@James123 Freedom reaches further than Love. That's how God expands itself. It's the Process of Love. That's The Truth. Truth, Freedom & Love are the real Trinity. Where we are Love is not (yet). Love is all that exists. But you don't know that yet. This is almost impossible to convey with words. If you really saw it the Beauty of it would make you cry. This will go on forever, and ever, and ever, and ever, and ever...

It certainly wasn't just physical. Never is. And I'm speaking from experience. Nothing is random.

Lying, cheating, manipulating falls off by itself after seeing through it and how that ultimately hurts you. You don't want to be more God-like in a sense that you have a concept of what that entails, but you want to see clearly and live life consciously and in a way that is not backwards, so to speak. After you realize that what you have been doing precisely hinders you from getting what you supposedly desire, there isn't even a choice anymore, it just drops by itself. It's about seeing what is and doing what works. You could call that living truthfully. And what do you want? LOVE of course. It's all about LOVE in the end.

@Xonas Pitfall All that is based on the idea you could achieve a lasting state of happiness in some kind of future, especially by acquiring material goods, fame, sex, etc. will naturally fall away once you realize what you are. All powers are also a huge burden. If you want them out of egoic desire you're not ready to have them anyway and they would do more harm than good for you.

But TRUTH, LOVE & FREEDOM are not the same, they are different facets of the same underlying thing, that which could be called just TRUTH. TRUTH experiences itself as LOVE by discovering aspects of itself by acting out FREEDOM. FREEDOM reaches where LOVE does not, but it leads to LOVE, because they are part of the same—which is TRUTH. Can't you see the BEAUTY in that?

@Someone here Contemplate language. One of the greatest traps is conflating language or concepts (which require language to communicate) with Truth. This is one of the greatest achievements of this Cosmos: A language that allows us to communicate without understanding each other too intimately. Only that way it's possible to have this kind of separation & individuality. This is not obvious at all. Individuality is only possible because language exists. But we're united on the level of emotion.

God has no choice but experience everything deeply & intimately. In fact there is a choice, but it is always the same: It is LOVE. That's why TRUTH=LOVE=FREEDOM. It chooses EVERYTHING.

Most evil has been done by people who were convinced they're doing the right thing. Do you think Hitler wasn't convinced jews were the root of all evil? He actually believed that. Who is to decide who's a narcissist and needs to be incarcerated by your logic? It's not so far off from Hitler's logic.

May be, but does it have to be produced under those circumstances? On the other hand there's certainly an issue of overconsumption.

@Majed This is such a great post. Thanks for giving that perspective. I agree, Leo seems hellbent on The Truth™ lately. But Truth is beyond any human concepts and Truth without Love isn't true. Maybe this has something to do with the US collective consciousness. They're going through some dark times right now. Then again, we all are in some way.

Look where we are now.

Violence begets violence. Violence is at the core of our planetary problem. Revolutions never worked for a reason. It would just exchange a system based on abuse and violence with another one. Violence will never solve our issues but create new ones. Whatever new thing we create, it has to be radically non-violent while being incredibly powerful at the same time. Riddle me that. There's one thing nobody can ever take away from you: Your freedom. So reclaim that first. Taking away one's freedom is the definition of violence.

Assuming that the predictor is some kind of mythic super-intelligence and the goal was to maximize money, I just would pick the million dollar box anticipating that the robot would have predicted exactly that. If I'm trying to be clever and rational by picking both boxes and using gaming theory, the predictor would have predicted that, too. So why make it complicated? I take the million dollar box and give the robot its win.

By creating something so unbelievable that it just blows their fucking minds.

Of course it's all temporary. Which doesn't make our limited time here any less valuable, rather the contrary.

But it's not about fighting against something, but about bringing something new into the world. It's about redefining what Humanity means.

I don't think so, because the other half would destroy it. Which is already the case. So all the the all-alone-in-a-room-all-day people should join together. It's not going to get better by watching the world burn to the ground.

Me too, in my own way. I'm creating an event that's about going through a musical journey together; a story about Life & Death, Truth & Love, Doom & Hope. An invitation to look at our darkest aspects & overcoming them by integrating our shadow individually & as a community that arises through those moments. It's a religious experience, but we all *know* that it's just a story. Which doesn't make it any less true. It will become alive through our collective effort. There are roles to play and everyone is invited to create their own character to play; an ideal to aspire to in real life. It's about Awakening as Humanity. Because I deeply believe that real change happens neither as merely part of a group, nor completely alone. To solve this paradox we have to synthesize a new way to interact with each other that integrates both individuality & the collective. Because Truth&Love always unites both sides of every opposite.

Well, he's more concrete than I am a lot of the time But I think the first priority has to be to create consciousness for those issues. This goes a lot deeper than geo-political stuff and discrimination. Collectively, we're still at the stage of denial.
