You only feel peace when you have figured it all out. 

Important question. 

What's right from the perspective of self love? 

To heal, recover and restore. 

Today is the right day of the month to start things. All of my tension is eased. I'm focusing on what I need to focus. Finally it's happening after such a long arduous time 

It took time. But better late than never.. 

(only talk to people who are willing to talk to you. Rest fuck off) 

We're often learning from the wrong teachers. 

I have discovered some good teachers. 

Rupert Spira 

Sadguru 

Bob Proctor 

Morgue 

Tony Robbins 

 

I'm going to put all of my focus on these teachers. 

I came across this insight yesterday while contemplating that the world is in absolute chaos and stress and disorder because of being Godless. Godlessness brings disorder, conflict, chaos.. On one hand there is healing represented by God and Godness and on the other we have godlessness which is destruction, chaos, suffering and misery. 

The real solution is to walk towards God and start healing and not waste anymore time with the world's drama. Literally everything in the world is toxic.. 

This suffering and chaos and annihilation of good is actually a product of abuse of power, that's the biggest reason why the world cannot improve there are ego games, power games and abuse by authoritarian people who have the seed of the devil in them. This world is run by megalomaniacs every step of the way. 

 

               •✿✿✿⊱✸⊰✿✿✿•

 

Pathetic narcissists. That's what the world operates on. Like I stated before Megalomaniacs. They cause all the chaos. They cause all the destruction. 

They try to sabotage good people. 

Sometimes it's said that it's better to have enemies than to have fake friends who backstab you. 

Some enemies are good for your health. Because they tell you something that you don't want to hear. 

A post on megalomaniacs. 

Currently there are 1 billion megalomaniacs in this world, imagine the harm they cause to humanity everyday.

It's only when you solve humanity's problems that you can continue to seek good in this world.

When you're in a particular place you have to understand the psychology of that place. You have to understand the psychology of almost anything and everything you ever come across because you have to Improvise, Adapt and Overcome. This is how you deal with situations in life.

You have to clean, heal and restore. 

First you have to throw away all negativity (this is cleaning) and start with having some space away from your old habits. Then from this space gradually you start on a new life and begin to heal rapidly and restore. 

I'm on a roll right now. Although nothing feels good and I feel like I hit rock bottom. I still can lift myself up. I believe in myself.

It's only when you hit rock bottom that you actually strike gold. 

 

  •⊱⊱⊱⊱✸⊰⊰⊰⊰•

There is an inner voice that speaks to you. Listen to that. That inner voice speaks wisdom. Do it. Even if you feel like you might lose out on something, it's okay if it's for your peace of mind. It's fine. The loss is no big loss. In life you have to take decisions where you sacrifice the smaller good for the greater good. The greater benefit like peace of mind is bigger and more valuable than losing socialization, or losing a relationship. Although you still feel obsessed and attached and you feel like you're losing a lot more than what you actually are, it's still better to lose and let go things that are more stress than good, eventually when you completely leave these sources of stress, you realize you didn't really lose anything big. Don't lose the moon for the stars even if the stars look attractive. Don't lose your peace of mind and your health over something that is considered more valuable in your mind than it actually is..

There are three different that keep us from taking the action that would beneficial to the Self. 

From now onwards my phrasing will always revolve around "beneficial to the self" and "for the self", "medicine for the self", "healing the self" etc. 

So those 3 things are —

  • Attachment - you're so strongly attached to something that you just cannot let it go. For example an abusive relationship. There is simply no detachment. You engage into it more and more and then there is more drama. The more you're attached the worse it gets. The less you're attached the less harm. Your attachment is born out of obsession and somehow your mind tricks you into believing that these attachments are necessary to your existence. In fact they aren't. 
  • Fear - a general sense of fear that causes you to hesitate from leaving something. This fear causes you to not take a firm action. There's always anxiety around leaving something that you are subconsciously programmed not to. 
  • Fear of consequences - you fear that taking an action would cause you to suffer the consequences. Like saying no to a boss who is sexually advancing makes you feel like you would lose your job if you said no. But what you don't realize is that the harm that you are bringing to your Self is much more than those perceived useless consequences. Those consequences don't matter in comparison to your own emotional health and safety.

What kind of people you should surround yourself with? 

  • People who are hopeful. Kind and generous. 
  • People who give your correct and wise and productive advice 
  • People who give you negative feedback but this criticism has validity and they're actually correcting you and helping you avoid blindspots and mistakes rather than sabotaging you through destructive criticism.

When I go deeper and deeper into Loa, I feel a strange sense of empowerment, an emotion I can't describe or put my finger to. It feels like I begin to love myself even more. I feel motivated inside. I feel like I am more attuned to who I actually am. I think the first step to any kind of self therapy or improvement should start with knowing who you really are and then what you really need and want, which is kinda obvious. Yet it is all buried, huddled and swept under heaps of stress, worries, trauma, concerns that don't really matter and other trivial things we don't notice as serving nothing but distraction from the true self. Now is the time to take action, or else when? If you didn't live your life on your own terms, what good is this life for anyway? 

When I read these words, I could almost breakdown in tears, because why didn't the self matter above all? Why was the self taken so much granted? Why was so much expected out of it, meanwhile giving nothing to it in return? Who made these rules? When I contemplate on these questions with tears in my eyes, I feel empathy is the greatest virtue that could exist there, the highest of all. If someone didn't love you the way you would consider to be loved, how do they love you at all? If someone never understood you for who you are, how can they claim to deserve you, to want you? If a person couldn't show empathy, what's the point? So you just let them go because they actually serve no good, serve no purpose, they exist to prove things to themselves, it was and is all about them all along.

So I woke up in the morning and I am already having a shitty day. 

Woke up feeling bad. 

My mom kept disturbing me so many times. She woke me up so many times.

I literally wanted to scream at her. 

Just her daily drama that ruins my life. 

I'm feeling tensed, nervous and panicky. 

I took my medication last night. 

I still feel nervous. 

I also feel weak. Quite weak. 

Today is the day to start making changes 

 I'm almost recovered from Covid.. 

My blood circulation is fucked up.
