  3. @Buba dont loose hope.defenitely medication combined with therapy should work.Take second opinion from some other Dr. A kind of intriguing pain restlessness anxiety ? Any toxic shame guilt inferiority complex issues ? Mostly it will be some sedative combined with mood enhancing medicines. Take a small tour if possible along with your friends.Change your life style.Do some physical exercise. Try to be mindful of the pain meaning with out resistance if possible. @winterknight can suggest good therapist.

  9. @FoxFoxFox He says when he sits in meditation and close his eyes he is having sky like experience something like moon light with faint stars like appearance. Thisis prior to no-thingness. He doesn't know anything about the heart chakra centre though.

  12. @Aakash the feeling of I is highly misleading title.in general I feeling is the me feeling or sense of separated Ness or identity.
  13. @Anirban657 All the best.Dont worry you will not go mad by doing Atma vichara or self enquiry. The perceiver cannot be the perceived.what ever you perceive is not you. It may happen to you immediately or will take several years or may not happen in the life time.so be prepared. Self enquiry has to be done all the time.Atleast all your free time.
  14. @ajasatya If you observe the mind or mindful is it not giving more power to the thoughts? Which is better mindfulness or concentration or self enquiry ?
  15. @Anton_Pierre Nice thank you. What is clean eating ? Can you please elaborate more on the path of suffering ? How do you practice it ? Say taking cold shower mind will resist taking it fearing the discomfort of the chillness.Body will feel the chilness and shiver. So what do you do about this ?
