Not true, the fact that you can control the distance the flame is from the foil is gurantees that the chemical never reach certain burning or too temperature state, where you can not do with other smoking methods. Yup. Just a couple of days ago i was contemplating exactly that. I was looking at my hand and i noticed i really dont consider my hand to be literally actually ME. But i feel IS part of me. Like is Mine. However, usually i dont consider other bodies part of ME or Mine. Yet...those bodies are also existing at a certain distance, the same thing as my hand. That´s a good insight. Recently i feel is not about not having pain or suffering, but your relation with it. If you don´t fight it is information, if you are able to face and see this information as what it is, you can dissolve it/transform it. Physical pain is another matter, but psychological? A lot can be done to transform 'misery into light' as you say.

@Emerald That´s a brilliant analysis. Although I´d say it does not cover the whole audience of pick up community. Some guys do not vibrate that much on shame and instead they are just there to try to get laid/meet women. Of course they share root problems but is not all about shame. If you look at vibrational scale there´s a lot of 'low-end vibrations' until you get to Neutral or Acceptance. THIS.- Not everybody on pick up community is because of heavy trauma. Some people are kind of fine but want to have more experience with women.

This obsession of leaving a 'trace' or being 'you' even though it makes existence miserable is also useless because the days are counted for the ego. Just remind yourself this body has limited amount of breaths. Each second, each day, each week, a lot less breaths to go . During How much breaths more will you corrupt God´s Infinite Love? Doesn´t matter if you do it until the end all ATTEMPS will be useless. God will be and is untouched already. It doesn´t care. So what is going to be? Will you surrender the fantasy of 'you' soon to enjoy what is left or you'll have to be "hammered down" at the 'end'?
