  1. Good energetic Black Metal at high volume, programming and designing my game, wild sex and driving.
  2. Oh! so you clearly showed that the first one is false by reading the title and you dismissed the actual study and the other studies, you win. You show amazing openmindedness and no dogmatic thinking at all.
  3. From here: Dietary Intake of Saturated Fat Is Not Associated with Risk of Coronary Events or Mortality in Patients with Established Coronary Artery Disease: https://academic.oup.com/jn/article/145/2/299/4616071 "... there were no significant associations between saturated fats intake and risk of coronary events" and here: Lack of Association Between Cholesterol and Coronary Heart Disease Mortality and Morbidity and All-Cause Mortality in Persons Older Than 70 Years: https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/article-abstract/381733 "Elevated total serum cholesterol level, low HDL-C, and high total serum cholesterol to HDL-C ratio were not associated with a significantly higher rate of all-cause mortality, coronary heart disease mortality..." also: Cholesterol and all-cause mortality in elderly people from the Honolulu Heart Program: a cohort study: https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS0140-6736(01)05553-2/fulltext "...Only the group with low cholesterol concentration at both examinations had a significant association with mortality" and more. I'm just saying don't stay stuck with the idea that cholesterol and meat is bad and that meat consumption is related with high cholesterol
  4. Not trying to argue and of course you've done your research Leo but I don't think that any of that is true. Cholesterol is a natural response of the body to fix inflamation, we know what causes inflamation, of course not meat. So clogged arteries is just the cholesterol trying to fix the inflammation caused by grains, processed foods and (in some bodies more than others) some fruits and veggies. Veggies have some good nutrients but many antinutrients, fruits are just empty carbs (sugar and fiber). Meat have all you need to survive and thrive (you are proving it yourself right now).
  5. Leo, on the video you say carnivore is not for the long term but on the other hand the inuit and every hunter-gatherer tribe from the beginning of time ate mostly meat, for their entire life. Meat has been always the main food of humans. How can that be bad now when it wasn't bad our entire existence? I mean those tribes didn't have modern illnessess like we do now.
  6. About your general health Leo, I don't know if you tried carnivore diet (maybe even raw carnivore diet), I think that should help a lot. Maybe you should review your belief that the vegan diet is the best diet (you mentioned that you would like to do that diet) and that fruits and veggies are really that good. Check sv3rige on YT and his second channel Goatis. I think after this fast if you add only meat you will mantain ketosis and be really healthy. EDIT: The things you recommend to eat after the fast are the things that are making you ill! Just trying to help, don't get mad, I know eating habits are a touchy subject.
  7. I didn't read about the evolution of ego specifically, just about evolution. It's just a thought I have that the ego itself is not the problem, it's the mix of ego and the modern life. Of course, that doesn't change anything, we still need to erase the ego if we want to ascend to higher levels of conciousness. I just wanted to know other opinions about this. Leo said in a recent video that he will do a video about evolution soon.
  8. Yes, the ego starts to appear at very young age but it is pre-programmed to appear, it's part of the human entity, the same as any other part like the nose for example. Exactly! Yes, I did read books and articles about evolution. That's why I'm surprised Leo never mention this when talking about the ego. Maybe when he does the video about evolution he will talk about this.
  9. @MrDmitriiV yes, of course, I agree with you. What I'm saying is that the ego is not the problem, the enviroment is the problem. In the cavemen era the ego was a perfect and necessary mechanism of survival. Now, because of the enviroment the ego has many more options to create misery and all of humanity's shit as you say. The solution, since we cannot return to the cavemen era, is to destroy the ego.
  10. I see the ego as a fundamental evolutionary adaptation, absolutely necessary for biological entities to survive. If we see it from the selfish gene theory it makes absolute sense. If the biological entity doesn't have an ego, it might just don't care about survival, thus not spreading the genes. A human with an ego is a perfect machine from the perspective of evolution and nature. When Leo bashes against it I always think that the ego is just perfect as it is. Of course, humans know better and if we want to awaken to our true nature we have to kill it, but that doesn't mean the ego is "bad" or a flaw of humans, it's a perfect mechanism of nature! Maybe it is an obvious thing but it surprises me that Leo never talks about this. I'm interested in your opinions.
  11. @Leo Gura You should consider getting a stool for your longest videos
  12. Damn, now I want to watch it haha
  13. Today's video is offline, I saw it was online some hours ago I was going to watch it now but it's gone
  14. 1. It is posible that I really don't care about the contribution/Impact aspect of the Life Purpose? I created music since 12 until some years ago and later I started making videogames. I never cared about how people view my art, of course I want it to be succesful to earn money but I really care about the quality of the music/videogame itself, I want it to satisfy me, I know the value of it, I don't care if people appreciate it. Am I fooling myself? Should I keep searching the impact statement? 2. As I said I make music and videogames but I'm into pickup and I'm really passionate about women, could women be my life purpose? (maybe temporarily) D. Deida in "The way of the superior man" and the guys at RSD say that women shouldn't be your LP, what do you think about this? In most of the exercises of the LP course (visualizations, etc.) came women as the first thing to my mind, then I relegated that and went with art creation (music and vg).
