Question about growing

At what age does the body stop the growing process and starts deteriorating?

Some say it's 40 years old. But is that true? Is there even an age when the growth hormone stops being manufactured by the body?

About 21 - 23 once the epiphyseal plats calcify fully, then your height is set for life . After that, any growth you get is tissue density only (muscle, fat, bone-to a small degree)

Sometimes if people have deformities of spine like lordosis and can have them corrected, they may get a few cm back but not sure how common that is and probably irrelevant to healthy people.

You get growth hormone spikes throughout your whole lifetime, but its impact diminishes over a time.

Breast Milk, drink 2 litters to get your recommended daily growth hormone quota.  ?

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

Well before age 25. But as far as strength development and growth as a result of strength training, that can persist for 5-25 years once training begins, and around age 28 this capacity for growth begins to slow slightly, though growth can continue quite fast especially if training was just recently started for instance. Perhaps one of the most traversed paths in this space is someone first beginning “indefinitely-consistent” (rather than sporadic) training at 18 years old, and then all the way to 38 years old progressing in muscle mass the whole time in logarithmic fashion. Then slow decline begins ~ age 40. But if one has just started training at age 35 they might even peak at age 45 etc.

If you want to grow big, eat a lot of carbs, proteins and train very hard. Eat a lot of breads, eggs. Take whey proteins for fast growth. Take creatine for fast recovery from muscles.

And you will grow massively in no time.

After around a 365 lb Squat, for most people getting even bigger requires some serious programming knowledge, without a coach.
