It's not about raising Self-esteem or becoming this or that. It's about removing the nonsense that keeps you from being who you are. Who you are might come off as having self esteem or being confident but at that point there's no need for such silly idea. Be true that's all. People will say that you come off as confident but it won't be the case you will only be yourself. -

Do you really know? How would you know if you knew? What is suffering really? You say you don't want to suffer why is that? You say suffering is the way, how do you know? -

Who do you identify with if you don't identify with yourself? -
@Leo Gura Amen?

You can't keep a habit because you don't know what you want from life. If you want to be healthy and you are definit about it then it is only logical that you would eat healthy. VISION. Why do you want your place to be clean? Is it because you love a clean environment or do you feel like you should because x and y?
-
@The Don I feel like Leo should do whatever he wants to because I think working to please people is going to diminish his contribution greatly. Passion leads to much better quality. If it doesn't suite you that's alright? I personally love where he is taking actualized.org so there's an audience for spirituality also I suppose. There's already enough PD content on his channel for you and i to integrate for the next decade so... How about the shoulds episode? ?

To me that's a non-issue. Focus on your growth instead of bickering about minusa. Nobody is holding or forcing you to do or think anything here. This forum is a nice resource not the end all be all. -
What is it?

You talk about it like you know what will happen. You don't. And you won't know until you know. -
Yep totally normal don't worry?

My advice would be for you to not get caught in the vegan VS meat eater war. It is a gross waste of time. Try it, if it works, it works. If it doesn't, it doesn't. But keep in mind that it is going to be a matter of years of trial and errors before you figure out what works. Personnaly I haven't touched a piece of meat or dairy in 2years and my mind is sharper than ever. I do eat eggs sometimes but not a part of my day to day diet.

Thank you for your concern bro that's love right there

It can for sure but it is a very tricky substance in my experience. Tends to get me addicted. Cause it won't get you anywhere unless you sit down and contemplate seriously. It's easy to take it as a way to enhance whatever material experience. -
Yeah of course? keep walking!

Don't you remember a time in your life where you did the exact same thing? Were you conscious of what you were doing? You gotta keep in mind that they are not conscious of their unconsciousness(obviously dah). Would you get mad at a toddler for not already being able to speak? Understand that he needs the exposure to the language and many trials and errors before he can get an idea across. -
You need to seriously check out your diet. To be quite honest most of the things you listed are straight up poison for you. Get your diet together and you'll see improvements for sure. Organic and fresh fruits/vegetables above everything but you'll need to pace yourself during the transition if you don't want your intestines rebel against you. With proper diet you should be able to ditch coffee and all medication that you are taking. @Michael569 you got great advice from this guy up there.

I guess it might but it might also not. My health is in way better shape since I stopped counting macros and shit. Your body knows what's up if you care to pay attention.

That's inspiring ?

Forget about what you think it is. This is it. -
@Lento ?

There's no ordered process to figuring out your optimal diet but I will say this. You probably need a lot less food than you think. Eat organic, fresh, real food.

@EddieEddie1995 let's say I am learning a new language. Instead of learning a whole bunch of vocabulary and trying to memorize it I would focus on one word and try to use it in bunch of different context until I don't even have to think about it. That way my mind is free to shift focus on another word and so on. Let's say I am learning to play the piano. I could start to learn all the exotic scales that are out there but it would be too much for my mind to actually make music with that. Instead I can focus on one note. That way I have all my mental energy to integrate how that note feels, how I can change it's meaning with dynamics, articulation, etc. I can make music with that one note until I know it intimately, personally, until I don't have to think about it.(that is key) then I can focus on another note, etc. My point here is that you have limited focus and you don't want to overwhelm yourself. By going small you can learn much more efficiently. Verify it for yourself. After a while all the small things you integrate start to add up and your ability to observe and integrate things grows. Before you know it you have enough words integrated in you that you recognize petterns within the language and you can integrate whole sentences at a time. Before you know it you have enough experience with your major scale that you can transcribe a whole phrase without even having your piano at hand because you know the notes deeply, personally. There's no rush. It's tempting to try and take a lot of things or to big of a thing all at once but it's counter productive you actually end up shooting yourself in the foot. I feel like I lack the language to communicate what I mean to you but remember that true learning happens when you totally loose yourself in what you are doing. When there's no distinction between you and what you are learning. When your awareness is able zero in on the thing and nothing outside of it exists. Learning is awareness really. In your case I would say pick the habit that you feel the most, that inspires you the most and focus on that specific habit until you don't have to exerce willpower anymore. When you feel that it has become who you are. Then shift to something else. Edit: Picture it like this: imagine that you want to carry 300pounds worth of rocks from point A to point B.(the rocks are your habits) The only way you are going to even be able to do that is to break that down in chonks and carry all of those individually. I don't know you but imagine yourself trying to carry a 300pounds backback full of rocks on your back lol.

The smaller the focus the better. You can move on a lot faster that way and what you do learn is deeply integrated.
