  1. @Michael569 here is a good video to get a basic idea. This focuses on how to use the mind palace as a memory retention tool. Additionally, I use my palace for intuitive reading. For example, I could grab a book from the library titled - what should I do today? (or literally anything else) then open the book and see what's written on the first page. Of course if you don't see the writing, you go with the first thing that pops into mind.
  2. What if it could remember being a moth? Lol jk. No I wouldn't want to try and explain death, merely have a guided look to facing it. Like, just stop running and look at it. That sort of thing.
  3. @Mu_ ???? splendid. You have me so much fuel for thought. Since my guided visualizations are guided journeys, I was thinking of doing it in a haunted house episode. ?? I think I would address the fear of growing old in same thing. Very connected and huge topic amongst my friends(well when I say huge, they just complain about it but don't want to talk about it.)

  5. Thanks, interesting approach to talking about death. It's like youve been reading my mind ? I've been thinking of doing a guided visualization that would help to face the fear of death, but still considering the right way to go about it.
  6. Leo is grace, whatchu talking about? Is it not matching up with your concept?
  7. @bastih follow your heart ❤️?
  8. My local sonic drive thru is hiring.
  9. Same, in fact, you may as well just call me Mr. Synchronicity. ?
  10. @bastih would look into law of attraction and synchronicities.
  11. My take: perceived repetitive results.
  12. Sure, but when you figure out how beliefs are formed, you may have to fill me in.
  13. @Michael569 I'm going to search for a good explanation video to post to my Facebook group. When I find one, I'll share it here with you. Basically, it's a sort of lucid daydreaming, which is my focus right now. Have your ever watched the recent Sherlock show on BBC with Benedict Cumberbatch? In that show, Sherlock uses a mind palace. Mine is in the top of a giant oak tree. I can fly up and land on the balcony and then walk inside. Inside there's a meditation pod; and a library with a fireplace, and a sofa in front where I can sit and read. Practicing my guided journeys would put you in the perfect minds space to then create a mind palace. I suggest Game of Wands, it's really fun.
  14. Yes it's irrational. I too, since a child, noticed that when I thought something particular was going to happen, it never did. And I formed a belief around that. Now it seems to be the opposite ?. So in other words, don't worry so much about it and just do your affirmations.
  15. Create and visit a mind palace. Have a library there where you take *mental * notes of the books you read.
  16. Alf pogs? Is this a serious post? Lol
  17. Nahm-face officially revealed ? ah, the universe always listens ? Looking forward to siddhi vid ??
  18. Well that's awesome. Keep experimenting ? I do get a buzz from Apple cider vinegar, and also coconut oil. Never thought to try them before bed as a vibrational tonic. ?
  19. You should begin by developing your inner senses. These are similar to what you would consider your 5 physical senses, but would take place in imagination ?. Imagination is the meeting place for psychic energies. My series of guided visualizations will train these senses, starting with basic visualization, and then heading out on metaphysical journeys to train clairvoyance, clairaudience, touch, discernment, and more as I go. Thanks for checking them out!
  20. @Brahman Cool, would love to hear any feedback helps fuel the next creation.
