See the benefits of having a settled sleeping routine. Over one week, one month, one year... And go back to sleep at the end of the day thinking "what incredible things I have accomplished today, and what incredible things I'll accomplish tomorrow". It's a long term, endurance, pattern. Midnight is a good time to go to sleep, or you can choose to live with the daily sun light pattern (like daily animals).

Did you watched Leo's "The Benefits Of Enlightenment" video ? How to know if we are enlightned or not ? Maybe there are no differences. -
Note for Scorpios and Sagittarius : the 13th sign is Ophiuchus (November 23 – December 21).

Here in France we have Sylvain Tesson, a writer/walker. He talked once about the spiritual growth while walking (and said that it doesn't occure while travelling by bike^^).

Combine audio from one Leo's video that inspire you, with one of your favorite music/song/movie soundtrack (without lyrics). This work well with visualisations speeches. Music & emotions tends to enhance neurons plasticity. Put the mp3 on your smartphone/player, listen to it every day before sleep. Then, each time you'll listen to that particuliar song, with or without the speech, it will trigger your mood. Try using this song as a morning alarm. The 3 Leo's speeches that I have worked this way are : - Understanding Awareness - A Vision For The Self Actualized Life - Life Purpose course "bad" & "good" habits Also, you can use a bell sound to help focus and set a time for affirmations, contemplation & visualisation (basically, loop the file 3 times, so 15 minutes) : bell sound : https://clyp.it/zfdcvyhw

I'm really curious about Leo making a video about this topic, because I know people who strongly believe in it, and have practical jobs and healing techniques around that (reiki and others things, I don't know very well the different names). While other people simply ignore, because it looks "fantasy". I wonder if Leo knows but don't want to share yet (hermit in the tarot) because he don't want to loose a lot of "credibility" towards his followers, and he may wait and find a good way to talk about esoteric knwoledges. Maybe he just focus on simpler things, such as meditation and enlightment. Or maybe it's impossible to taught that in videos...

+1 for this one ! I liked a lot the book "Are you dreaming ?" by Daniel Love, it covers the basics in a clear way.

I think ghosts exists, maybe for them it's like at the end of "Interstellar" (the 4th dimension scene), also may ghost have diferent "states" in which they (we) can go through, on earth, and others. In buddhism, there is the word "bardo", which define a state of transition, between death and birth. -
Cintanote (win) is also good, for organizing notes with key words. There is no point reading books about meditation, when you could meditate instead.

Try for yourself (I mean, if you have the opportunity to meet someone who have skills to "read" your astrology, do it).

Hey Lyle, just to say hi ! Entertainment - Indie game - Reading books - Drawing - (Music?) - Meditation. Isn't too many things on the same time ? You try to do all in one day ? Or one week for entertainment, one week for making an indie game, one week reading books... Are you in holidays ? How do you manage your time ? Sorry, I didn't followed your journal last days, I've certainly missed a lot of your "upgrade". (About the VSTs I've sent you, just pick "Photosounder Spiral CM" and forget the rest, it's the most usefull & creative).

Ouspensky describe human-beings without awareness living as robots, in the book "The Psychology of Man's Possible Evolution". The brain seems to work like your intel i7 core : with on and off switches, exept that the brain have trillions more connections. Kinda cyberpunk- 15 replies

It's a lucid dream, congrats ! There is different stages of lucidity, even half-lucid is considered as a lucid dream. If a character told you in a dream that you were dreaming, it's a nice proof that your subconscious is concerned about the fact that you'r trying to dream lucid (it reflect your focus on the last few days/weeks). It's fun to see such events, sometimes dream characters deny when you say they are fictionnal characters, they don't believe you. But sometimes it's the opposite : dream elements and characters want to make you lucid, and it work like a reminder. You can learn to recognize your most common dreamsigns, make a list of that, and check the list (in mind) each time you perform a reality check. Did you tried WBTB + WILD ? It tends to generate more vivid dreams. List of acronyms : http://www.dreamviews.com/wiki/Acronym-List- 2 replies

dependence on technology, you don't need this to meditate I've tried lucid dreams with application on smartphones, and I know that it exist devices such as glasses that recognize REM sleep and send signal to our brain as we are sleeping, and various sleep tracers... but in the end, it doesn't help that much (statistic says that external devices do not work very well). Practice is not easy.

Zane : a lot of stuff you have mentionned in your post is accessible without 100 M.

Here is some audio experiment I've made with Leo's visualisation speeches on awareness and vision for an actualized life. I though this would help to have more impact on the subconscious, because of the emotionnal trigger that music brings. Awareness : http://clyp.it/h0pryvwm (Sam Hulick - New Worlds) Vision : http://clyp.it/tv13ful3 (Jeremy Soule - Wings of Kynareth) I found that using an inspiring music as a morning alarm on your phone, helps with re-programming the subconscious mind.

Wow, latest Leo's video is fondamental, and tricky for the ego (my ego would say^^). Nice track !

Your journal is inspiring, I admire your efforts in self-actualizing. You inspire me to do more meditation, and maybe start a journal someday (I keep trace of my dreams, doing the same with self-actualization is definitely worth).

These are not documentaries, but animated short films (pessimistic or not)

A friend of mine had problem with being afraid all the time about dieing, and sometimes had panic crisis with no reason. He found a way to manage by doing extreme-sport, to make the rest of the day "softer". A fashion sport these days is slackline/highline :

The life purpose course will makes you think your goals 10 or 20 years from now, help you discover your values and strengths, build a skill, work with the subconscious mind... there is so much informations ! Like you, I did a list of my hobbies (before doing the course) and figured out which ones was the most important, and how could I manage them in time. Today I have finished the course and I'm still not fixed, because I didn't had the courage to see deep into myself, and figure out what are my REAL passions (I know that it is related to spirituality, but music is like just a distraction, or a crooked way to achieve something I don't have the balls to assume for now -> something like meditating for the rest of my life). On the other hand I know that even if someone is actualized/enlightned, there is no way he/she won't do anything with his/her life. It seems more possible to me that someone who have nothing more to acomplish in life, will live now his/her full potencial on a practical plan. So I don't try to achieve enlightment or self-actualization (I meditate but I don't take it too seriously). I let my weaknesses and fails happens, and consider that it is just part of the game, without resistance (we says "letting go" ?), and meditate all day long, before and after a sitting meditation practice. - Doing something that bring real satisfaction to you. - Targeting a specific niche. - Master the art of something. You figured out by yourself a lot of things Leo talk about in the course^^ About mastery, read "Mastery - George Leonard", it's a nice appetizer, in the waiting for buying the course.
