took mdma while on anti depressants and anti psychotics

i have ocd, so i was on anti depressants (zoloft), and anti psychotics (resperidone). 

last saturday, i took mdma at a party, i'm writing this 5 days later, thrusday. on monday, i have an appointment with my psychiatrist, should i tell him about it ?
