  1. check out Dr. Jess on instagram, she has a protocol for detoxing from heavy metals and bad stealth infections called "KILL, BIND, SWEAT". 1.) KILL You take a supplement that kills mold, EBV (bad viruses), and bad bacterial infections like candida (she sells one, but you can find any parasite bacterial killer that contains important herbs (like black walnut hull and oregano)) 2.) BIND: THEN ONE HOUR AFTER you take a heavy metal binder, again she has one, theres another cheaper one by G.I. detox binder, basically make sure it has a combination of charcoal/chlorella/cilantro-especially cilantro very very very important). you have to take this an hour or so AFTER your meal and "kill" supplement because binders bind EVERYTHING, including nutrients, not just bas stuff. so if oyu take it directly, it will take out all the good stuff you just ingested. 3.) SWEAT. sweat daily for 30 minutes whether its through a sauna or exercise. Sweat will get out the bacteria/metals out quicker. Lymph massages help as well. The purpose of exercise is also to fuel lymph movement which is veryyyy important to detox!!! You do this for 30 days, 2x a day (breakfast and dinner) and sweat once a day. there's another therapy to for heavy metals known as "MMS" thats supposed ot create chlorine dioxide( a good carrier for oxygen) the red cross used it to heal malaria cases. Its REALLY cheap, 20$ for a few months worth but beware there are small amounts of research on this. What line of work do you do?

  3. exactly! same thing is happening to me during my daily meditation habit. I still waste a relatively large amount on internet, and so lyrics from songs i've listened to that day, faces from people from youtube videos, and words from articles i've read/watched that day start popping up persistently. This monkey mind is much more intense than the monkey mind i have on days where im not online, or minimally online. Its amazing to see highschoolers and people as young as 14 start doing this stuff, like holy crap.
  4. how much time do you spend on the laptop/phone/tv/games on average during the day?
  5. this is beautiful advice <3 Thanks everyone for the help
  6. in theme of this weeks video, how does one blend together the fruits of spirituality into the canvas? I have heard from numerous other sources how meditating and whatnot improves your art and creativity, and that it is even more helpful than learning from people and books/courses. Doing art is my passion from childhood that i put onto the side for over a decade mainly because my parents never enforced it and forced science onto me. Im slowly re-getting into it but i keep getting stuck with what to draw. Ive been meditating, and it helps with my overall state of being during the day but i still seem to get stuck with art. Any tips from artists on here? On raising your creativity?
  7. have you tried 6 pillars of self esteem? affirmations are good to start but you need something deeper to get lasting change. 6 pillars is a 7 month-ish program that goes pretty deep. Consistency is also key. If you do it every other day or think of it as a chore, you wont see any change or maybe just a little. Build a morning routine around it and get excited about it.
  8. For the past 4 days now, ive been going to bed between 9:40 and 10:10 pm and waking up between 7 and 7:40, in order to fix my circadian rhythm. IN the past, it would be soo easy, the first time would be hard to fall asleep but after that i slept like a baby. Now, its the 4th night and it still takes me an hour to fall asleep, and id wake up through the night like 3-4 times. Im also groggy and have the worst brain fog several hours throughout the day. Im still in my early twenties and i feel old since i cant fall asleep. How long would you guys take to fall asleep when readjusting your cycle? Any tips or herbs that help you fall asleep faster? Except melatonin, i dont take it. I feel like my brain is now hard-drived to fall asleep at 1am and sleep till 10.
  9. WooO.ooow that is beautiful ask cosmos how? like in prayer?
  10. all. the. time. im not in the us, but i see that he included dandelion root/leaf extract in the list, i could start by taking dandelion tea and licorice tea. Im thinking of doing an elimination diet once and for all to see if im allergic to anything thanks for the info!
  11. Joseph Maynor out here dissin yall
  12. @Michael569 my blood pressure is sub-sub-sub optimal. "normal" bp for me ..on a good day.. is about 105/70. its not uncommon for it to be 90/60 and my absolute lowest (that was last year) was 88/49. what does that indicate, bad adrenals?
  13. ill admit, ive been lazy with getting up at the same time every day, so ill stick with this, thanks its a mind twister but great words @Michael569 thanks, i think its because of adrenal fatigue. I have so much stress all day my adrenals are probably in overdrive. im not sure if i qualify for night owl, because in the past when i fixed my sleep cycle, my body would naturally get super sleepy at 9pm already
  14. my favorite one but dont become dependent on online classes. After you get the gist of it, start doing creating your own practice. Thats when youll get the most progress.
  15. i asked several kriya bans who've been kriya for 10 years for their opinion on the JC stevens book, some disregarded the book as trash (the ones fully into the dogma i guess) but the ones who said the book is amazing for beginners warned that the instructions for the higher kriyas arent right. I wonder exactly why its wrong though.
  16. thanks @Colin I heard those are really good
  17. these are people who are hard wired into the kriya dogma. JC's book is legit, as long as you dont do the higher kriyas. Do you mean lordosis? should not be any problem.
  18. he said on the tour post that hes not doing it since he needs to focus on his own spiritual advancement. Im assuming its the same reason the videos are bi-monthly now
  19. its like a breath of fresh air ahh the impending doom that im terrified of!! @Rilles @Nahm thanks guys
  20. I've noticed after picking up my meditation habit again, is that meditation is to being as clear crystal is to healing Clear crystal in crystal healing has no specific meaning like the other crystals, instead it enhances and mediates what all other crystals are doing. A general "vibration-raiser" I see through my mediation practice, that is not the end-all cure for problems. I still have my social anxiety. I still have a computer addiction. I still make unhealthy choices. I still have bad attention span. WHat i do see is that mediation has helped every corner in my life on a subtle level. My social anxiety is less. My computer addiction is less. I can focus better than before, and read longer. Im starting to make healthier choices, even though i slip up. gahhh its so cool. Just felt like sharin
  21. i am going through the exact same thing. Its a process. as Salvijus mentioned, its because you have a rigid mind. It will take a while , dont force it. Some people take like 5 years to properly do splits. One note: i do traditional yoga at a studio and our teacher told us that if you dont have your spine completely straight, you will gain no benefit. Theres no benefit in trying to touch your toes while having a rounded back and bent knees. Go slowly from where you are. Even if thats literally just sitting with your legs front with back straight. I still have yet to master that, because after a minute, my legs start spazzing and shaking like crazy. Practice Dandasana for 5-10 minutes daily. If you can sit like that (google pictures, your hands should touch the floor with back straight) then start moving forward, but ONLY with a straight back. Also this pose purges lots of emotions, so don't distract the mind, sit with whatever comes up and notice it. Its also shown that when people purge emotions through other means like therapy, breathwork, etc, they suddenly become more flexible. A good diet is also important. Make sure your not sitting all day, move constantly.
  22. totally agree. Not to mention contradictions present throughout these money-wanting ppl
  23. the techniques she uses are legit, and she's a good way to see whats blocking you, like she can catch it in an instant. her latest video speaks about a woman who says why can't i attract a winning lottery ticket if im using law of attraction to attract abudndance and basically she showed her she has a block of abundance because she doesnt see value inherself, rather she's looking toward outside means to get abundance. And that will never give you abundance, since you need to start seeing value and abudnace in the stuff you make/do to start attracting it properly. I liked her earlier work much more than now. Now she is way too commerzialized, shes constantly adding new items to buy in her store to feel enriched based on her frequency paintings. She makes money off of them because she sells the idea that she paints the exact frequency of a certain emotion, and so when one has a picture of that, youll bless in that emotion more into your life. SO of course you have her frequency paintings on clothes, yoga mats, jewelry, etc. I noticed that lots of her frequency paintings were copied from other sources (if you google teal art plagarism youll find it quickly). I tried reading her latest books but they read like your surface level self help. Her "scultpor in the sky" (original book) is really really amazing and can change your life. Sad that she pursuits business so much now rather than quality work. as for the whole abuse story and weird reincarnation facts (id like to add that she mentioned she was Babaji's reincarnation), be wary and take it all with a grain of salt. Basically don't get too attached and start following her religiously.
