Is it possible that health symptoms could be emotional problems?

last time I visited a Doctor, the scans and tests came back negative. He said 'you're fine, it's in your mind, you're attached to it, let go of the attachment in your mind. '

Yes, that's called psychosomatic illness, an illness where the body and mind are connected. Being stressed mentally can produce a tangible and physical cortisol response which will produce noticeable physical symptoms.
