No, I'm after stop suffering Oneness or love is not an exotic state, is a state outside the mind. This is not about morality, is about you being Consciousness and being able to step outside the mind when you are not using it. You have a hand. You can use this hand to pick up a glass of water and then you can put it down when you want when you are done drinking. If suddenly you can't stop picking up the glass constantly, we would say you have a problem, isn't it? In the same way humans can not drop the mind. This is sickness. And the fact that people defend the sickness and see any intent to get out of the sickness as "hedonistic chasing states" or something like that, is really sad, and makes me think most people are not serious about freedom.

I´m basically going down the ladder of consciousness in order to be attractive to women, which is freaking insane if you think about it. It seems with women either you go full authentic, as a normal human (with its chunks of insecurities and vulnerability, with no power play shitty games...etc ), you will enjoy yourself and feel relaxed and one with her, but she won't feel shit for you. And in the other hand, if you 'build a wall' to your heart and play the masculine leadership no-self conscious vibe, she will respond so good to it, yet inside you feel DEAD, because no real connection, you just become a perfect Rock for her to lean on you, but of course not real Love, where is the you that really wanted the unconditional love? Nowhere. You just put it behind that super confident masculine rock she so much wants. There doesn't seem a scenario where BOTH are in the same harmonic vibration. Is always power games. It seems always to be this subtle game of Is either I win and you don't, or you win and I don't. Disgusting. Where is the Love? Either you connect by being vulnerable but she won't see you as that high value man, or you disconnect yourself and become a Rock and she gets attracted but she is not getting attracted to really YOU, but to the survival high masculine value you are providing. Inside you are dead, no real connection. As always, this seems to be verify what I already suspected through the last years: Love can not be found in a relationship with other person, only with God, only with reality. Seeking in creating it with another human will leave to dissappointment.

In my experience, Oneness = Love. Feels incredibly good and brutally blissful, but there seems to be an even higher place: Absolute Nothing, "no center", as @Breakingthewall says If Love/Oneness feels like Blissful unity, Nothingness feels like an explosion of empty Ecstasy. I've only touched seconds of that state of consciousness in my lifetime but they are worth decades of suffering of how it feels. And please of course let's not confuse the nothing I talk about with the advaita nothingness. The nothingness I talk about is something beyond freedom. Is an explosion of Ecstasy due to the fact of no center or self at all exists. Is pure flow of Nothing, completely empty, in all directions. Reality at this point is not "Real" or Alive. Is just Ectsay in all directions. Pd: Probably this is how it feels to be "dead". (You become Energy free from a body, and lose the imaginary self-consciousness center that existed when you had a body)

I think I get what you are saying. "nothing" can probably be at the final stage. Oneness indeed might be a consequence of a self still existing.

I'm following the techniques sadhguru and they definitely work as a charm. Is just that I don't see they last through the whole day. He advertises as "being blissful/joyful is not difficult" but I find is difficult, unless you are doing them for a job lol. (!But I might not be a good example since I'm quite entangled with crap like sex and women lately.) (But again I wouldn't be entangled with it if the practices would produce those states continually...) Yeah probably the only way is to get to a point in life where you don't give a shit about physical stuff and you can be meditating as a priority the rest of your life.

There is a distinction between mind paradigms and ACTUAL states of being. Doesn´t matter how many beautiful stories you tell yourself about the present moment, it can never ever match ACTUAL change in state of being/consciousness. Although, is true that negative or positive thoughts can definetely modify a bit your depressed or happy state. But is still peanuts how little far you can get with any mind paradigm compared to actual opening/stepping outside the mental paradigm. Life begins when you discover there the mind phenomena (from depressive kind of thoughts to happy kind of thoughts) is the 0.1% of the iceberg, and the 99% rest is those states that are outside the mind influence. In that the FUN really begins. But as society some of us are still struggling with some parts even of basic survival, so this perspective is still an utopia for most of us. Although at the end of the day the only reason why are struggling with survival is because we are trapped in the mind hell. Most animals with an infinite less amount of intelligence are able to survive just fine. We are shooting up missiles to each other in 2023 still 🤦‍♂️

If you silence your mind enough / get out of it completely, what happens? Well, what remains is the same that was before: A body, objects, sounds, smell. I kneel and pray to God (not as a guy that is above of me in the Sky, but to the intelligence and Being that right here right now, is creating this objects, persons, my body ,etc...). I kneel to the floor and pray that It shows me the Love and Dignity I am lacking. That it makes vanish the terror and horror and violence and darkness I have inside. This is the most powerful tool, because it goes to the Nucleus, is the ego finally surrendering and seeing that it is him indeed that is the darkness, the horror, the suffering. Usually as the ego we think about Life in bad ways, we project that lack of love we feel inside outside. (As Life is "tough and cruel"). This is going completely 180°. Is surrendering completely. Is realizing you can never solve this, (because you are the darkness, you can only keep creating darkness as much tools, calculations, therapy, or psychedelics you do), only God (Life, the intelligence, Love) can heal it. The way is stepping outside of yourself. Everytime you feel that horror of shame or guilt thoughts, just ask for guidance, just realize nothing will work, just ask for Love. Because only True connection to Love and God can save you. Nothing in the outside or even you with your calculations or strategies can The solution is surrendering to Love. That is the last thing the ego wants. Is precisely what the ego needs to do
