Delaware taking steps to legalize the private use/consumption of Weed

Here is the story. Slowly this will eventually become the norm. It is a silly law when alcohol and caffeine/coffee are legal. Don't get me started on alcohol compared to all other drugs is involved in the most violence, death, and public property damage cases.

   It's good that weed is slowly getting normalized, although 50 years is probably be the point weed will be commercialized securely.

   Despite the evils, it's fine to enjoy some caffeine and alcohol in moderation.

its been 100% legal where i live (Montreal) for a while now, everyday I go outside for a walk with my dog i get hit in the face with weed. I smell it while driving around the city everyday, i smell it randomly when opening a window to get fresh air, its everywhere. Kids in highschool all have weed in there vape sticks.

Its unpleasant and really unhealthy for underdeveloped children's brains to be smoking it but i don't think the alternative is any better.

   I could be wrong, but wasn't there liquid weed back in the 50-60's? Why don't they legalize that instead of smoking weed?

   Is it true that the smell of weed is like a pleasant flowery skunk?

its legal because its highly profitable.

lol yes it has a skunk like smell, i would not say its pleasant. Its annoying not being able to avoid it and knowing THC is entering my brain second hand.
