Slowly build your way up to higher doses perhaps 4 grams. Make sure you are in a good mindset and a safe place that you know well

    This is good advice.

Or do they show you what they want to?

    Yes, they do.

I’m also curious as to how much I need to take to encounter Autonomous Entities. Does dosage determine whether or not I’ll see Entities? Do they appear with eyes closed or open?

Kilindi Iyi once told of a trip with 50g of dry mushrooms where he was sitting in a room with his eyes open and a portal opened through which a predator entered. I've only seen beings with eyes closed on a high-dose DMT trip. So I think the dosage determines whether you see entities, and it has to be insanely high for your mind to open like that.

  2. Get the book: No Bad Parts by Richard Schwartz. It contains over 30 exercises that you can do on your own. (all safe)

The more in touch you are with your higher self, the more likely you are to succeed on your own. And if you can find and pay a good therapist who is more conscious than you are, it can speed up the process a lot.

Also if you have access to psychedelics and know how to use them, you can do IFS therapy with psychedelics, which is extremely effective. But that is dangerous if you do it on your own. You need to be extra careful, start with a low dose and go very slowly.

  3. Sounds like you are doing it right :)

General mistakes I observe people make:

    • stop after a few trips
    • too high a dose too quickly
    • trip with sketchy people they don’t know well
    • don’t integrate what they learn…

the right way to use it would be to listen to your intuition and let it guide you.

  4. You said it yourself, you don't even really want to stop smoking weed, so in my opinion it won't happen. What do you think would be different if you stopped smoking weed? You said you would live with your girlfriend and have a good job. So why not put your energy into that and work towards something you really want? Maybe then weed won't be such a big problem anymore...

So what job would you like to do? What could you do to find a girlfriend? What are you actually interested in? Maybe you could pursue a hobby more actively? Just a few ideas...

  5. It's cool that he's open and has the balls to do it. Even three times and after feeling negative energy the first time. Also interesting how he describes the experience using his language.

Could you provide some links to some studies of other countries showing the positive impacts on Cannabis legalization? Also your friend's bachelor about the impact of cannabis legalization on drug help centers versus the data when LSD was used in those drug centers?

Just google it. They don't use LSD at drug help centers, what do you mean? People with drug problems come there and they get help.

they should have skipped to legalise psychedelics like psilocybin or even LSD, in fact lefalize LSD and put it back into their 12 step program!

I hope this is the first step also towards psychedelic therapy in Germany.

I predict an increase of cannibis addiction. Bad mistake to start legalisation of weed,

Studies from other countries that legalized say different . A friend of mine works at a drug help center and is now writing his bachelor about the impact of the cannabis legalization on drughelp centers. He says that in long term it will have only positive impacts. I think so too, as most experts do.

@Grateful Dead You are a Bavarian? Haha, would have never guessed that :D

    Lol I know 😂

  8. Today the Bundestag voted to legalize cannabis.

Home cultivation will be permitted and there will also be cannabis social clubs with licensed dispensaries. If things go well, the law will come into force on April 1, 2024. However, it could be delayed a bit, but 2024 is certain.

I am very happy about this as I live in the most conservative state of Germany where the cannabis laws were very strict. I'm also excited to see how this will impact culture and society here.

@LSD-Rumi Interestingly, I relate to both points you mentioned, but I was never diagnosed with a personality disorder.

Thinking in weird ways or not being interested in socializing alone wouldn't classify as a personality disorder.

Diagnostic is mostly bs anyway imo. It's just there for billing and also some people like to identify with having adhs or being depressed for example.

The Islamic people see everything as a competition, the Islamic team against whatever team, and they cheer for their team. A way to cheer is to stab people downtown and stuff. For them everything is wounded pride, it is a primitive ideology, like that of the Christians of the year 1300. It is a problem for coexistence in Europe, at any time in Holland or France a party will win that has in it's program of banning mosques, considering Islam a toxic ideology, submission of women, etc, so The muslims will react, and perhaps there will be a very serious crisis

Well as fucked up as that sounds, I think you're right. This stuff has been brewing in Europe for decades and it seems like shit is becoming real now. There are so many problems emerging now that I think a major crisis in Europe is inevitable.

Nice!!! Yeah our egos are never satisfied. I'd say he is doing God's work with the book you mentioned and this interview. Our ego is always going to see imperfection in us, but every time I am constantly shown that all of us are perfect as is. So the true test in life is not just for us to see imperfection in life, but in ourselves. With that said...I just had a rough ride in traffic, people can't drive!!! LOL!!!

Totally agree! And funny that you say that because lately I get shown that too in a very cool and clear way. Also btw my city has the worst drivers in germany 9_9
