Oneness is 'much' more than this materialist 'we are all made of the same atoms' idea. Reality is Consciousness and not the material universe.

Hmm if even the ayahuasca didn't do much, I would wonder if you're on the spectrum @Gustav? I think they normally need bigger doses for same effects... there was a clip on youtube about a guy that was barely tripping on 6-700ug of LSD

The separate sense of self adds layers to itself in an attempt to hide its own insubstantiality. It becomes clear that reality is 1 layer, everything, all experience is made up of only Knowing/Awareness/Consciousness There's nothing more to hearing than the Knowing of it. There's nothing more to seeing than the Knowing of it.... There's nothing more to the 5 senses than the Knowing. There's nothing more to feeling and sensing than the Knowing. When a feeling arises, welcome it to the Open Space of Unconditional Awareness that you truly are, and let it be permeated by the light of Knowing... there will be no resistance or clinging to it. This is a big one recognized here: There's nothing more to thinking than the Knowing. Thinking itself, when identified with, gives the impression that there's many layers to 'itself' but, when examined, thoughts are empty, they have no substance of their own, other than the Knowing. Resting in this state of Knowing (/being aware of awareness/Rigpa/etc) frees up contracted energies invested in thoughts/daydreaming and makes them available...

That's just more thinking your mind does to avoid realizing there's nothing to it. Realizing that all experience is "made up" of Knowing, that there's no other substance in all experience but Knowing, means experience happens, things get done, without the need for the mind to delve deep into the imaginary layers it builds up Also, this Knowing is not the Knowing of... something (which would still imply duality, between the experience, and the knowing of it), it's Pure Knowing, the same substance that perceptions, thinking, sensations, feelings are made of... not-two, and That is what You are.

Couldn't get plugging to work very well for me, so I do snort it instead. I'm off in about 3 minutes, and it doesn't really sting. I've no fear of the come up anymore, I have a playlist I listen to, starts with a couple of relaxing songs that I can surrender easily ... When I realize not only the spatiality of the music, but also the fact it is my song, I composed it and I'm the one singing it, I know I'm in business... Then I have a few pointing videos that help direct my contemplation... currently it's "I AM" by Rupert Spira... Contemplation phase lasts about 2 hours for me if snorted. Smoking it... in a Yocan evolve plus XL... I can't really get it to fully blow my mind anymore, no matter the dose... there might be some small quick insights, but it only lasts about 10-15 minutes, and it has a different, more rushed feeling. 20mg plugged sounds like a sub-breakthrough dose, even Leo who's very sensitive needs about 30... I'd try 30 next, then increase by 2-3mg until you find it... but if the dose gets quite high with no breakthrough, might want to try snorting it.

@Nahm And awareness is nothing. Even though words are just pointers and can't convey Truth, how would you describe this? Everything IS Awareness, rather than 'within' Awareness?

@Deajar-David Lazertry other methods of administering 5meo, snorting or plugging, they are very different to smoking for me

To the 'I', the ego, the unconditional Love will feel like a less powerful, less intense version of the egoic , needy, directional, normal human love. The challenge is realising that unconditional Love is just that, unconditional, and it Loves everything that arises in your experience, a stubbed toe and your child the same. Your sense of loneliness and meaninglessness are what the ego assignes to that experience. Of course, the ego is imaginary, and the work is in making this actual.

30mg, dissolved in vinegar, + coconut milk, inhaled... Felt like a kitchen cleaning sponge ran through my body, top to bottom, and removed all traces of impurities, thoughts, concepts. I had no sensory input whatsoever, and I became this .... cool (low temperature) superconductor for what felt like Pure Will, shimmering and trembling. I was in pure bliss, only 'thought' was "whaaaaaaaat ???!!?!?!?!"
