We all have unique genetics ....

There is no safe level of lead, arsenic, or mercury for your brain. Every bit lowers cognitive performance and consciousness.

Leo doesn't believe in a "Safe" level of heavy metal contamination.

He paints it out like it's an absolute truth, but that's just his belief.

He should be honest that it's just a belief and that he doesn't really know for sure.

The claims are not telling you what to do, and if you want to eat fish that contatins heavy metals then go ahead. I think anyone would prefer to eat fish delivered from a company that makes shure they're not contaminated, despite your genetics. That's common sense

@Yali So if you care about maximising your performance and achieving your highest potential in life there is no safe level for you.

How does he know this?

@Something Funny

Most doctors believe in a "safe amount" of heavy metals that would have no effect.

Leo believes otherwise, and you are adopting his beliefs like a parrot whilst calling me the parrot.

LOL o.O

@Yali The notion that heavy metals do not decrease performance is also just a belief.

So what are you gonna do?

You are welcome to eat whatever junk you want.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.

@Leo Gura

I have my belief, you have your belief ... no one knows the truth! Let's be honest about that.... rather than making statements like its the absolute truth.

@Yali doctors standards for a safe amount are extremely low.

Like I said, believe what you want. The truth is that you don't really know. Neither do the doctors.

If you believe mercury buildup will cause a tumor, then do a detox. But I don't share that same belief!

@Something Funny

I think we're talking over each other at this point. BELIEVE what you want. That's freedom!

@Yali So, are you willing to risk your health just cause you want to continue eating salmon?

How do you know I'm risking my health? Because you believe so!

Well I don't share that same belief so I'm going to continue eating my Salmon. Sorry!

@Something Funny I don't think you want to understand what I'm saying. Great video on the mechanics of belief --
