And what is the shift like going from wherever you were into the present moment from his meditations?
I have always been skeptical about Dispenza because he claims you can heal and manifest, and yet he still has a poor hairline, despite obviously caring about his appearance and hair. You would think if he had the ability and understanding to manifest and heal the body, why not just fix your hair, how hard can that be?
I do not practice his meditation, but I do watch one Joe Dispenza video a day, to keep the doctor away lol. It's to help me remind me of the power of now. I ll link one of his videos.
Maybe the hair is the biggest one to fix lol, but he has fixed his entire body when reality had broken it to an unimaginable state.

Yes!! he sure does help me put me in the present moment.

Evil is causing a low vibration in another. That being said all is good in the world, everything is necessary and even if we don't see it there's something good happening from the bad experiences

Primary series of Ashtanga Yoga is a good practice. Lot of videos on YouTube to check how it is but you will need a teacher to learn it effectively. It includes vinyasa so it includes breathwork too

And along those lines, don’t let my video be a call to war either. Just let it open up your mind to a strange possibility
Be open to what Leo says, but also be open to what else there could be. And then, you discover it for yourself

I want all of you to also read a point I made in the comments, so that you can see my full view. @Spiral Wizardyou can post this in the original too
Basically, God-consciousness can be real, but be open to strange possibilities

Solipsism is true relative to your own experience but it’s not Absolutely True because you only have one reference point but there MUST be more than one that you currently do not have access to (because of the Non-Dual/Infinite nature of reality). Therefore, you are not equipped to make Absolute claims about the validity of solipsism (yet).
In the video @Synchronicity explains why this is the case & illustrates this radical perspective with a thought experiment.
If you think that solipsism is Absolutely True, let me ask you this: are you open minded and humble enough to reconsider? Make sure to watch the video from start to finish before you draw conclusions.
PS.: [TRIGGER WARNING] here is my favorite quote from the video: “Solipsism is like flat earth theory”
Great video?
Absolute is non dual, and also the rules say non dual wars not allowed, so not sure why there's so much emphasis on Solipsism being the absolute these days.

Not only will a stronger penetration of the illusion make one more sure in most cases, living as if you are enlightened makes you more susceptible to having that experience/life through Law of Attraction, psychology, and maybe other things.
You also then have to go through examining yourself versus other enlightened people and standards if you’re going to try to be honest with yourself. You eventually will see that as much as an answer your flavor of enlightenment was, you have many places left to grow and improve. There are plenty of other systems which still see you as rather unskillful or even wholly unenlightened.
Ahhh, through the lens of law of attraction, it kind of makes sense to act like it and even draw those experiences. Yeah, continuous evaluation helps too, I guess they all flavours of enlightenment ??
