I didn't know where else to post these questions.

1. Is it possible to change my username? (You can imagine why I would want to do this)

2. How do I put a signature at the bottom of my posts?

Click profile --> Account Settings --> Signature

I changed my username from "" to Buck Edwards. 

Everything is possible. But you gotta wait a couple of days. 

Generally it's not permissible because people tend to abuse it. 

I wanted my name and so it was allowed. 

There should be a legit reason. Then it's allowed otherwise no. Sorry.
