wow, I really like to see those things(Saturn and Andromeda) in a big telescope. @cetus56 I think there are two egos to break free from, the personal one, and the collective one. And in order to break free of the collective ego, the ego of the whole of humanity so to speak(Maybe there's an earth-ego as well). Anyway, astronomy is great for this purpose, to create godly space within the earth-ego and dissolve it. Btw, most, if not all children loves to gaze at the stars. But almost no adult would "waste" time with random star gazing, why do you think that is? Why are humans so bad at nurture their inner child? Dollar was backed up by gold until the 70's, then it becomes a fiat currency with no back up. They started to persuade countries to only sell oil in dollars, that's why dollar is also known as petrodollar. Before I entering this spiritual realm, I liked to be very serious about life. People often told me I was a little bit pretentious because I took things serious. But I had no problems with people slightly mocking me, I just enjoy being serious because life is serious matters I thought. I was very much at ease, because I was alined with my personality type. I discussed politics, climate changes, society issues, work issues, in a very mature and serious way. Loved to have the self image of the responsible serious guy. However during my spiritual journey I started to feel pathetic being so serious and responsible since everything is an illusion, everything is maya, a dream. I started to attack myself, calling myself a pathetic "save the world" type of ego. I become satirical and silly instead, but that only backfire, since I went against my configuration so to speak. I like to be the responsible leader kind of type who are serious. Lately I said to my self that I can allow my self to be serious, because I can view it just like a game or a play, and since everything is a game so to speak, I'm not more pathetic then anyone else. Please help me how to have a good mindset so that I can be just as serious and enjoy it just as much even though I know there is no "real" reality. How to take the game of maya serious so to speak without feeling pathetic? Since this is my configuration and the one that I am meant to be. Thanks, Namaste.

I heard great things about cacao as superfood. I like to consume it in the form of nibs, cacao nibs. Is this the best superfood by far, or is any other superfood close to it? A complete other question also. What about flouride? Do our teeth really need extra sources other Then whats in food and water? Is it a good Idea to change toothpaste into a flouride-free toothpaste alternative?

It's not that I'm prudish or anything. I love the domination, the animal aspect of sex. But porn is just disgusting. It's so mechanical, so physical in a boring way. Always end with a silly cum shot in the face. Guys in porn business think they 'own' the women by muscles, by physical aspect. That's so childish. Sex is more of a psychological game, there is where you can 'own' or be 'owned' or simple unite in equal love/affection. The physical should be a manifestation of what's going on in the mental realm, not the other way around. It's not that you shouldn't watch porn, it's more like you CAN'T watch it, because it's so bad/boring.

I notice that I become less scared if I detach from outcome. If I have something to do that scares me, I simply think to myself, ok, I don't care about outcome, I just focus on the doing and try to enjoy it. And if the result is positive, that's just a bonus. And if the result is not successful I just think that it's ok to fail, that I don't have to feel any guilt. Think of it as a win-win. It outcome is what you like it to be, that's obviously a win, and if not, then there is a great opportunity to learn how to "fail" without any anxiety or guilt, so it's also a win, since you become less afraid of negative results. Besides, the only really negative there is, is to not to try at all, to be passive. This works for me, my sister learn me this advice. What do you think? Namaste.

Good question. If a person grew up inside a box with only white walls, can you even describe colours in a way that the person could imagine the colour blue in an accurate way? I doubt it. A scientist told me that is called "quaila", and if you don't experience quaila from direct experience I think it's hard to imagine what it looks and feels like if you haven't experienced it first hand. Or can we know what the experience of red even if we never seen it from first hand experience? What do you think?

You will probably agree on the first statement, but thats just because you happen to be interested in who you really are. Most people(99.9%) would view me as a complete idiot if I told coworkers, family or other people in society that knowing yourself fully is equal to knowing God and death to the self(ego) You don't think this sounds crazy because you belong to the 0.1% who actually find out for yourself from curiosity, intuition, talent and hard work. But it's highly unintuitive for most people to doubt what they know to be more true then anything else, the fact that they exist as separate selves. I mean, try convincing people they don't exist, thats absurd. That's how unintuitive the truth is when you honestly examine yourself. It takes years and years to realise this, and also courage, meditations, solitude life, and a natural talent for truth. Maybe psychedelics as well. You need to put in years and years to peal of all the layers of the separate self(which doesn't exits) to unwire all cultural programming and brainwashing since you were born. If "you" are lucky you find out who you are aka God, you'll see that you will never die, you're eternal, you are love and infinite awareness. You are that! YOU ARE LOVE. KINGDOM IS WITHIN ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Next statement is equally unintuitive, most people(99.9%) will say that's not true, and you belong to them. Because you've only examined the first statement above. It takes the same amount of time to really dig deep into what's true and whats going on. It's almost impossible not to project your own(deluded) feelings and opinions to it. It takes years and years to really understand the mechanics of the world, how all the small moves of the ego conquer the small moves of love in the quest for power/control(which governs the world) At this small individual scale, it's not that cynical and evil. It's just that a slightly more altruistic intention will be conquered by a slightly more egoistic intention. But all small steps adds up to one big lie, one big evil cynical apparatus. This is just one of infinite number of mechanisms that created hell/Satan aka the world. World is like one giant being with an infinite intelligent immune system that treats love, wisdom, truths, intuitions as viruses. To really see what's happening subconsciously on worldly level, to understand the emotional structures of the world, how power, how cunningness, how laws and rules operates and the damaging domino effects of those actions, you'll have to be open and honest to how cruel it really is. And you have to investigate it for yourself MANY years. How the world effectively cut off the natural way of living an authentic life from a place of intuition and love to force us to live from a place of thoughts, strategy and focus on future instead of the now. As you know, focus on future and transcending of the now is not life. But who wants to understand this when it takes years of devotion and studies. History is just one slow refinement of hell aka world. So painful to see how it builds up and reduce truths and intuition from human species for every century. Try to live in the now, in the presence, to forget about yourself. Try to be so involved in the now to such a degree you don't know that you exist. A truly authentic life. It's impossible to do that in any society. It would be viewed as mental illness. You have to become a sage living in solitude in order to do that. It's not possible BE love and truth in our world, it's not even possible to be good. Societies of the world are designed to cut you off from yourself and force you to be mediocre. ------------------------------------------- The discrepancy is infinite. It's one giant syntax error. Good thing though, when you know yourself, you don't know the world, you are blind to it so to speak. God is blind to suffering, suffering is a part of the finite world, and God knows nothing about it, God belongs to the infinite. It's possible to live a happy blissful life, but caveat, don't fool yourself that you're not naive, because you are, you are infinite naive, you have no clue about the world and what's going on there when you fully rest in yourself as God.

I Love This forum, But the more I spend time here, the more I notice all these endless discussions, there is always more, more to say, more youtube-videos to make, more practice, more of This and that. Most annoying are perhaps all the words. Always more words, This thread is no exception. Sometimes I read threads where alot of people disagree, But still, if you read every post individually, most of them make sense. Like if reality has many colours simultaneously, but we can only express one colour at the time with words. Maybe the only truth is all the words ever spoken or written all togheter. But What's probably more true is no words at all. Anyway, imagine a very lucky man who find enlightenment very early on in life, he lived a long and very happy life, almost an idealistic life and don't regret anything(although he knows perfectly well there is no such thing as a separate self). Now he is very old and about to die. He is asked to tell what he think of enlightenment and life and how to live it. What would you think he would say? He only has one minute left to live, but he hits the nail and say everything that is ever needed to be said. A short story often a great tool for grasping enlightenment and wisdom of life, now you got the opportunity to end a great story, so how does it end? ?

Yup, just look at his twitter, it's even more narcissistic the my little brothers account who always brag about everything. A disgrace for US, the world and humanity to have someone as Trump for president. Obama had many great plans that the republican congress stopped him from executing. Despite that he won the Nobel Peace prize, and he was always a sopisticated person and a great speaker. Too bad the world has Gone wrong..

First of all, what is a hero? Can someone be a hero without changing the world to the better? If That's the definition, one must ask if it's really possible. Humanity as a whole is very much imune to Truth/Love/wisdom. If you bring truth/Love/wisdom to the world you might be a Jesus-figure. But to what benefit? You will only have a small group of devoted people, and eventually you and your followers might get killed and others will create a religion out of your living that will only harm the world the end, a religion that had nothing to do with you. Light/high consciousness will always attract black, evil, low conscious shadows. Just like a fire it will eventually turn into nothing But black smoke.
