  1. Saw her channel in other post, love the content and how she presents herself and the amazing concepts.
  2. What a gem, thanks and congrats for the excellent work!
  3. VERY nice topic and pointers AleksM, thank you
  4. My sequence was: Eckhart Tolle (almost all of them) > Ken Wilber (all the articles, books and videos) > Osho (all the videos) > Mooji/Gangaji/Papaji (all the long satsangs) > Ram Dass (videos and audios) > Adyashanti > Krishnamurti (all the long ones) > Gurdjieff/Ouspensky (audiobooks and bios) > and now I'm on the Matt Kahn/Lisa Cairns "stage" (in this period of about 2 intensive years, I also studied a lot of other self-help/self development authors, such as all the audio and books from Tom Robbins, Sedona Method, Da Silva Method, "The Journey" by Brandon Bays, all the main books of oriental philosophy, Louise Hays/Dr. Wayne Dyer and lots of brazilian authors, such as Luis Gasparetto, very known here by his truly deep and advanced teachings of holistic/spiritual development). Listen to Leo's videos also helps immensely because he was truly in touch with all these knowledges and synthetyze them perfectly, 'sparing' a huge amount of time when we see his videos from the beginning. Good luck, it's a very long way which has no-end, but the benefits and practical knowledges, first theoretical and them applied in real life, are endless and ultra wothwhile.
  5. I've read and got in touch with some random topics and videos about it and what I heard goes in encounter with all you said, I'm truly interested to get in touch with this "universal consciousness" if it's possible in a way or another or another, maybe through mediunity (here in Brazil we have a doctrine following the paths of Allan Kardec, with mediunity practices, but with christian spiritual background, which it's not that good due to the dogmas, I follow it for a long time with some progress) or through meditation itself, hope to find a way soon. Thank you dor your reply
  6. I already had the same questions because I'm too an empath by definition and of course, by lots of experiences since I understand myself as a person, it's truly and epiphany when we assume this for ourselves and the essential solution for this is to regain our own power and 'close' ourselves to the emotions of others and ambiental energetic flows that drains our energy, we have to find a way to remain with only ours, there's not a special or unique formula to do so, but there's lots of alternatives, among them are affirmations such as: "If it's not good, it's not mine", "I close my soul to bad influences and only accept what is good for me", "I'm pure perfection and I'm a channel to the unique source to express itself", "I'm a part of the world, but I don't accept its bad influences", etc... There's lot of possible youtube channels that may help in the searchg, among them Matt Kahn, Mooji/Gangaji, Eckhart Tolle and short videos about the empath topic https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=empath, wish you the luck and you're not alone Obs: Sorrry by some misspelling, english it's not my mother tongue.
  7. I feel the same way, I believe our soul can go to (or came from) these parallel dimensions, where there's an infinite knowledge which can be accessed by meditation/astral projection or even when our body ceases to exist, there's nothing much about a practical way to reach it though, it's all too philosophical/abstract, hoping to get more direct way to think about it or even reach it if it's possible, I know it's related to the energetic fields with wich we can syncronize, the question is how, who knows someday.
  8. It's all a matter of preference the meaning we give to Tao or any other book/studies, Leo seems to have more of a truly logical approach of elightenment which is great, I personally prefer a more 'romantic'/'philosophical in teachings and Tao is excellent due to this, it allows us to have this transcendental "filter" to see what it's contained in it and it's applications in life, I like it very much.
  9. @A way to Actualize I'm in love with his teachings/videos, not only for his charisma, but for the truly deep stuff he talks about, for those who are in the intermediate-advanced level of enlightenment studies (my main gurus are Eckhart Tolle, Mooji/Gaganji, Gurdjieff and Luiz Gasparetto, a brazilian independent spiritualist, along with other psychologists, wirters and philosophers) as ourselves and already got in touch with the basis of what he's teaching (and even for those who doesn't ever heard about enlightenment too), can extract "philosopher's stones" and successive "a-has" moment in just a few videos, very, very nice indeed! As Matt teaches "thank you for helping me"
  10. If there's one, I'm in the search of it
  11. I almost saw several times Matt Kahan's videos but always postponed until now, just saw it and LOVE IT, it really makes all sense to seek relaxation above all and to relate the word "enlightenment" with relaxation because it truly is what we are seeking: holistic relaxation and there's no other choice than it, thank you for posting and "I trust the conscience of all and I call for the higher conscience that I am"
  12. Hello everyone, Opening this topic to know from you if you have any knowledge/toughts/experiences about what is called the "akashic field", a lot of people already heard about it, but for those who don't, it's supposed to be a parallel universe in which all the universal knowledge is and it can be reached through specific meditation/opening of the "third-eye", I know it's more of an esoterical topic and have a lot of nonsense related to it, but I'd like to know what people in the "search for the truth" as myself thinks about it. * Sorry for some mispelling english, it's not my native idiom.
  13. I've always flerted with the idea of vegetarianism and since I've started the ovo-lacto-vegetarian diet a few months ago, I feel much better and lost considerable pounds, the well being comes not only by the diet itself, but due to the philosofy behind it, as many proclaim as the main booster to remain in it and this is my case too, I had some relapses eating meat two or three times, but it was good because only reassured myself to remain on the diet, in parts to the difficult digestion and also remorse, hope to have someday the will power to go to a vegan lifestyle, but it's too soon yet. * Sorry for the occasional mispelling, english is not my native idiom.
  14. Just writing to congratulate you Leo for the idea of a forum and what a helpful tool and space this will be along with the videos, I follow you since the beginning of Actualized.org because I'm on the path to self development for several years too and I always find very helpful guidelines and news in the channel, wish you a lot of success and for sure I'm participating very often here.
