to those who can investigate this query or know something about it, please do shed some light... what determines the "rate" at which time flows... a quick example to show the various rates of time... Sadhguru describes his enlightenment experience that he felt he was sitting for 20 minutes and 4 hours had passed. so the rate of his flow of time was at 20 minutes... but for the rest of the world, 20 minutes had passed now it's not fair to say that the 20 minutes (world time) is the correct / absolute rate of the flow of time. but something is there which determines it... is it the level of consciousness? the more in the NOW you are, the slower your clock ticks yet the other's clocks tick faster? from phsysics, i know it's all about motion. but clearly, when one is sitting still and having this effect, motion is just one aspect that we understand and is applied in material world but apart from that, in the spirtual world, only thing i can think of is our level of consiouness? i am also a firm believer that "time" or change appears at a certain rate the deeper we zoom in or out. to us, an electron spins around the nucleus of an atom millions of times per second also to us, earth spins around the sun in 365 days so to a much bigger higher level being than us, if they were to zoom into a puddle in which our universe may exist or wherever, they may see our sun and the earth spinning millions of times (millions of years for us) / their version of "second"

i suppose clearly somehow while being lucid in the dream state she is able to conjure up items or maybe move/levitate items by thinking about it the how part is indeed the question. but she's talking about her experience. ergo, her conclusion that the dream world reality is maybe loosely put together and the waking state reality is "more developed" IMO, i was under the impression that once you are enlightened in the waking state that would be equal to becoming lucid in a dream, although the degree of shock of this waking state enlightenment is infinitely greater (as per Leo in one of his videos)

The vibrational stuff makes sense I am looking at this from a physical point of view , like in our science reality I suppose the vibration is like moving thru the fabric of space ... i thought about this during a recent session when it is said, that there is no separation and that we are all One, it's the experience which is being highlighted what you see, hear, taste, smell, feel, think can all be combined together and called your experience all the objects which appear as you see, all the sounds which appear as you hear, all the tastes and smells you experience, the sense of your touch and knowing of your thoughts all this is packaged together in your experience all of it being one means that all which appears in your sight, sound, taste/smell etc it is one object. the experience with all of that packaged together can be thought of as an object - containing all the information about the forms in it. but that "experience-object" is ONE. made up of the knowing of each of those aspects. it is all ONE Knowing the illusion of the separate-self distorts that. but thinking about where this experieince occurs/appears to you and where/how you sense it... thats when you can see it all appears within you / it IS YOU / and YOU is not a collective, you is just ONE. there is only ONE you. and YOU ARE ALL OF IT.

was watching a Rupert Spira video yesterday and he mentioned something similar that suffering and search for happiness is the exact same thing. and it makes sense! love the going full-circle of these concepts.

its all about changing the state of mind. by watching your breath you are letting go of the chatter of the mind and coming more into the present... once you approach the present, all that crazy stuff can start to happen and you can explore it

oh so it doesn't mean the end of all questions because one now has incredible knowledge? or is that another aspect of it? for example, i have read many trip reports and people often say they understood 1000s upon 1000s of various things each passing second and then it became so much that they felt mind would explode... so those concepts/questions which are understood - those are all while the "questioner" is still seen to exist?

@Preetom about this. i can see this now in my experience... not the full 100% realization but i understand what is being said / pointed to here... But if one has the realization that past/present/future is just illusion... is that just it? so even from the God-consciousness view, there is no "knowing" of what the future holds? or what's yet to come? again, i get that it's all illusory, but we still move thru the eternal now into the 'future' so even God does not know what will happen in the 'future' ?

@How to be wise we are all having the infinte expereince from each of our point of views from each point of view, only that experieince exists and is a whole. but the others who appear in your experieince, there is a point of view of that too thats why its very likely that each passing moment is a movement into a new reality/universe and the others who appear consistently in our daily reailty just flow along that same experieince as you... but from their own point of view, some other version of reality may be true for them

@Leo Gura I address you in this post as well due to your background in math/physics as you have mentioned in your videos. This post is for anyone with knowledge about physics or just some basis properties of Light. Light is the one thing which we know has a Mass of ZERO. It has no MASS (weight). That is what allows it to travel at the speed of light... and this is a werid way to put it - because that is its nature by default i.e. travel at the speed of light. Just like it is the nature of awareness to be knowing. Now why do I say we are "light" or photons... Because all of the properties of awareness can be applied to it. First of all, light is not-a-thing or matter. it has no mass/weight - just like awareness for light, when it travels between two distances/objects, it experiences no time - just like awarness light is everywhere, all at once - in the structure of the reality, it can go from 'past' to NOW to 'future' and experience no passing of time - just like awareness so we as light while we are in the state of individual mind are 'travelling' within the structure of reality and experieincing the 'change' which occurs around us as we move thru various 'frames' of reality these frames of reality give the illusion of movement and speed and we know nothing can travel faster than the speed of light... why? because we are IT. we are travelling at the speed of light observing the objects/reality as we do so. now here's the crazier part as we as objects approach the speed of light, your vision starts to black out (see video below) and at the speed of light is where the true nature of our reality is - there is no space or time at the speed of light. physics is pushing us towards the understanding of the structure of reality... and light is the key. again remeber, it is NOT - A - Thing . it is massless... behaves as a wave or a particle to create this reality around us. it is what 'shines' from the awareness to show us this reality

@Nahm question for you even though "nothing" ever happened... the current moment of NOW . is that not a way to see that? also. what does the "stillness" which is often mentioned by the masters/awakened souls mean? like does one feel "physically" more still or perfectly still as everything else moves about their field of view?
