Vision And Leadership: Examples?

When Leo speaks about vision as the deep origin of leadership, it intuitive makes sense, but I can't find juicy examples.

Here's an example. Meditate and just use your imagination and play the game in your mind of seeing your company, your family, or anything going better and better and better. Imagine things falling into place and people coming out of the woodwork to assist you. Imagine growth and prosperity enveloping the whole topic or situation. The more you practice this, the better you will feel. The better you feel the more beneficial aspects you will notice about the topic. Then this compounds and soon becomes what you envisioned.

It does work. The only tricky part is doing it ALL THE TIME. It's easy to have a slight victim vision and think it doesn't work. Well, that's as far as somebody else got. Are you going further or just shooting for an average life? You are a magnet. Your practices determine your power, not how you assess or calculate or think.
