What sedative do you use to sleep after tripping?

I sometimes find it difficult to sleep after tripping especially if the dose is high. I am interested in knwoing what works for you. I never tried melatonin, is it any good?

None, I drop early in the morning so I avoid this problem.
Otherwise I would probably use a few mg of cyproheptadine (5ht antagonist), perhaps in combination with a benzodiazepine hypnotic like clotiazepam, for example

Works for me. Make sure you’re buying a reputable brand. 

I personally use NOW Brand because I love to live in the NOW.
