@Leo Gura haha well we’re all God, so no pressure

So true. My hiccup is thinking there’s something off with me wanting to be alone most of the time, but that’s just social conditioning

I’m 30! And yes you’re spot on, most Yellow people tend to be seniors lol. That amount of life experience counts for something...when used the right way of course (I know plenty old folks at the lower stages). Yea the lone wolf aspect is important. Since Yellow is individualist and goes away from the collective Green mindset, I’m wondering how Yellow people would even meet lol. If I had to guess it would be through some academic or creative work.
-
That’s the plan. I’m majority Green these days, it was quite tough transitioning from Orange, so I can only imagine how difficult it is to find Yellow. But you are totally right, I notice that whatever value systems shape our identity, we manifest those in the form of relationships and social opportunities.

@Leo Gura that’s awesome! Hope you do a better job than Rupert Spira of breaking down non-duality, consciousness and the nature of God to Curt. It was a good podcast but I could tell there were many hiccups and things left unrealized.

Sounds like you may be suffering from depression, which is leading to addiction. First step is doing an honest check to see where your head space is, then seeking resources to tackle whatever that is. Counseling and therapy is extremely helpful. Also, make sure you are taking care of your health. Try to eat and exercise proper, and do away with addys (and all other drugs that are not prescribed), caffeine and cigs. Pay attention to your hygiene (try bathing twice a day). Best of luck mate.

@Someone here limited relative to what exactly? Notice how you are thinking in a dualistic fashion. One -ness alone is the Truth you seek. In actuality, everything is unlimited..in other words, infinite. -

The goal from God’s perspective is to let life be whatever it is. This is the notion of infinite love..it comes without preference. Realizing that everything, including suffering, is a bi-product of infinite love is what frees your souls. -

You will never reach enlightenment with this mindset, why do you assume that it should be easy for you? Sounds like ego. and you are bullshitting yourself regarding death, you’re survival is of the upmost importance to you, else you wouldn’t be here. Enlightenment requires humility, wisdom and discipline. If you don’t have these, or actively work to attain them, you may as well go elsewhere because it will end up backfiring. -

@RMQualtrough just ignore them. They’re obviously ignorant about meditation all together. Carry on, carry strong ?? -
Contemplate: Imagine if mirrors, or any form of physical reflection, didn’t exist when you were born. This should give you some taste of what it would feel like to not have an Ego/sense of self. There would be no character to construct your life story around, no perceived physical and social laws you’d need to follow to survive. It would be is pure “Is”-ness, with no grounding. In relative terms, consciousness has made human realms much easier to navigate by inventing mirrors ?
-
Profound experience, my goodness. There is no "me" looking at this screen as a type. I have no physical face or head. What I call "my" body is just an appearance in reality, like everything else. I have fooled myself thinking I actually was the person in the mirror, when the person in the mirror was simply gazing at (the real) me the whole time! How wondrous it is being formless

Yes, I am noticing this state is not as stabilized as I want it. It somewhat comes and goes, the Ego can be persistent in doing everything to shut this down -

Advice needed: I am working on a life coaching certification (field of parenting), that I plan on using to start a coaching practice, as well as an online learning center for parents. My life purpose to make conscious parenting a norm throughout the globe, through providing resources. I want to make this lucrative, but also pure by not tainting it with marketing schemes for more dollars. I want my conscious life purpose to come with a conscious / high quality marketing strategy. Any ideas?

There is only consciousness. Dreams can't be connected to consciousness, because consciousness is all there is. Consciousness connects to consciousness...to infinity. -
Terell Kirby replied to levani's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@OneIntoOne Not true. What you must understand is life purpose is relative notion. And there is no truth in anything relative. What's worth doing in life understanding that worth is a construct, and depends on who's life we are talking about. Chart your own path consciously, else you will be doing it unconsciously. -
@vindicated erudite Thank you. YouTube is probably the biggest platform I could leverage for vlogs.

Knowing the unknown - quite a tricky paradox. Who we are is unknown to conventional senses of sight, sound, smell, taste and touch, but actual knowing transcends everything that is conventional. Ask yourself, how is it possible to know the unknown? It is done through the sixth sense..and that is knowing. All senses are birthed from the sixth sense of knowing. That sixth sense is also who you are...God itself
