Ego goes deeper then most of us think. It‘a not just thoughts it is literally reality.

Ungrounded: in the head/ monkey mind .. literally not aware of the weight and the feets on the ground. Disconnected from the body. what helps me grounding: nature, walking, excercising, dancing, meditation for body awareness, every kind of sport, accepting reality as it is and being in the moment. psychedelics wise: huachuma is grounding me af. I feel more sane and grounded then in a sober state.

Leo, so we will eventually experience everything for infinity right? So why do we asume that we will be other human beings, taxi drivers, cats and so on. Why so focused on our current realm beings - if there is infinity alien creatures and so on? I guess I just feel better if I know I will experience other being forms and not „(just)“ trillion of human forms ? sounds more exciting.

I wish you right now that you can see the beauty of existence. All spiritual work is useless when it‘s not bringing joy to your daily life. Maybe you lost the balance at some point. It is not about escaping it is about embracing brother. It‘s not just about food, sex and so on. It‘s about sharing the love. Find some activities what you enjoy doing. It could be creativ things like music, painting, gym, martial arts .. I mean millions of things that you could do. Enjoy your progress in it.. it‘s growth. Build a healthy ego and start cultivating a eyciting life. It should be neither too easy neither too dificult. But see a beauty in challenging yourself. You can not change the superficial society but you can change your yourself and your surroundings. much love for you. But I would say: you were too much in your head. Live back from your heart and embrace life

Hello, I experienced with san pedro following: I could sit / touch trees, stones, plants and connect with them. Get wisdom and feel their energy rushing over my body and merging the energy, „taming“ it and having it inside me. was I tripping balls? Or did u guys also experience something similar? If so can you share more Infos? Amd is it possible to do the same with the elements? Like fire, water and so on? ty

This was my fifth Huachuma Ceremony in Calca, Cusco Peru. (Please bare in mind I am not a native english speaker) I drank the medicine and my stomach immediately started feeling sick. I needed to fight against throwing up. I had the day before some alpaka steaks and it was heavy and I didnt like it. They are too cute to eat them and the taste was not good. Also I did a very strong heart opening Rapé the night before. However we walked to a sacred temple on the mountains and themedicine was strong. I focused on my breathing too some extend. Until it hit me: I don’t need to breath voluntarily. I can just relax and the body will do it anyway. Whenever I relaxed and get in to the present moment, I could feel how my body shooked. I tend to straighten up my knee and be aware of a healthy, strong posture. lettng these things go away was revealing and I could feel how the universe is holding me. That I can trust and love the Universe. That is the strongest version of my self. self with a capital S. 1000 years of wisdom hit me. Less is more. I don’t need to do anything. I just can let the beauty unfold. It ripped everything away. Everything which is not the truth. I am grateful that Huachuma is so gentle so I could balance between the Do’er and not Do’er. I could clearly see how we gain everything by giving up ourself. By Surrendering. If you know you will come back, how far are you willing to go? We were at the Temple (A overwhelmingly loving Energy palce) and I still was resisting until I layed on the sacred rock and the facilitator called the spirit to release my resistance. Immediately I felt a relaxation and let the ground hold me. It is that trust and love I always wanted. The Universe was breathing through me and I experienced a beautiful healing. Still there was a Observer and as I walked around the temple, I felt how my mind would come back and try to control and understand. I came to this retreat to be more loving, opening my heart and helping others by sharing my love. I was all my life fortunate to have a extremely loving family and a sensitive personality to help me navigate in more or less truthful, loving manner. I just wanted to be successful, so bad, that I thought I need to do a lot. Personal Developement was always a key and I wanted to prove myself to the world. But it didn’t matter. the more successful I became the more unsatisfied I was. The medicine teached me that real strength comes out of love and trust. I knew that. Intellectually but finally I could feel that. I walked to the other participatents who had a difficult time and gave some of them a hug. I could feel their pain and share love with them. One women from the US started crying while I was huging here. She repeatedly said: thank you, thank you.. We think often that we are not worthy of the infinite beauty and love which is presenting to us each moment. At some point she said look how beautiful the stones are. I told her: everything is beautiful. Another Participants was painting me and handed over his gift (I attached the painting as a file). Tears of joy came immediately. I took the panting with me and walked to the temple. I knew what to do. It was time to surrender and let go of the concept of I. I layed in the middle of the temple with my arms wide open. I let the ground hold me and it showered me with pure love. The Moon was present on the sky and I felt hugged by everything. It was beautiful. I repeatedly said: beautiful, beauty, it’s just beauty. We walked backed through the Mountains and the beautiful nature of Peru. I sat by the fire all day and barely said nothing. Another Participant with a beautiful soul was constantly talking about a specific „white chocalate“ the last days and how he loves that. I bought him some of that and gave it to him. The Joy and the childish happiness which I felt from him while eating it, brought again tears of joy in my eyes. What is all this beauty and love worth when we don’t share it? It might sound cheesy but this is healing. Writing that helps me to ground my self and yes I know there is still way more to experience. I don’t wanna rush. I wanna make sure that I keep that beauty in my heart and share it as much as I can. Thank you. Leo and all other Forum members. Also special thanks to Alan Watts, Ram Dass and all other teachers. I got nothing but love for you. I finally start to understand from the heart and not just the mind.

Hello everyone, I need you guys to be open-minded about this Topic Disclaimer: This is not about making quick money and getting rich !! I am a part of the Actualized community for about 7 years. I remember watching a video from Leo about authenticity and being so inspired by that, so I followed my wish to study acting and quitted my job. Before that I was studying Computer Science and I worked several years for Apple. Obviously spiritual and creativity was missing so that's why studying acting was so important at that time. After finishing my acting education I was spending 2 years by travelling the world and deepening spirituality. I also got some ego deaths and felt like I was reborn. I needed some new life purpose as the acting world was too superficial at that time. I had definitely hard time to integrate the insights and being able to take part in the society. But as you guys now: with time I was able to integrate and having joy in participating in society stuff. I was highly interested in Crypto, as I like the idea of decentralization. Further more the NFT Scene got my attention and I fell in love with the idea of creating a DAO (decentralized autonomous organization). Basically its Tech + Creativity + Selflessness combined. Let me explain shortly: NFT = Non-fungible token. Is a file based on the Blockchain - each of the NFTs are unique and can’t be replaced with something else. Like A one-of-a-kind trading card. Its unique and often limited and there for valuable. How does it work to create a NFT Community? First you need an Idea what the Community is supposed to be about: It can be saving specific animals, saving the Amazonas or simple creating a mental health community or even a conscious community with the goal of creating a health center. There is basically no limits. Every day there is over 30 new Projects coming in to the market at some are just for fun but lots of them have really good utilities and great roadmaps to change something for good. When the idea is ready: you have to be clear about your vision and roadmap. People are buying the NFT because they want to be a part of something which resonates with them. Than you also need to create your collection of NFTs which is one of the coolest parts: you need to decide the amount and the mint price for that. classic amounts are 100 - 10000. Everyone who bought an NFT can verify himself and is in the DAO. So they will have for all future decisions a vote right. As the Collection is limited and the community grows. It's also possible to list your NFTs in the secondary market and make some money with it. But this is just a small part of it. The Main idea is about creating a like-minded community where people can collectively follow a purpose. I can't explain you guys how excited this is for me. It combines every interests of me. And this is just the beginning. Web 3.0 is on his way and the Internet will be changed in a drastically way. i felt obliged to share that with you guys as I am pretty active here. Btw: I already created one Project and it has over 10 000 Members and it's a wonderful feeling to see how it works. The vibe is tremendously good and we are deciding everything as a DAO. This NFT Space has an unbelievable potential. @Leo Gura I would be highly interested in your opinion about that. Also it was difficult for me to explain everything ( also obviously not a native english speaker/writer ). Obviously there much more details to it. I was open for questions: At least someone who understands what's going on. There is so many details and benefits that I am suprise how narrow minded the reaction are. And I am missing smart questions: instead I see accusations ^^ It's a sign for me there is still a lot of work to do. Ethereum or Solana are pretty famous for it now. Iam mainly in the Solana World because the Gas Fee's are pretty low. on Ethereum you need to pay a high gas fee for each Transactions. Solanas fee is lower and it's faster.

( Blockchain Technology) Web 1.0 (1989-2005) Was basically just a bunch of static Web Pages with no user interaction. Web 2.0 (2005-present) The Social Web, or Web 2.0, made the internet a lot more interactive. Which enabled interactive web platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Wikipedia and many more. Huge Issue: The Internet is owned Platforms own everything you create online Deplatforming & censorship ( Youtube could technically block the content from Actualized. If Leo is not playing by there rules) Big Tech is extracting us. Web 3.0 (starting now) Blockchain technology unlocks a new kind of web: a human-to-human economic network in which strangers can trade currencies, assets and valuable data. No institutions charging fees, setting terms or asking questions for making it happen. These are apps that allow anyone to participate without monetising their personal data. So Basically: every user IS a wallet. every file is an asset owned by a wallet. (NFTs, Cryptos) every exchange is a transaction from one wallet to another. There is no permission needed from a central authority to post anything on the web, there is no central controlling node. This also implies freedom from indiscriminate censorship and surveillance. Also an Artist or owner of a Service can directly by connected with his Audience. There is so many usecases for NFTs and I will try to give you some examples: A Newcomer Musician wants to drop an Album. He brings out a NFT Collection with 1000 assets for a specific price. He defines on the Roadmap that all revenues will be used to create his new Album. Fans of him buy the NFT. The Musician gets the revenues straight to his Wallet (No other controlling Node is needed) and can start to work on his Album. Now you might say: come one this is crowdfunding = nothing new with that. But here it comes. By owning one of the limited NFTs = it's like the fans own a specific percentage of the Musicians work. (Investment) So the Musician could share to all NFT Folders airdrops. (For Example he could write in to the Roadmap: after hitting 500k sales / 20% will be distributed to all NFT Holders). Also with holding an NFT the fans would be able to participate collectively in the DAO voting for future decisions. Huge Part is of course that it is also like Social Club. Another usecase is that the Album could be then stored in the Blockchain.. and whenever the Fans are listining to it the Artist gets directly the revenue to his Wallet. Again no Node like Spotify is needed. The same would work with Youtubers, or Movies. It is already used for Games, where your NFT is your Character and by playing you get tokens on your wallet: With this tokens you can upgrade your Character, Breed new ones and sell them or swap them to cash it out. Even Real Estate or tons of other Fields can be covered by this Solution. A friend of mine explains it very well by making a analogie for the Cartoon series "Adventure Time" Again: what I shared is just a little piece of it. I think your perspective is a bit to shallow. Of course there a way more facets about this topic. just giving psychedelics to gneral population would do more harm, of course. because their baseline concioussnes is way to low. So they would need a fundament of basics, meditation etc. and at some point using psychedelics in a careful way could would help them in their spiritual journey. For all? I dont know ? For none ? I also dont know. Thats what I meant: its not black and white.
