survival is alot about avoiding pain, when pain becomes unbearable death becomes an option -
having alot of them lately... is there a purpose or just the overactive mind looking for patterns?

"There is a Taoist story of an old farmer who had worked his crops for many years. One day his horse ran away. Upon hearing the news, his neighbors came to visit. "Such bad luck," they said sympathetically. "May be," the farmer replied. The next morning the horse returned, bringing with it three other wild horses. "How wonderful," the neighbors exclaimed. "May be," replied the old man. The following day, his son tried to ride one of the untamed horses, was thrown, and broke his leg. The neighbors again came to offer their sympathy on his misfortune. "May be," answered the farmer. The day after, military officials came to the village to draft young men into the army. Seeing that the son's leg was broken, they passed him by. The neighbors congratulated the farmer on how well things had turned out. "May be," said the farmer." I always think of this story when someone talks of luck/unluck -

Youll have to decide whats more worth it, becoming God... or maybe maybe maybe getting some time in the slammer. -

Thanks! Will watch her the next time I do my session! Seems Kundalini and Yin will take the cake for me, maybe doing a bit of both, who says I cant. -

I like Yin Yoga! Tried it twice now, just need to get more comfortable with the postures, a bit hard to be mindful when youre stumbling over yourself, but I like it. -

Or maybe just being careful... Being too intense with spiritual practice can backfire hard... I wouldnt eat 10grams of shrooms before I tried 1gram, ya dig? But I will definitely try it out, guess I can stop for a while if something too weird happens. -
Since youre basically more enlightened than all the masters now... I think something like this would be beneficial... Guiding us through all the false notions of what we think we are step by step... From top to bottom, starting with the thoughts to the body to the room, the internal world and the external.

Just did some Strong Determination Sitting sitting by my window and realized how grateful I am for the fluffy white clouds and the blue sky... So taken for granted... Something so primordial about big white cumulus clouds... looking at them takes me to some place I kind of remember but havent been to... in this lifetime. ⛅️

Tried some Kundalini! It was great! Im a little bit afraid of getting extreme Kundalini symptoms though, they seem so frightening. -

Theyre alright, I prefer less fluffy teachers but I dont mind these New Agey teachers, spirituality has all kinds of flavors. Unfortunately alot of them parrot alot things without having had direct experience... I think. -
So grateful for my teacher in high school who taught us how to meditate as part of our religious studies, it has changed my life completetly, teachers can be underappreciated, some give you golden nuggets that put your life in a whole new direction. ??

16 May My trip to the Philippines... So grateful for this beautiful planet we live on... and the fact that I got to experience new places, like going to Surigao. I love the ocean there, the rolling hills, looking at the horizon at night full of endless mystery.

Just had a great session with my therapist, feeling really hopeful and a girl walked past me with a bag that said "Heading for a bright future" Is God winking at me? Leo? -
Major Insight... My overthinking is probably what causes 70% of my Social Anxiety, I realized if I keep myself mindful of my own negative thoughts and how false they are I feel much calmer in social situations. "Oh what are they thinking about me" "Oh wait, thats just a thought, let it go" Its so important to look at what it is ACTUALLY happening in the present moment. Your mind can create stories out of completely insignificant situations. A random girl didnt look at you just now? Oh no, that must mean somethings wrong? No... look at what actually happened, SHE DIDNT LOOK AT YOU, THATS ALL! Rest is just stories on top.

Yeah, basically like, What Is Sleep? or something like that would be cool

i think its possible that you imagine they hurt you and you feel the pain as if it as if it was 100% real, if you took something like Datura

like the others said, balance, if youre too serious youll become neurotic and depressed, too laidback and youll probably die or become homeless
