  2. Hello everyone. I hope you are ok. So i live in a house with a sister of mine. We don't get along so well. Today i had a dream of my sister throwing a cup at me with the intention to hurt me really bad. And she was very very angry. Does it mean anything? I can't find an answer. Thank you.
  3. @PsiloPutty Yes i want to do it at least 1 hour every day. I remember in a video Leo said to do holotropic breathwork once a month or once a week but he didn't mention doing it every day, idk why .
