  1. you can only help others by helping yourself. Try doing the other way and you are creating more stress and worsening the situation. @Arkandeus
  2. your brain has been programmed to see the same numbers, happened to me with 777 and 666, started 4 years ago, and i still constantly see them to this day. its called the Bader-Meinhof phenomenon/Frequency illusion. Heres a video explaining it:
  3. i have had the same experience. @Why? A few years back i was doing a devotional ritual and set up an altar in my bedroom. The moment my father saw, he knocked down everything form my table in big rage and told me to throw everything away. The best thing is to do it in secret. Can you practice it in the bathroom, locked door? Thats what i used to do back when i did more "odd" practices, during toilet time or bathroom time, i would actually practice the ritual instead of showering, which is what my parents thought i was doing
  4. @Colin @Quanty Thank you <333 just found this uploaded today from Gaia/spirit science
  5. @Ether i actually am slightly underweight due to high metabolism @Solace yes, wise words <3.
  6. eating junk food mindfully don't count ether but then again i just binged on donuts and chips so i can't say too much
  7. Just saw this today and its insane that some people are doing this. PLease take caution whenever trying a new diet fad and always make sure your functional medical doctors and/or holistic/naturopaths recommend it. (i would say generally doctors, but i cannot tell you how many times different family doctors and pulmonologists have told me that diet has little/nothing to do with problems such as acne, asthma, eye problem, anxiety, etc, so stick to a more "natural route" doctor).
  8. @Ether it is true what he says, pretty much ALL of us are mind-absent when eating, not even acknowledging how lucky we are to eat that certain thing. Usually just staring at our blue flashing screens and shoving stuff into our stomachs. We need to eat mindful.
  9. after researching it into detail, i'll stay away from it. I asked since a fellow youtuber has raved about it helped him for treatment of lyme disease.
  10. -eh, i think nearly 2 months? The first few weeks i was doing it consistently and it helped them THE MOST, i noticed i was overcoming deep emotional and mental health issues i had like social anxiety (that ive had for probably 15 years?) but currently i'm going through a big ego backlash period so im still trying to get my motivation back. I saw the benefits literally within a week of doing it. I journal about sensations i feel during my meditation, shamanic breathing, and emotions i've felt throughout the day. It really benefits my mind just pouring out all the feelings i had bottled up for the day, and i can tell you i sleep better at night. I've started kriya and journaled about that but only one day because i saw leo's dont half ass yoga video, and thought it wouldnt be worth doing the yoga on a crappy diet (so im waiting until summer break to re-start kriya). I think its definitely worth it. Plus its a great way to document your progress and would be really interesting to reflect back after a year
  11. @rounder hatha yoghurt and occasional HIIT, but mainly yoghurt
  12. @Ether i was expecting you to say something else knowing your character @Solace @pluto Thank you guyss yes i watched the interview with Annette Larkins its really inspiring but i have to avoid legumes and as jjer64 mentioned, i have too much on my hands to now change it completely to one a day but i might try it over the summer break @jjer94 @Space thank you so much for your suggestions <3
  13. wouldnt that be for the root chakra
  14. fix your diet + visualizations +make sure your sleep cycle is good
  15. hey sorry for the late reply i just saw this! Oh my goodness yes! Its so hard to study to because i feel conflicting things. Then i try to calm myself and say maybe its just because i spend too much time on this forum and watching alternative medicine videos on youtube lol. On the plus side there are some specialties that truly do not do harm to the patient such as surgery and emergency medicine. The problem is i want to heal people who have long term chronic illnesses and this is where conventional medicine often falls short.
  16. its similar to osho. he did and said absolutely insane and bad stuff but his teachings are amazing
  17. Thoughts and opinions on this? Has it been shared in the group before? I have no enlightenment experiences so i cant really judge but it sounds like he only scraped the tip of the iceberg of enlightenment
  18. "Thank god i haven't read anything it would have cluttered my mind" Very suprised how Sadghuru didnt study Bhagavad Gita/Upanishads however what he says is so true. I feel like we are reading all of these self-help/enlightenment books to reach the goal of no-thought, and its so weird since we spend so much time thinking about how to achieve this, like a paradox i guess. Interesting watch
