you probably eat too much too. Sadhguru has a lot of good stuff about this on youtube. According to him if you live in the right way you should only need about 3-4 hours of sleep. Would be pretty nice eh . But yeah, I would advise to eat more raw vegetables and fruits and much less carbs then you are eating now. Maybe also cut out meat. When I did this I felt a big improvement in my energy. My need to sleap and eat went down pretty substantially.

Well if you really want to put your calmness to the ultimate test do this: Visit your family. If you stay a hundred percent calm than start your ashram

RSDLuke is a heavily overweight man who spends his time in Clubs in Vegas trying to have sex with Instagram models. How enlightened do you think he is? Of course the RSD instructors are really good in the dating department and probably also in the business department. But I would say they don't know much about love, spirituality, beauty etc. For instance this 'social circle game' is the most manipulative scary shit I have ever heard. Friends are reduced to simply means by which to get laid. No love or companionship there. I exaggerate a little bit and you can definitely learn a ton from RSD. But you get my point.

@F A B well there is clearly some insecurity in you about being selfish and not a good person. Otherwise you wouldn't have had that strong of a reaction. Now you know this go do something about it. Can be good to examine your own selfishness honestly. Just don't bring any self-hate or any of that stuff into it. Then if someone challenges you on your selfishness there is nothing they can say to upset you. Because you have already examined yourself thoroughly on this point and you know what's up.

This thread for starting entrepeneurs (like me) to get some business idea's. Figurred people can benefit from seeing what people would actually be willing to pay for and what there problems are. So the idea is to post: 1. the biggest problems you are experiencing right now in your life, 2. what kind of product you would like to buy to solve these problems and 3. what would be the dream product you would like to buy products can be both material, info-products, face to face coaching whatever. I'll start. 1. not knowing how to do effective marketing when starting out, not knowing how effectively network, not knowing how to grow a following on social media, not having great sales skills (yeah pretty big list eh ) not comming up with enough creative enough business idea's. 2. I would buy both an online product and/or a in real life product if I knew it was high quality for getting better at: how to do effective marketing when starting out, how to get creative business idea's and how to network effectively. 3. The how to bootstrap your own bussiness from A to Z online product. Not with ready-made business idea's (totally not interested in that) but more all the general idea's and skills. So the how-to's with many many many detailed examples of how people did it etc. Furthermore a community would be nice too. But I would love many hyper detailed 'rags to riches' stories. That's one thing that the pick up industry has really nailed in my opinion in regards to succes in dating. Anyway, let me know your list!!

@Leo Gura So this is just to see what you might think of this. I am not saying in any way I understand anything about this thing called reality. But there just seem to be some weird things about this absolute infinity business if you think it through. here we go: Objection: Our world is much to predictable for it to be within absolute infinity. Let me explain. Absolute infinity means that everything that can exist, exists. That would mean that there is a dimension somewhere where everything has been going exactly the same way as here. The only difference is that in 5 seconds a yellow bird will appear in front of you and sing you a Beatles song. This reality has to exist, because we are in absolute infinity after all. And the chance that you are living in the reality with this bird appearing in 5 seconds should be the same as living in the dimension you are living in now. So why is there not much more unpredictable stuff happening. because the chance of us living in exactly this reality and in five minutes all changing into pink dinosaurs should be the same as the chance of us living in this reality and it going on like we are used to. yet i'm pretty confident we wont be turning into pink dinasaurs. For us to live in such an incredibly predictable world would just be the most giant ongoing coincidence ever. Thus inprobable. And I fully recognise that our world is not logical and super weird etc. I'm just saying that the logic and the super weirdness is too predictable if you take in account that everything possible has to exist. Our exact reality should exist somewhere with the one difference that your mother turning into pamella anderson yesterday. 50/50 percent chance! why would this reality not be our reality!! there is no reason right

@Freakrik I understand that you are scared. And it makes sense that you want some answers. But understand that your reaction to this 'hell' stuff is due to your current psychological state. I would bet that there are a lot of things in this world that scare you too right? I was always quiet a scared person too so I can totally relate. So see it as your job to maybe find out about hell and how this works but also work on your psychology. You can get rid of all this fear and anxiety and live a much calmer and happier life. Psychedelics and a meditation retreat did wonders for me. About hell: I don't think Leo knows how everything works, we don't even know whether it is possible for someone to really know how every part of reality works. but your best bet would be to be more and more conscious like Leo said. So the Ego that is so scared of going to hell and suffering right now is the ego that you will need to shed ;). good luck man! I really emphasise with you. you've almost been introduced to all this stuff at too young of an age. Try to relax and have some fun. The world, the universe and reality is beautifull! so according to Leo reality = absolute infinity. So everything possible is happening all at once always. I'm not sure I've understood this correctly but that would mean that: * there are infinite 'dimensions' where you are being horribly raped in a basement right now * there are infitite 'dimensions' where you are living your absolute dreamlife right now This seems quiet horrific and quiet cool at the same time. Depending on how you weigh the positive against the negative. Does anyone have any thoughts on this stuff?

@Leo Gura Yeah but total enlightenment would mean leaving the cycle of suffering according to the buddhists right. You say you might suffer again in a next reincarnation, so you and the Buddha seem to have a disagreement here . What is this thing getting reincarnated if you have done away with all your karma and your ego anyway?

I've been meditating every day for over 3 years now but this video gave me a great new way to think about meditation. Thought I would share it with you guys.

I'm getting really into Sadhguru's stuff on Youtube. Really really amazing stuff and his organization Isha yoga has done many beautiful things in India and beyond. I am just kind of conflicted about which practises to do now. I was already doing formal meditations and have started doing Kriya yoga as well. But Sadhguru seems to have yet another system, although he does acknowledge Kriya as a very legitimate path and advises you to take certain elements of Kriya. Since Leo's video about yoga the lid seems to have been blown off for me. True yoga is such an incredibly rich field and I really don't know which practices to do anymore. Especially because I also don't want to give up my mindfulness meditations. Anyone going through the same or does anyone have any thoughts on this?

I fall in exactly the same trap myself. I think it's part ego bullshit and part genuine desinterest. I would advise you to do your best to make conversations fun anyway. Stear the subject of the conversations to things you do find interesting and see if you can challenge yourself to eject postive energy and fun in every conversation. This is pretty easy and people will love you for it. You will find that if you bring a little bit of social intelligence and good energy in the mix you can talk about many things and people will respond well to it. So surely you can talk about (parts of) your actualization journey as well! Ps. If your girlfriend is not in on such a big part of your life than that is not a healthy situation in my opinion. I would consider letting her in on the whole thing or dumping her and finding a girlfriend that suits you better.

yeah reincarnation is a strange Idea if you think the ego is actually an illusion right. Because what is getting reincarnated? An illusion? I asked this to a Vipassana Teacher at a Guenka retreat once. He basically said that karma and memmories from old lives don't just go away. They find a new expression in a different life. And because you could make the argument that our ego's are pretty much just karma and memmories, reincarnation could sort of exist. I am very much agnostic about reincarnation. I have no Idea.

Yes, Vegetarianism is the obvious moral thing to do. And it does have to do with spirituality. Because spirituality is all about becoming conscoius. So if you are eating meat than it's time for you to become conscious of the fact that you are causing tremendous suffering in animals. Most likely if you become really conscious of this fact you will not eat meat again. @bigzbigi what are you talking about. The reason they suffer in their poor living conditions is because we want to eat them. This is unnecessary suffering. If everything is relative because we are all ONE anyway, than you should have no problem being an Auschwitz gaurd as well. Everything is one right, all is relative. It's much more the feminine that's being lost. Current feminism is just shouting "be more like a dude, ladies!!!!!!". it's truly sad how little femininity most women and girls have nowadays in the west. The feminine polarity is dying not the masculine.

Go for it! But I can tell you right now that it will be very different from what you imagine. Our fantasies about what something will be like in the future are almost always very wrong. And your unhappines comes from within you, not external surcomstances. So I don't think living in a car will really solve anything in the long run. I like the out of the box thinking though! good or bad, would probably be a pretty interesting life-experience to have.
