  1. @Espaim Whad do you mean by bloodwork? Elaborate please
  2. @Michael569 Wow, I actually eat a lot of those things you mentioned... What could be a great replacement of those dishes?
  3. @Opo I meant that I tried different diets but all in vain. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  4. So for the past year or so I am struggling to be awake at day, even though I sleep 8-9 hours daily. I tried changing my sleep pattern and took notice of my sleep cycle and schedule, however nothing helps. I also considered nutrition, but all in vain regardless. Is there maybe a spiritual/motivational lack to live? Because, to be frank, I feel depressed. Is there maybe any spiritual work I could do to solve this issue? Thank you for your time.
  5. Currently I don't feel very well, because I hardly experience any emotions. Whenever people are happy, tell each other jokes, I feel nothing (nothing makes me happy, usually i fake it so I wouldn't look like out of place). Let's look the opposite way (I'll tell you my experience). A week ago my friend passed away. I was in his funeral. Many people were there, everyone were crying, sad, however I felt... nothing. Even the first time I heard the terrible news I didn't feel anything. I can't be in relationships, because I don't feel anything towards anyone, so I'm usually on my own.. My recent stage in life is really miserable. I have no clue how to feel emotions again.
  6. @Leo Gura I have read something about Kriya Yoga this week. There's one thing I'm curious about - different sources say that one should master Kriya Yoga with teacher. Thus, I have a question - would it be better to find a teacher or should I try Kriya Yoga on my own?
  7. @andyjohnsonman Muscle tensing is an interesting method - didn't think about that. Thank you
  8. @Salvijus My current situation can't allow not eating meat
  9. I can't understand why I fall asleep. I've tried sitting in different positions, tried to meditate with my eyes opened, tried to focus as much as I can, however I always end up failing. It's even hard to stay awake, if I do only 10 minute course. Yesterday my friend made a 30 minute meditation and I wanted to participate too. We both closed our eyes. At first I was awake, focusing on my breath. I didn't even notice the moment I fell asleep. My friend woke me up at the end of the session. It's similar to every session I make, no matter of the time I spend. What should I do?!
  10. @Joseph Maynor So what you're saying is that Ego is ever-present?
  11. @Jack River That's a truly deep answer you gave. Now I have to think about it. Thank you!
