I’ve almost stopped asking this question because I’m afraid my arrogance will make into an ego boost kind of thing. Still interesting to contemplate, though.

I think a better approach would be to make children think more deeply about the food they eat. Outright banning it is silly imo.

Nothing really changed besides the lockdown giving me some incredibly persistent and annoying stomach problems that I’m unable to properly diagnose and heal.

I bet the right wing is more of a thing you should be worried about than this. Also, I've been following Walter guys twitter for a while and he seems like a chill progressive dude. Relevant:

Watched this one on stream and oh boy.. I think you'll start to find most debates very pointless having watched enough of them. And I only realized recently how much of a distraction these debates and political discourse on twitter and twitch (through streamers) are. -
You could probably try and fit capitalism like this if you tried hard enough.

@Preety_India I don’t quite see what you see in that Megathread but it’s possible that there is more demonization going on that I haven’t noticed (since you seem to be a lot more active). But I don’t think I’ve seen that much on the politics sub forum (But I suppose I could be wrong about that too). Anyways, I think we’re basically in agreement for the most part. -

Sure, but, if you want to have the most truthful perspective then you should be willing to point out the problems with Green (and that’s what this place is for!). I think we could simultaneously do both (show the necessity of moving more people up the spiral while also pointing out its limitations). -

Demonizing green? In this forum? Where ?? If anything, we need to point out the problems with Green more. -
https://mobile.twitter.com/marwilliamson/status/1356326158762184707 I thought this was an interesting suggestion though I don’t know if I really agree with it. Thoughts?

Well, it all depends on your interpretation doesn’t it

I don’t see the difference. Both are baseless accusations.

No radical points. Incrementalism ftw.

Nah I think he’s doing alright. Some of these guys will literally never acknowledge anything Biden does good because it isn’t their ultra progressive agenda
-
@DocWatts Oh sure, I just see Twitter go to shit whenever I see someone talk about it
-
Nah this is like the most contested issue amongst the more centrist and progressives lol

Just regular racism ? -
No, it is only bad sometimes. These kinds of examples are in the minority.
