  1. How can be Leo manipulating us if he doesn't exist????
  2. I want to be manipulated!!! Please, manipulate me!
  3. We are not living a life, "Life is Living us"
  4. The point is we all are being manipulated, we have to choose wisely about who do we want to manipulate us.
  5. Jesus was crucified, so maybe @Leo Gura should do that, and become a beggar ... and give free courses of self realization.
  6. I'm not here...
  7. @DizIzMikey I want to lose my mind too! How can I achieve that???
  8. Let's call @charlie2dogs to clarify that point. He's a really good guy.
  9. No... so... what's your point?
  10. @Orange it is better no make any idea about that "higher being". It's in fact your real self. But, it cannot be named, we need to empty ourselves of all our preconceived ideas to see it. But I don't talk from experience. Charlie can explain that better than me. Make your mind more quiet through meditation, that helps to begin to walk the "path" to awakening or self-realization
  11. Cool @charlie2dogs I understand. I really talk about him like consciousness and reality, but I like to know others opinions. I used to be very religious until I saw the "light".
  12. @charlie2dogs don't you think that's just a "label" ? Some people call it God, others Consciousness, another one nature. I try not to label it, but always my idea of the "God of the Bible" was as consciousness. Even Jesus said, "we are Gods" so, we are Consciousness. I feel that it doesn't matter how we call it, if our idea is aligned with truth.
  13. @Orange Struggle doesn't exists, you make it real when you get attached to your identity and it's the way nature has to make you grow spiritually. But there's no struggle, we see it as struggle when we are unconscious. You think that you are the thinker of thoughts. You aren't, thoughts are there and you get attached to them. The thought that reality is struggle is false, you are getting attached to it. Let it go. Mindful meditation can be of help, check Leo's videos about mindful meditation and you will live in the now without getting attached to false thoughts, and to the false identity as a result.
  14. Yup... what make you think it isn't?
  15. @DizIzMikey In fact you will never lose it, you will need it still to be in society and stuff, but it is good to understand what it is, so you won't be involved in drama and stories, you will know your real identity, that is much powerful that the ego-identity. Think about it!
  16. I am practicing acceptance. I have a hard time to accept some stuff at work, but I am changing that. And as @charlie2dogs says, being in the now, trying to be one with my true self or core being, essence, etc.
  17. Maybe this can cast some light on this topic: "The Buddha’s teaching of no-self is about letting go. Let go of our stories, or in short, our egos. Our egos think those stories bring us security, but in reality they act more like ill-fitting glasses that distort our vision. But at the same time, the teaching isn’t telling us to be passive and let the winds blow us around. It’s about being so completely immersed in and open to the present moment that we know clearly and fully what the situation is – including our own strengths and weaknesses. With that clarity of vision, we can choose to flow more in harmony with the way things really are by confidently relying on our known strengths, rather than fighting to hold up our version of a fool’s paradise." 18. That's true too... No one is perfect.
  19. Once think that I like about him is that he keep saying that you must be the master of yourself, that you don't need to follow gurus, not even him. Again, my opinion.
  20. @Oneness I think what you are considering is very wise.
  21. @stuck af The problem is your identification with your thoughts. It happens to all of us. I suggest you to do the mindful meditation, observe your thoughts everyday like 15 mins and if you can more do 30 or 60 mins observing your thoughts and trying not to get involved in them. Your mind will begin to create a "separation" between you and your thoughts. When a negative thought appear, you will see that they are not true. There's a very powerful energy in all of us, that includes you. Unlock that energy, be in peace and contemplation and your mental processes will shift and you will focus on the solutions and not the problems. Search for Leo's video about mindfulness, its really good. Let me know if you need any help. Hope you feel better soon.
  22. Don't follow any teacher, all of them give "pointers". Listen your intuition and take what you think it helps and discard what doesn't help. None of them can tell "the truth". What I like about Jed is that he never takes credit for what he teaches and he just point you in certain direction, but it is always "our way" not his way. I don't think he's a bad teacher. But, that's my opinion.
