I have fantasies of violent deaths

I have fantasies where I end up dying very violently and it brings me a feeling of peace.

I feel like I suffered so much trauma that the pain feels endless. I just wish to die in peace. Why can't we die if we really want to? 

Why aren't there better ways to die?

I understand that pain and trauma can be so strong that it can be intolerable to endure, do you want to share more about the things you went through? Have you tried to work on your trauma and to heal it? Have you searched for an external help?

You are such a great person and so intelligent as one can see from your posts.
You can achieve so much and overcome your trauma! But if you want to die, go ahead. There are many other people here in the world, so it wouldn't make much of a difference. Although, I don't recommend it.
