  1. Religios people are easier to disprove because science is not so important for them The next level would be Vaush's debate with the canadian french evolutional biologist. https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/unique-everybody-else/201211/cold-winters-and-the-evolution-intelligence
  2. I am not shure why people of a group should cheer for the other group. In general when your group (or just yourself) win they get a lot of "valuable" things for example power. I guess that is why they work so hard in the first place. If their win does not give them special powers they might not be motivated to do anything. Other example if you win in a gamble you probably are happy but if a stranger wins you will not care. Maybe some form of special system that can be created that is so fair that the people who work hard get enough value back. I guess the progressives tend to think it's possible The conservatives think less that way. The truth might be somewhere between them.
  3. Sometimes yes but sometimes it's not clear. A prof has an ego too. So he is invested in his theory so it happens he calls people dumb to make himself feel good. A dumb person is sometimes not invested in a topic and in his intelligence and can accept his ignorance.
  4. Seems not so clear: https://www.nytimes.com/2019/12/13/world/europe/uk-election-labour-redwall.html
  5. Because it sounds sometimes like it is not ment seriously. A way of lazy thinking. The question would be then: What does dumb mean? Is he really dumb? Why is he dumb?
  6. Really? He gives the sarcastic vibe people say. Could be his deep manly voice and sometimes his "toxic masculinity" when talks about his "massiv" dingdong. Which he scaled down a lot it seems. In his latest vid he comes off as almost conservative. He is talking about manners, trackrecord. Very judgemental for an anarchist. Something comes to my mind about his central arguments (not related to this video). What happens to people who don't want to work in his worker coop transition system (that later becomes communism)
  7. Maybe Jesse might have his situation too. Some might be very sad.
  8. Facebook is fighting the pressure, though it's not big enough: https://www.cnet.com/news/facebook-ad-boycott-how-big-businesses-hit-pause-on-hate/ https://www.wsj.com/graphics/facebook-faces-an-advertiser-boycott/
  9. Kyle thinks that it is an intentional distraction. He doesn't seem to be emphatic about cancelling "media racism". Kyle is floating slightly away from the left?
  10. We both had the talk about opportunists. He is a case where he doesn't look like an oportunist. If a compassionate brainiac like him has these wrong ideas (though every worldview is relativ) then how much chance has a normal guy to understand the truth of the progressive idea?
  11. He is the classic superhero who defends the good against the evil. Most superhero action and cop movies work like that but times maybe changing and things get different?
  12. This was little bit surprising. I didn't expect Chris Cuomo inviting this guy (looks like Harvey Keitel):
  13. As far I can remember he clearly was against jews and all "genetically low iq" people with violent cultures and religions. He himself apparently promoted peace and raising children peacefully. Jordan Peterson never said something bad about jews as far as I can remember.
  14. Seems like the "peaceful blockparty" has ended. The protestors can make the party in the major's house then. After all she liked "the summer of love blockparty".
  15. I think many people think he is an opportunist. He is basically an upgrade to destiny. He learned his style from him. He got to his status with the help of destiny and hasan piker from tyt. Vaush became popular with him being edgy. His worker coop thing is not convincing at all. I didn't see any known leftist that defends this thing but it gives Vaush rhetorical power to make him look like a moral authority. Like destiny he doesn't like to talk with leftists in his show. I guess it's boring and he get's called out and cancelled all the time by them that is not fun. Fascists on the other hand are fun in the sense of a good versus evil story. Captain america (destiny) and Comrade america (Vaush) are fighting against the evil fascists (nazbols). I guess even fascists love that show because they get some platform for their ideology. I didn't see this one but I will I guess. They did this on individual talks many times already.
  16. I don't know what he wanted to say maybe he wanted to say what Bret Weinstein said that the democratic party ran with the fringe left to distract from their corruption (that equally exists with the republicans) The way he speaks is working with the lizard brain with some elements of the frontal cortex. That makes it more "powerful" I guess.
  17. Sorry but the guy is doing videos with Nicky Minaj he is playing at the top levels. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oNg3M9IJJlY Look at his wiki page it's quite long https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/6ix9ine
  18. Seems like a different form of epistocracy to me: Sorry for the source but it's mostly bipartisan here
  19. I don't think you understand Trump voters. I think they think that Trump has to play that character because there is no alternative. They think he is doing the right thing by being verbally aggressive but being actually not violent. He is playing tough in order not to be seen as weak. So things don't get too serious like in his foreign policy.
  20. When you look into the world I don't see a functioning reality too much. Most progressive systems are in crises are faced with a lot of resistance. Some of them turn to conservatism like East Europe and Brazil. They lose a lot of power against conservative countries like China, Russia, Turkey in world affairs. They can't keep up. We have cases like Singapore where the system seems to work good enough by many peoples standards. It is a mix between liberal and conservative elements. https://www.quora.com/How-liberal-or-conservative-is-Singapore
  21. You can conserve humanistic ideals (2000 years old) You can be progressive in bringing into life (2000 years old humanistic values)
  22. You want to have a just society? Why not go full in? Why stop at a random red line?
