People talk way to much gibberish , they enter state and now think that they got there without putting time and effort getting there. Blinded by there own perspective they start to make statements like this.

Bauer, this is for your own help, going in mediation and thinking, telling yourself that everything is God is not good idea, that is sure way to delude yourself and get mental projections of your own thoughts.

To do that you would probably have to give up on all thoughts, as thoughts in general have I attached to them.

I will ask the same question, who is this nothing as you say that has to realize that he does not exist and he is not thoughts and mind?

Better question is how to find answers , when nothing holds it, at least nothing relative. Our minds are not even wired to understand it , or are they.

Because there are to many interpretations of what is Enlightenment and allot of them talk in poems, trying to put some exaggerate , or strange explanations of what is Enlightenment from their own personalities perspective, which leads to allot of confused people, especially when people start repeating some texts they saw in books , or videos , with some silly interpretations of Enlightenment, they might have realized Enlightenment, but their personalities are still there, so their ego is still there , it does not go poof, it can't, you can be observing your personality and not taking part in its actions , but it does not mean that it does not act on level that it is programmed on, or you can reprogram it to your best capabilities, take more control over its action.

Sorry, did not mean coping mechanic in lateral sense, anyway , it is good thing to try and I would highly suggest it.

Ohh, I did not say that it goes away without putting in work, I was just telling you what happens after you put time in practice. Actually after while you could say that it just happens, you are not even focusing on it as your goal , just your actions lead to less and less negativity, it becomes like your second nature to lower all incoming negativity.

No problem, you can imagine what you want, I am just telling you how it works.

It slowly subside, you start to notice way less things as negative, also negativity becomes like smaller and shorter spark over time, I am not really at the point that you do not take anything as negative, but there are way less things that make me manifest negative emotions and they are short duration burst of these emotions, sometimes it is even funny, you know you are negative about something and this feeling is still there and you observe it making changes in your actions, but you find it funny. By smaller I mean , it comes in lower levels, it is not like you become super negative, negativity is there , but it is in small volumes.

I like to think for myself, all this nothing to realize and none to realize used phrases are nice and all , but there was clearly someone who realized this and someone who is telling others what to do , what not to do, I think you should look deeper into it, but then again by the looks you know it all , just as tons of people who stop practice after first glimpse and think they have it figured out, when there is supposedly none to figure out.

No they are not Enlightened, you become Enlightened after you realize it, until then it makes no sense to you.It is nice to talk like that after realization, but put yourself in shoes of people who have no reached it and think about it.

If I am it why i don't get it? If I don''t need any teachings , why everyone is not Enlightened, personally I understand why they say that you should not look for it , but it is not really true either, it is just implications of looking and making projections, ideas that get in a way, not that you can't look for it, or that there are no techniques, it is mind obsession, tricks that are not welcome.

It is very powerful and indeed can help you deal with your issues, but it is really nothing more then coping mechanic to rewire your personality, it has very little to do with further work you decide to do , or not decide to do , you just merge with reality and if living happy life is all you want , you can stop there, nothing wrong with it.

Can I ask you , did your mind made up this idea by watching video , or it was something you inquired from mediation?

You just have to stick with it and with time you will be able to deal with any ego backlashes, actually I would suggest for you to come up with some very good reasons of why this positive state of mind is the way you want to live, so you can remind it yourself after you get back into this negative state of mind, I know it is very tricky, because with change of theses states of mind(perspectives) your mind is completely rigged to believe that one side is right, and other is completely wrong, and it seems so true.Just don't give up , it will not become better from giving up, it will become only worse if you do nothing about it afterwards.

Well if we go by definition then Judging would be pointing out some traits that you think he has that are negative I guess. You can have opinion about person without having judgement about your projection about him. As well as you can have opinion about something he did without judging him, just having opinion about there being better way to handle things. It is projection in both ways anyway, you can interpret allot of things as judgement, or both sides could interpret nothing as judgement, I guess someone must manifest judgement, for it to be there.

Have had few of thous , but it is usually very short time and I have not really tried to improve or test how real it is , there are allot of strange things you can do , for example merge object in your sight, other strange visual phenomenon, at first I thought It is because both eyes are trying to combine what they see, but then I tried with just one eye and it still worked, also have had some strange vision one when I was trying new mediation, which was not like usual experiences at all , cant even explain really.
