Haven't watched the video but I can agree. Certain emotions like guilt, jealousy, anger are just delusions created because you do not understand reality well enough. The "cause" here is very important to highlight or someone might take it the wrong way. Although, I'm not sure if it's the very highest source, he might just be saying that just to catch people's attention.

Irregular sleep schedule is a big one. I was able to consistently enter sleep paralysis by sleeping at certain times. Also apparently stress and lack of sleep contribute too.

Lol I had some sleep paralysis entity screaming at the top of its lungs into my right ear. It was not pleasant. This was before I learned how to escape it though. If you follow my steps I don't think anything will happen. Nothing has happened to me.

Nope. Had some crazy hallucinations though. It actually felt like the sleep paralysis was trying to trick me into opening my eyes at times. They would make it sound like the TV turned on and try to distract me with stuff like that. Often, I would think that I finally broke free, but I didn't. One time I had a voice that was reading my mind and saying out loud every word I was thinking in real time. That stuff doesn't happen to me anymore though since I leave immediately. Also, I haven't had sleep paralysis in like a year, since I fixed my sleep schedule.

Actually pretty accurate advice you got there. I've never tried the hold your breath thing, might work. Basically, you just close your eyes and think happy thoughts. If you are scared, your environment will become scary, so you gotta keep calm and take deep breaths. Keep your eyes closed and do your best to move your body, while imagining happy scenarios to distract yourself. Something that really works for me is thinking about sex. It completely distracts me from sleep paralysis, as weird as it sounds. I've gotten to the point where I can get out every time. You can even use it as a gateway for lucid dreaming. Simply imagine a scenario you want to be in, and sort of imagine yourself entering into it.

hahaha wow I had a dream once, where I fell asleep in the dream, and then started lucid dreaming while in the new dream which was inside that dream. Then, when I woke up inside the dream, I stopped lucid dreaming. And then I woke up again to actual reality.

90% of people who follow religions don't understand what they're following. It's still pretty narrow. I don't understand your logic here. You're basing all of this on a metaphor describing the path as "narrow". It makes no sense to me. This is talking about the controversy and disturbance his teachings will bring. It will make conflicts and disturbances between people and divide them. It's not saying that non-duality is false. All religious teachings can be dissected like this, and you will notice a pattern, which is that all of them point to non-duality. It's just a matter of being able to interpret the metaphors used.

Subjective = objective "Subjective" and "objective" are superficial dualities imagined by you. They're both the same thing. Try to imagine what it actually means for something to be objective. What would proof that something is objective look like to you?
