The rudiments have always been misinterpreted during history, despite the good intentions of many disciples who's faithful believe was strong and unswayed. Most leaders interpret the old words to their advantage in the attempt of gaining leadership and power over those unfortunate enough to fall under their maliciousness and manipulative ways.

This misuse of trust will forever stain the pages of history, echoing the exploitation and the frailty of decent men carried away by nurtured rancour...

Light Of Vital Energy

God is the First Cause – without cause. This is its mystery.
You might say that this is impossible because everything happens for a reason. But the point is that God, in its pure state, is not a "thing happening".

It is above that.

It is not a thing happening – it is the reason why things happen – and it is also all things and all happenings.
In the beginning there was nothing but the silent, motionless, unlit perfection of God.
God then chose to create the universe out of itself.
To experience life as infinite expressions of self love.

L - Light
O - Of
V - Vital
E - Energy

An introspective report can never be "wrong". You THOUGHT it. it is not your FAULT that it CAME to mind.

What's your take on the chakras and how to open the chakras?

I feel tension in my third eye/head all the time, and it's been growing for the past few years. I've completely resolved the tension with psychidelics, and to a large degree when on a 10 day meditation retreat, but i can't find good information on people who've had the same kinds of tensions and resolved them.

Chakras are Portals between The Realm of the Physical & The Realm of the Absolute.

Regarding your practice - try, if you are able at this moment, The Technuque of the Breathing God.

@Eternal Unity Do you think Shamanic breathing is the best approach?

I never really resonated with the approach. I can't keep up the breathing long enough to go deep. Imo psychidelics seem like a more direct and efficient way to do what shamanic breathing does.

I've had some success with just sitting and being present for long hours, but outside of a retreat it's hard to keep the 1 pointed concentration.
