As far as biology (or Q3) goes, this one is pretty comprehensive (although leaning a little toward bro-science at times).

Thanks. I don’t have a favorite. Row 3 is focused on critical thinking.

I haven’t finished them all, but so far I feel like I think with far better focus and clarity and am a much more logical and fast thinker. I can also better understand complex subjects with mental maps and models as well as view things visually and more like a system. I also have a bunch of techniques in my back pocket to memorize faster and read much faster now.
